He did not ask what i wanted. He did not communicate and just grabbed my hands and started working on it. I stopped him and asked him if he knew what i wanted. He then proceeded to get colors and nail sizes. I came in for a manicure and acrylic nails. He overcharged me after he messed up on the color and he didnt even clean up my nails. He not once touched my cuticles and it looked like I had press on nails. Not the place to go to. This place doesn’t care for customer service only for money. What you want means nothing to them. They will find a way to do it cheaper and easier for them and in the end make you look and feel stupid. Horrible job!

Nhu didnt do a proper job. Poor design, missed spots of bail polish, too far from the nail lunula. I regret paying so much for such a poor job. Plus, they overbook appointments and people waiting were overwhelmed. The girl for the eyebrows was left alone on the bed for 40 minutes and nobody went to apologize or proceed with promised job. I waited for too long and they didnt warn me about cash tips. These type of place doesnt deserve tip. The hand and feet massage with lotion was for 5 seconds, they were laughing and talking in Vietnamese. Oh, boy, go somewhere else to do your nails.

Terrible service and they dont listen to their customer or ask what customer prefers. The manicurist kept filing my nail despite telling her it was hurting. She stopped after I pulled my hand from her. Needless to say I didnt finish my manicure as my thumb continues to throb with pain.Pedicure was rushed as well. I normally dont write bad reviews but I had to after my experience.

I like the house of nails there were several stations we came in at approximately 4:30 made reservations. More than 12 stations however only a third of the stations were occupied by staff. Staff was very attentive to all needs. Everything is a la carte. Very good salesman that upsell every component of beauty and nail and massage pedicures and manicures. They do it in a friendly way and they do a good job. Most of the furniture is in good condition however some of the seats need to be attended to.. some are unstable and need attention. The staff is very vocal in the language and where they originate and they freely talk among themselves yelling and laughing while most of the customers just watch without knowing exactly what is being spoke about. Most of the staff are middle to older age one of the five was in their mid-20s. Establishment was a little pricey however they did accomplish everything that you asked them to do at a cost. The back massagers on the chairs leave it different adjustments. The controls were for anybodys best guess because the labels were worn off the controls from so much use. A little upkeep would go a long way.

They should speak English between themselves

This has to be one of the worst places Ive been too. The lady with the tacky fake dolce and gabbana shirt was so rude the entire time she was doing my feet and when I asked her to fix my nail she added a clear coat and it was still messed up. When I asked somebody else to fix it somebody went to talk to her. When is was time to pay she snatched the card from my hand and threw it back at me. Never coming to this place again.

I do my nails with Vanessa and Tammy they are very very good and very nice.Every time i enjoy being there 👍❤

This place is hit or miss. The guys are the better choice. It also seems to be getting dirtier the last few times Ive been there. Honestly I think I may need a new place!

Best nail salons with the friendliest staff! Hong is A-M-A-Z-I-N-G at what she does, 10/10 would recommend. I ALWAYS walk out with The nicesttt nails and get compliments on it allllll the time. Every service has reasonable and good prices, I LOVEEE House of Nails. Everybody is very good but Hong is the BEST🥰😍💕

The bald man doing my nails didnt say a word to me but instead was watching something on his phone. He even stopped working on my nails to start another episode. He didnt bother to look me in the face. he charged me $45 and I dont even know why because he didnt do a good job and I even tip him $5....im not sure why I did that. As I was paying I asked him can I get some lotion or oil because my hands were dry. He didnt make me wash my hands before starting the polish and didnt bother moisturize my hand. I would not recommend!!! I spent $51 for nothing....👎👎

Very very very bad service, my experience with them was awful. They even dont speak english, I was telling them what I want, they dont understand. 1 star is even more for then. DONT RECOMMEND !!!!!
