Went in for the first time with my mom, sister, and niece. We made an appointment and they accommodated all 4 of us. Everyone was super friendly, and I love my mani/pedi results. All around great experience; time and money well spent!

I tried Grand Nails Lounge for the first time last weekend. I was very impressed! Not having an appointment, I expected to have to wait a bit but, I was seated immediately after I chose my polish. The atmosphere was nice and quiet, massage chairs to enjoy while I relaxed. Everyone was so kind and accommodating.A very clean environment, I enjoyed every moment of my pedicure. I will definitely be a return customer!

I have been here a few times but today I had a very unpleasant experience with the woman who always answers the phone. I had an appointment set for 10:30am, but I gave them a call letting them know that I had a job interview that ran later than expected and wanted to reschedule my appointment. The woman proceeded to tell me that I should have called an hour ahead because her nail tech was now going to sit and do nothing because I couldn’t make it on time and because they don’t do walk-ins. Number one, it is not my fault that they don’t accept walk-ins and number two, I didn’t even have to call in the first place to let them know that I wasn’t going to make my appointment. I did it because I was trying to be courteous. We went round and round about why I wasn’t going to make my appointment and her trying to make me feel bad that something came up and I couldn’t make my appointment. I kept apologizing, but the woman on the phone was becoming ruder and ruder. I will not be returning due to such poor customer service.

I have been going to grand nails now for about 3 years getting SNS dip for my nails and pedicures. I absolutely love their work. They are so kind, professional, and reasonably priced. They go out of their way to make you feel at home, and to make sure you get exactly what you want. 15/10 recommend them for any of your nail or waxing needs!

If you’re new ask for Linh or Lily… they are so sweet and pay attention to detail. I’ve been coming here for years!

I Have never had such a great experience getting my nails done. The minute you walk in the place it’s so relaxing and the staff so welcoming. I see why it’s by appointment only. The attention to detail is so amazing and the nail techs are in no hurry to get your nails done. They take the time needed to make sure your nails are done to perfection. And the color selection is beyond what I have ever seen in a salon. They had exactly what I wanted. No hidden fees they let you know before they start exactly how much it is. The receipt even has a break down of the cost which is amazing because any other salon they just tell you any additional service is $5.00 then you leave with nails that cost you way over $100.00 with no true reason on why it’s that much. That’s definitely not the case here no hidden costs. I can’t wait to go back.

Its been over a month and all I would need is a fill at this point. None of them chipped or came off Im very impressed. I got a dip and this is the way to go if you are looking for something long term and dont mind the unfilled look

My 1st time here, they were great we had called for reservations. When we got there they were quick. The shop was nice and big. All 3 of us getting pedicures were seen at the same time which was great. I picked a design on pinterest and she did an amazing job. The message was very nice and much needed.

This is an upscale salon with a relaxing atmosphere. I am able to relax, and not worry about the stress of life for a little while. I pay a little more here than I would at another nail salon, but to me I would rather pay a little bit more now, than go to a lower end nail salon and end up having to go back and get my nails fixed. Kim cares about the quality of the nails of every single person that comes in and out of her salon.They took something I found online and came up with this amazing design we call pink lemonade! or you could call it sunburst! Either way, I am always extremely happy whenever I leave here. Its my little secret hideaway from work!

Had my gel manicure and literally 4 days later they started to peel off from the cuticule side of the nail. The lady said to me if this happens to come back for a fix.. but I am a professional with a very demanding carreer and it is very had for me to spend another hour just fixing my nails...!!!!! very dissapointed!

I had my face waxed and eye brows done. The next day I had a sore on my forehead that is still there, and got a bad infection on the bridge of my nose having to go to the hospital to have a ct scan. Finding out it’s cellulitis or mrsa! I have NEVER had any kind of problems before with this ever happening. Be careful when getting waxed from them.

First off extremely clean! Friendly and professional. SNS dipping and pedi both felt really good and done with quality and care. And for the first time ever at the end I was asked if I was satisfied with all services. YES! Bonus they have a reward system. we will be back.

Worst customer service ever! It was on New Years Eve when I walked to the store, the greeter was in a hurry and she didnt even listen to me...I asked her to look at my face, to just listen to what I was telling her, but it seems that she was far from being a good listener.I will never go there again and wont refer it to any of my friends.When I asked the man who was putting the gel manicure that I just needed the gel, he didnt need to put my fingers in the water, he kept speaking in the Vietnamese language to another lady & I couldnt understand one word from their discussion, this was so rude and warning anyone who looks for good customer care to go to this place.

Clean and the decor was modern and cool. There was no wait when other p places told me to come back in a couple hours. I got the dipping powder and any of the nail services DO NOT include a basic manicure. I found it strange and had to be added on. Nails turned out average and nothing special and did like that they offer a 7 day guarantee on your nails for chipping, peeling, lifting etc... I would go back and try again.

Went in with my sister, were treated very rudely customer service was poor due to our race...I feel horrible that my money is not good because of the color of my skin...the tech asked my sister if she was satisfied and my sister told her that due to them trying to complete the pedicure and manicure at the same time in what it seems as an attempt to hurry us out because noone was there except us.they made her nails lean to one side...she told the tech and she got an attitude and got up and walked away...saying my sister hurt her feelings. It was a nice place but you have to have the right complexion to be able to enjoy it.

My g/f and I were out and about and she wanted her nails done for the 1st time in awhile when we found this place. We walked in, and I asked how long it would be so I could return and not just sit there. They said to stay and they would keep me entertained, even though I was a bit skeptical. The whole staff was extremely nice and made a guy not want to run out the door because I was sitting there feeling un-welcomed or bored. We definitely will be returning to this place again.

Dont judge a book by its cover is appropriate to describe this salon. The salon is BEATUIFUL, clean and obviously brand new. I came on a Sunday to get my nails done and was assigned Steven, I left inconsistently shaped nails, my top coat was not shiny the following morning my gel polish bubbled up and started peeling. I was devastated! I went to work hiding my hands all day stopped at the salon on my way home to get it fixed and was told that I needed to schedule an appointment I went another entire 24 hours hiding my hands throughout the day came in for my appointment To finally get it fixed and I got a horrible attitude as if it was my fault Are you remained quiet so I could just get the Polish corrected just to find out that even after the correction my topcoat is still not shiny like gel should be And I am over all on satisfied with this technician it is unfortunate that this was my 1st experience.

A tad overpriced, lady in front was kind of rude. My nail tech was great, just went in for a quick gel was pushed to get the whole manicure advised didnt have time didnt want the massage just add clear gel and go, was charged 25 for the full manicure anyway.Update... I love how the owner respons... which location as if us reviewers were dumb enough to leave a Scottsdale review on this Glendale location. Anyway the issue for me and Im sure others are the Glendale location as we picked the location we were at and placed our review.

Theyve started to get busier so they have no problem double booking or over booking appts to fit as many clients in as they can, taking walkins over appts. so you will end up waiting or get rescheduled when you arrive. so Ive decided to go elsewhere. Otherwise decent salon.

I was there this afternoon, fooled by the 20% off teaser. I figured since they werent busy and I lived down the street how bad can it be? Pretty bad actually. First no one showed up to work today is what my nail tech told me, I didnt mind the wait until I heard this. Seriously, dont tell your customers this! They have 3 techs working, a receptionist and someone watching or what appears to be in training. The floor in this place is slippery as all he!!, I almost fell twice. I asked for the DELUXE pedi which includes (sugar scrub, lotion, callus remover, hot stones and 15 min massage plus polish). Total joke. The sugar scrub was 2 mins per leg- I timed it on my phone. The lotion was a total of 5 mins. The hot stones were placed under my feet then I got a hot towel. I couldve done a better job in my shower. The tech I had, has absolutely no idea how to apply polish. Thank goodness for the 20% discount. This was not even worth the $30 I ended up being charged. I wish I hadnt tipped the girl.This place should be gone by the end of the year if they keep this up.

Went in for a gel manicure the tech who did them did them to short and slanted and did not do the manicure. The total cost for this was 35 dollars for just the gel left really disappointed.

Worst customer service ever. Receptionist dumb as a door knob. First said we need a appointment then refuse to give us one. I guess she figured because we were Mexican we did not have the money to pay. I Share this information with our friends they surely wont be coming here to get there nails done.

I paid $36 for them to just paint my toe nails no other services were done with painting my toes. My toes dont match my nails and I was told by the tech its okay, nobody will look at your feet that close. My nails are bumpy and theres polish on my fingers. Service was crappy. We wont be back.
