I hadn’t had my nails done in years, but picked this salon based on reviews. I couldn’t be happier. The nail tech was very nice and patient with me. She didn’t sand down my natural nail so much that it hurt (which has happened in the past). And she didn’t cut my cuticles too short either.

I love this place, the lady who did my nails was so great, she made sure the color was exactly what I wanted and I was ok with it my set had 3 colors, and she tried on each color on herself first until we found the right one for each before she put it on me. She made sure what I wanted for each nail was correct before she began each one. The other staff were definitely very sweet as well. I was nervous to get my nails done since I haven’t done them in years cause of my job and didn’t think they would turn out right, nothings perfect but she definitely did her best to make it so, I would 100% come back here. They care about what they do a lot of places don’t put that much effort. Lot of respect for her!♥️ (Tried to take a good pic😅)

My sister and I have experienced unprofessionalism and have been interrogated by Tracey. Tracey begs alot. We have been here before and requested her because other techs are okay. We didnt and dont mind waiting for her but be honest about when youre available. We will have no more contact. We do not recommend this nail salon for any service.

I tried calling to set an appointment a few times just for a simple pedicure.They had time available for me up until they reloaded I wanted a simple pedicure job and nothing extraordinary. Then they handed the phone off to each other saying they don’t have availability and would not offer another day.This happened twice.

Ive visited this salon 3 times now and I have to say Im a fan. The salon is quiet and relaxing, and the ladies who work there are very nice and respectful. The prices are very reasonable. And the quality has always been great for me. Ive been able to get fills on my nails here and have them last up to 3 weeks without any breaking/peeling/lifting.I would definitely come again!

Tracy has been doing my familys nails for 5ish years. She has opened her own shop and has an Incredible staff. she is a full service salon with a waxing service and a hair salon. Cone here to get pampered.

Excellent service. Even though I came in 30 minutes before closing I received an amazing of pedicure and manicure. Theyre very gentle And very nice. It was my 1st time getting a pedicure manicure and they were very welcoming. I came in with an idea for my nails and was helped thorough leave to Make my vision come to life. Thank you some much!

Excellent gel pedicures. They take their time and dont skimp on the good parts like the foot massage. has last 4+ weeks, no chipping or lifting and still looks shinny and brand new. Only place I will go for a pedicure.Clean place, always offer a bottle water🌺🌺🌺🌺🌺🌺🌺🌺🌺🌺🌺

Very happy with my nails. I wasnt able to make an appointment and they got me in as fast as they could. Dip and fill is the technic they use and its healthier for your nails! I had never seen it before. Very cool!💓

Such a warm and inviting experience. Technician is terrific! Got a mani pedi and was more than happy with both. She is very detailed and precise, and her salon is spotless and comfortable. Looking forward to visiting the area again and making another visit to Tracys Nails.

Just moved here and found this nail salon on Google. They were super nice and not pushy at all. Got gel on my toes and on my nails. Super impressed.

Love my nails! Been looking for a place to replace my original location. Dip isnt as big as it is. Ive been twice (had to make sure the quality kept up with my daily activity) and each time I had a pleasant experience. I called ahead of time to make sure they werent too busy and when I would arrive I would get seated right away (no appointment) def my spot to go from now on

Awesome spot! I walked by and they looked open and asked them their prices. Clean and lots of colors available. they put A lot of care into your nails and really dig into the details.I like how well maintained and organize the facilities were.

Well, I guess Ill just have to settle for the 5... because, yall -- this was hands-down (no pun intended) the *best* service I have EVER received at any nail salon. I dont mean just in the Glendale area. Im talking about the best service Ive received at a nail salon ever. If you dont continue on to reading my review, please just give this place a chance. You will not regret it!!!I was instantly greeted when I entered, and promptly seated. All of the staff were busy with other clients when I arrived, so I sat in the pedicure chair for a while until I was served. The guy who greeted me was walking around asking everyone if they wanted refreshments, and swiftly acknowledged everyones requests.The person working on the customer next to me has a cheerful look on her face the entire time, and acknowledged all of the ladys requests kindly and promptly. All of the other staff members seemed rather cheerful as well, and all had great attitudes.When it was finally my turn, I was greeted with a sincere Im sorry for the wait! Come on -- where has that ever happened at a busy nail salon?! She then made friendly conversation with me while performing my pedicure, and continued to be cheerful and kind. I got the Deluxe and it was the best freaking pedicure Ive ever gotten. There were at least 3 rounds of sugar/salt scrubs, a lotion, and lots of massaging. It was finished off with hot towels and a hot rock massage. I certainly was not expecting that for the price!Then, when some of the other clients had been finished, someone came over and began working on my nails. She was equally cheerful and kind. Just all around great attitudes and good vibes at this place.At the end of my visit, the person who did my nails then asked if Id come back. That really took me by surprise, because Im so used to nail salons being in a big rush and seeming to only care about finishing the job then moving on to the next paying customer. But these people were nice to everyone in the shop and seemed to genuinely care about their customers.The atmosphere is very resort-like with pillars and vaulted ceiling lighting. Thats just the icing on the cake to the service I received. The place was extremely visually appealing and comfortable! Newness radiates from their facility.

This salon man for many many years Micheal for 16 years been cutting and highlighting my hair. Also did my mamas hair does a beautiful job. God Bless him. Have always been happy with Tracys nails , the staff and Tracy. She takes much pride in and attention to her business, leading an example to her staff, and does her very best to accommodate. Everyone is nice, everyone is human (scheduling conflicts naturally can happen, all within reason and all with solution...ultimately everyone wants to be pleased with service! Clients and staff alike, right?). Tracys nails was recommended to me when I lost a longtime manicurist (she changed careers) and I needed to find just the perfect match (or better) for a white French manicure (which is the only color I ever get...Im a creature of habit!) It was not easy to find, but good recommendations are a gift, and Tracy is my girl! Best French manicure EVAAA! 5++++ stars to Tracys nails !❤️

Great place in Glendale so far. I have bad reviews and my experience has been great. I didn’t know they don’t take walk-ins but they still took us, me and my bf, for mani, pedi and massage.Totally coming back totally. Cash only on tips too! Great selection of color and they speak English which sometimes helps lots.

This is my first time here , just walking in I was greeted by staff with a warm wonderful welcome and smile . They made us feel at home and so comfortable! !! I would recommend this very classy and beautiful nail spa to anyone who likes to be treated with first class service and great manicures and pedicures!

Great experience getting a gel mani and regular pedi here. Was visiting from out of town and they fit me and my friend in without appointments. Prices are reasonable. Seems clean. Pleasant experience and nice looking results. Would definitely return.

Im so please with my nails and pedicure! I love the Dip Gel because its healthier for my nails and they delivered beyond my expectations. Almond shape with ombré and toes white with glued on diamond detail. Sometimes Im difficult and they accommodated my ocd personality. Feeling glamorous and beautiful!😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

I will never come here again. Had to wait for over an hour to get a gel manicure. Its a professional standard to have swatches of the polish colors available and they didnt have it, I had to manually go through each bottle. The girl didnt bother to ask what shape I wanted my nails, then they dont even know the difference between a harmful UV light and an LED gel light. I finally had enough and just left after having wasted so much time

I came with my wife Tracy and everyone there is so friendly offered me ice coffee pretty good.

Received a warm & friendly greeting from the receptionist, who escorted me 2 the selection of polishes & immediately 2 the pedicure room, where a temperature-perfect bowl awaited. Provided impeccable service & great conversation!!! Overall, the salon is extremely clean (wax chairs r sanitized after each customer), welcoming, tranquil (candles & soft music) & everything u want n a salon experience! They even offer beverages . Im so happy with my OPI deluxe pedi, mani & SNS nails , Ill definitely return!!!
