Shout out to Kara. For the first time in two yrs of being in AZ asking for something actually got it. Dont get me wrong I love this place. Great work honest prices but have habit of doing own thing. I wont make mistake again of going elsewhere for eyebrows as they were closed needed done big mistake, but now I got my perfect nail lady. Only once walked out hating them so they all are good, but ladies u know u find that perfect one and dont turn back.

Worst place ever will never go here again very rude & my nails were horrible & when I asked them to fix them they treated me worse, my nails didn’t even last a week! They were breaking off by the 3rd day I had acrylic & gel nail polish & it was chipping off! Would never recommend this place to anyone! Paid $55 for a full set & paid $50 for a pedicure plus $10 tip!

Today was the last day I’ll ever be returning to this nail salon. first of all I walked in with long toenails and I’ve been growing out they were at the right length I loved the way they were shaped. after leaving my toenails are now gone I have no nail left and my toes hurt from her ripping away at my nails and cutting me several times. I had acrylic on my big toes that was really thin due to the last nail lady filing it down which was fine with me I let her know that I wanted her to take the acrylic off normally they soak it off with acetone she literally got a fake nail stuck it under my toenail and ripped it off cutting my toenails and slicing it in half then had the audacity to blame me saying that I kept the acrylic on too long and that my toenails were weak which is not true because that acrylic had only been on for two weeks nor had this ever happened to me before the last nail salon I went to which I should’ve just kept going to but they were closed today so I stuck to this one. then she proceeded to paint my toenails un evenly and you can see right through . I asked her she can go over one more time she did it one time only on one side and the color just looks terrible it’s all bumpy and gross looking . She asked me if I liked it and I said no she said want me to do it again and I told her if you couldn’t do it right the first time you’re not gonna do it right the second time. I just wanted to get out of that place and leave. then she had the audacity to ask me if I wanted 30 even on the card I asked her is 30 the amount of what my nails cost she said yes and I said OK then charge me 30. asking me if I’m going to add a tip is definitely not professional!!! after the service I received I shouldnt have even had to pay but I did.anyways had to call my Bank to dispute it thank God my bank understood and refunded me back the money since they wouldn’t I would never recommend going to this place!!After the owner left this place just went downhill they’re dirty and don’t care I seriously will never go back ever again

This was probably one of the best nail places I have ever been to. I was attended to as soon as I walked in and barely had to wait to get a seat to get a fill on my nails. She was very quick and did an excellent job on getting the length and shape that I wanted. Plus I had a kind of complicated design I wanted on the nails and she exceeded my expectations.

I was over charged for what i got the technician that did my full set asked if i wanted my nails thick i said no and she left them super thick she didnt cut my cuticles and they are so uneven and you can see balls on them worst experience ever

I am very pleased with my services at this salon. It is very clean. I have been a customer of Lynn at Lemy Nails for many years. She is the best nail tech ever and always so pleasant and does such a beautiful job with nail designs and pedicures. She is very creative. I highly recommend this salon and especially Lynn.

It is the first time I come to this place, Tracy did an awesome job with my eyebrows, the only reason I’m giving a 4 star is because she should use a covering mask, specially if she’s sick, she kept coughing and had a runny nose.. other than that she was great, she took her time and was really gentle, did not leave my skin irritated like most places do.

Had a mani and pedí done, lady had tools that were not sanitized. She was going to use a clipper with remains of cutticle skin from previous client. Omg and she even took the skin offf clipper and try using it on me i told her noo. Someone is going to get infected from this place.

My favorite nail salon thus far! They have a pedi treatment that includes a massage and hot rocks with a hot wax treatment for your feet -I definitely recommend! The techs are friendly and welcoming every time I go here. 😍

There is no need to complain here. Wonderful service and you really feel relaxed in the setting. They are very informative and kind. I would just recommend calling before hand or making an appointment because they do get very busy.

I had gone in to get my nails done for the first time with acrilics and have them done with gel. The person who did my nails glued them to the skin under my nails and glued his fingers to mine. They were all nice but not at all patient. I then took my sister to get her eyebrows done for the first time. The woman tried to shape them so they do not look great. I wanted to spoil my sister and I but its unfortunate that they do not care how u want to look but how they want u to look overall I paid $62 dollars with a tip of four dollars each. The eyebrows were $8. And the rest were for my nails. I dont feel they cost that much.

I dont like this place! I just left, staff was rude about giving me change to TIP even though she didnt deserve it they gave me big bills and I didnt want to tip with a large bill thats my right! I ask for singles the person in charge says something and the girl that did my nails laughs and walks away... As Im trying to tip her... Dont pressure costumers into getting a service they dont want when I finally gave in and I dont like it Im going to tell you nicely which I did and the rudeness began from there! The girl that did my nails had other people talking for her to me... Like just a awful experience and guess what... I wont be back! Ill go somewhere else where everyone is treated the same!!!! Because I didnt get treated as nicely as the people around me, I also got the one girl not doing anyones nails I know why... Give better customer service!!!! Its your job and what you guys make a living doing! There used to be the nicest lady that was in charge I dont know where she went but quality of shop is awful I will not recommend this place to anyone!

Picked 2 powders that would look good together in the samples and when the guy applies one is a hot pink glitter and the other a peach glitter (doesnt look good together). The numbers on the container match the ones on the sample but not the colors and the guy just told me it is what it is and didnt care to fix it. Was going to rate them 3 but then he finished putting the clear gel coat and told me I was done. He wasnt going to add oil, he was going to leave my nails dry and powdery. This is my go to place and they have really disappointed. Hate my nails.

First time, they are rude, my Sns broke off 3 times within 3 days. I came back to fix which is a quick visit they wanted me to come later in the evening and got mad because i told them i didnt have time. First impression not good at all.

Whats supposed to be gel comes right off the next day! I had a good service when it came to the people. They burned my hands with the black light while I was getting my gel manicure done. And I even mentioned it to the guy and he didnt even seem to care. I was very disappointed because I paid more than I usually pay for my manicure just to find it out it was just a scam!! I want my money back! Not worth it!!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE everytime I get my nails done by Maria she is VERY patient and takes her time to make them thin. Every time she does my nails I get compliments ugh!!! This women is even more beast with brows. I walked in looking like Frida and left looking like Salma. Its a very professional and Clean environment and I always leave happy. I am very picky with my nails and I FINALLY found a place I always leave happy with whatever I get done. I have referred people here and they never leave disappointed.

I got my nails did just a fill one nail design and they charged me 35$ they over charge for basic ass designs and if you dont ask the price ahead of time they will over charge you . Basic nail shop they do not do real freestyle lazy ass service . Never going back I only went because its walking distance WACK ASS SERVICE basic ass designs 👎👎 waste of money

They have great nails designs but they’re kinda rude I showed the lady what I wanted and she said no no that doesn’t match don’t look good so she ended up doing something totally different than what I wanted

Worst nail salon I have EVER been too. The woman who did my pedicure pulled my toenail out and asked me if it hurt (the bleeding wasnt obvious that she was doing damage apparently). When I expressed I was in pain she laughed. I hated this place and had an awful experience.
