I absolutely love this place! My nails always look amazing and they always take their time to perfect their work. You just know they take pride in their profession. And they’re always the sweetest to my toddler when I bring her with.

This is the only nail place that Ive ever been to in AZ that I love. Everyone is super nice and has amazing customer service and really cares about their customers. I have not once been unsatisfied with my nails or the people that have done my nails. My number one and most favorite nail place to go. 💯 I wont go anywhere else.

I really wanted to like this place but this is the second bad gel manicure I’ve had here, the first time was so bad, I called and they told me to come back for a new manicure, well that manicure was amazing, went back for another manicure on Thursday and it’s just as bad as the one I got a month and a half ago, the gel started lifting on 3 nails the same day. I’m really disappointed and can’t recommend this place to anybody.

I got my nails done on a Wednesday on Mother’s Day one of them ended up popping out. We went there but couldn’t take us in until 30 min and we didn’t have time. Another 2 days go by and my nails start chipping and popping off as if there was barely glue on any of them. I would’ve got them fixed if I wasn’t so busy. I gave it three stars and not one because the overall experience was amazing the lady who did my nails, Kim was so sweet and amazing. It was very clean and the environment was so relaxing. Just too much money for poor quality nails.

I have to update my comment. Yes, this place is beautiful. Yes, the staff is extremely friendly. Yes, it’s a nice and calm environment. It feels like a spa, super relaxing. However, worst nail experience ever. All my SNS nails fell off. The whole dip color just fell off on every nail. One chipped and the rest fell. It hadn’t even been a week yet. My friends nails are living and chilled as well. Again, hasn’t been a full week. The lady who did my dip didn’t know what she was doing, the two ladies next to her kept telling her how to do them and she even messed up. She had me go back and wash my hands to start over. I love the atmosphere and how friendly everyone is but the nails are bad. The old nail salon I use to go to, the SNS would stay on for like 3 weeks. I’m so disappointed.

I got in same day with an appt, they do take walkins tho. I had a pedi, full set dip and eyebrow wax. They are family owned which I love. The lady that was working on my hands, her little girl was walking around on her tablet, shes adorable, very polite, all smiles which makes me smile. Her older son works their as well and her older daughter came and picked up her little sister. I know this has nothing to do with the nails but that kinda of atmosphere I appreciate. Everyones happy, joking around and all around good people.

This a week later and my nails still look fab. I love how nice the staff all are. The front desk guy is super professional and nice. They use a punch card so you can get a discount and we all love discounts!

They did an amazing job with my nails. I did a dip for the first time and I love the summer color hot orange came out. Ill be back again.

I love this nail salon. They have experienced technicians that are friendly and always do an amazing job. They do regular mani’s, gel mani’s, and dip mani’s but no acrylic so it always smells like a spa and is very relaxing. Love, love, love this nail salon. Would give it 10 stars if I could.

This was my first time going here and I would give them five stars because my nails are awesome. I also got my eyebrows waxed and I got burnt. I look like I got into a fight, my eyeslids are swollen and burned.

Poor customer service! I received a custom pedicure and when I went home I noticed there was still dead skin on the bottom of my right foot! I returned no more than 20min later and the owner said there was nothing they could do about it! I didn’t receive a house pedicure it was extra! So Nailganic has lost a customer! Very poor service. Once you pay, they’re done! Only want money. I would give them 0 stars if it were an option.

This is the only place I’ll get my nails done at ! The people here are so friendly and I am always so happy with my nails. I can’t ever stand the smell at other nail salons because it gives me a headache but nailganic does not have that strong smell. I love it here !

I went in with my mother. The experience was beyond great! They treat you with such care and love. They asked you if you want anything to drink and as I was sitting watching my mom get pampered, I smelled the enticful, sweet aroma of coffee. The owner kindly gave me a glass of coffee and it was delicious! They repeatedly asked my mom if she was having a good time and if she needed anything. The place is very, very clean and greatly organized. Overall, it was a warm and nice experience! We will definitely be returning costumers!

Its a nice place, clean and organized. They have a colorful interior. There wasnt a big selection of polish to choose from. They were more expensive than others and for me just average. Its worth going and perhaps its a fit for you.

Good service i love my nails.

First time were and Im mixed about it. The salon was super clean and staff was very friendly. Thats a plus. As far as the service and prices I wasnt impressed. I got the $38 pedicure and was shocked to realize it didnt come with a hot towel, or hot stones, or even a foot massage or leg massage that Im used to. I also got gel polish and that was an extra $20. So, I paid $58 and received less of a pedicure than I normally get elsewhere. Just keep in mind they are a little more pricey. I dont think I will return after this visit.

Im actually still sitting in my pedicure chair while I write my review. After looking for a new place for more than 5 months, I have finally found the perfect one! Lynn was my nail tech and she was awesome. She is so friendly and polite. We talked and laughed through the whole appt. The owner is so nice. He walked around, making sure every customer was happy and satisfied with their service. The staff is friendly and polite. So many nail polish colors to choose from. I definitely will be coming back!!

I loved the environment feeling I got when I was there it smelled clean and new. everything was fresh and new I’m definitely going back because it was the only place I felt really good at. The owner and don were so friendly and helpful they did a great job on my wife with her nails and ped that I myself got one!! I enjoyed it very much I recommend this place 10 stars for sure thank you so much !! The location was in Scottsdale next to the good will in that plaza I believe it’s cactus Scottsdale that’s the only nailganic I want to know about :)

My wife just got done getting her nails done, I will not be bringing any more business here, they refused to listen to the designs my wife wanted telling her what she wanted looked to ugly. Instead she refused to listen to my wife or what she wanted done saying all she does is marble. I’m sorry but listen to your customers.Oh I know what location it is and this is the location that I’m reviewing, poor service!!Trust me you did not deliver!!

Excellent service, everyone is super friendly and they explain what the dip powder is and how much better it is for your nails then acrylic. It smells fantastic in the salon because no chemicals. The owner and his wife are super sweet and if you have any issues at all or are not happy they will fix it until you are satisfied. I definitely will be coming back. Bona did a wonderful job and she is super fun to talk to !

This was my first time in the salon and it has been one of the best experiences I have had getting my nails done! The salon is clean and doesn’t smell of chemicals. Bonna was super friendly and talked to me the whole time I was getting my nails done. She made sure I was completely satisfied with my nails before I left. Worst Dip mani and pedi EVER!! Frank, the owner complained that it’s tough to have a salon and it showed. Everyone who works there was in a funk. My nails are a wreck! Filed too narrow and no dip on the sides. Product all over my cuticles! They’re a complete mess. Frank says he’s thinking of selling.......i recommend this notion highly.

I love this place. You have to make your appointments, because they get booked very fast and have no room for walkins, theyre that good. Only closed on Tuesdays. Place doesnt have the strong chemical smell too. Very friendly family.

I came to Nailganic because I had a horrible experience at the last salon. I was greeted and taken back, They explained the process and started the manicure. Kim took great care of me. She was very gentle and did an excellent job. I am very pleased with my nails. I was treated like family and it was a great experience.

They dont wash hands before doing a wax, they put wax in the same warmer they use for everyone else without cleaning it, they dont explain what theyre doing. Theyre not Professional at all while naked from the bottom down different women come in and out leaving door open and they leave patches of hair that you paid to have removed.

I like how the place looks, staff is friendly amd I love the all natural and healthy aspects of it, but I wont be coming back. I came in for a full set, a brow and lip wax i was not satisfied with the set or the lip wax. They did okay on my brows. I explained to her to be careful with my eyebrow and she messed up anyways but ok and then some lady walked Im amd was just chatting with the lady doing my wax which I found very rude. On the right side of my lip there was still hair left smh. My nails were patchy and lumpy. Ive had my nails for 5 days, 3 are cracked and 1 just fell off. The color is nice but I wouldnt recommend to be honest. My total was $66 and not worth it. I shouldve went to a regular nail shop

So ive been going to this place a while and most of the time its great. But this time I got a girl Ive never had before she did my dipped nails so fast and without care there was blobs all over my fingers and under my nails she didnt lotion my hands it took me an hour to get it off when I got home I wanted to cry I spent so much and she didnt shape my nails even Im so unhappy.

I was excited to come here because I have heard nothing but great things but I left very disappointed. I received a pedicure from Linda which I love. She did such a great job. What I am not satisfied with are my nails. The man who did my nails messed up so many times. He had to redo the polish at least four times. It was so time consuming and they do not look nice at all. They are lumpy and rough. And on top of that, he did not cut around my nails. Also, the length on the left side of my nails are longer than my right. I paid $55 for this set but it does not look like it. Very dissatisfied. I would recommend a pedicure here but not a full set.

Horrible experience. Came for a mani pedi and the guy starts giving me a dip right after i explain that i can only have a nude nailpolish for nursing school. I didnt know what he was dojng till i finally say i never had my nails done like that. He says they will last longer and make my nails strong. I told him i cant have my nails like that. He and the lady say it look just like gel, then he gets mad because he has to take it off.

I decided to give this place a try because they are organic and since I’m pregnant I didn’t want to be smelling all the harsh chemicals you smell when you get acrylic nails so I went with the dipping powder and I was not disappointed!! I’ll definitely be coming back! I got a mani pedi and two workers did ir at the same time so I wouldn’t be waiting which is what i wanted. It was so nice, great massage on my back and feet and my hands look amazing I feel like a brand new person, lol. Everyone was so nice and helpful, can’t wait til my next visit. Wish I would’ve asked for the name of the nail tech that did my nails, so I can go back to her next time, she was awesome.

Saturday August 25, was my first time here. I came just to have my eyebrows waxed. Kim the owner was amazing and did a great job with my eyebrows and lip waxing. I decided to make an appointment for nails today,just because the service and staff was outstanding. This will be my new place for nails.Today Sunday August 26th went in to have my powder nails and pedi done. I was greeted by Linda with a smile and a hug. Linda did my pedicure. It was so amazing and relaxing. Bona did my nails they look so good and she was so funny. Both ladies were amazing and the conversation was great. I definitely will reccrecomto anyone and I will be back.Thank you Linda and Bona .
