Refined Nails & Spa is a beautiful shop. It feels elegant and upscale. The staff is welcoming and friendly. I’ve tried many shops in the area and this one has been the best quality in terms of products and services. I highly recommend it!

Do not recommend. Most of them had an attitude since the second I walked in . Had to make them redo it and this is how they came out. Paid $50 for nails that are messed up, didn’t even get offered a discount.

My mom and I meet up ever other weekends so we can get our nails done and catch up on family gossip. We have been to several nail salons and by far this has been the best for us. The staff is so friendly and they do such a great job. We have not yet, had to wait every time we go in because they are always fully staffed. We met up for Mothers day today and they did a fantastic job. They even gave all their customers, a single stem rose. 💅⚘

First time visiting this salon and the staff is absolutely amazing! Prices are reasonable and excellent pedi foot / leg massage , I will continue to bring my business here , the staff went above and beyond to find colors I was looking for , very friendly !

Too dirty to work, they dont clean the nails from the bottom very well, they put them on the top but they dont cut them inside and they look horrible, I just moved to Glendale and everywhere it is a mess and I tried 5 places and until today I have not found something good I will have to return to surprise they are all professionals!

They where so nice. New management everyone is so nice and they work is amazing. I am going to get a fill because they did such a great job. You have to try this shop.

These people are rude. Especially the women that helped me. She seemed so abrasive. I won’t be going back. And my nails were just okay. Not worth the money.

My daughter and I went In for 2 pedicures. We were the only customers but still were made to feel we were bothering the employees. The male employee took a nap in a nail chair. The younger of the 2 woman gave me literally the worst pedicure of my life. We were in the area and stopped in n will never be back. We do not like using the Cheese Grader for callous removal. The woman said she would not scrub the dry skin, either cheese grader or nothing. She also took personal call on speakerphone while providing my pedicure. Just because we can not understand the language, it is STILL RUDE to talk on the phone and to the other employees during a service. There were NO CUSTOMERS.... it could’ve waited until we left!

I have been going to their service for years. They are personable, professional and have great customer service. Excellent job

My mom gave me gift certificate for Christmas . They won’t honor the gift certificate during a pandemic. It’s expired because it’s only valid 6 months but where’s the common sense to extend like other retailers or establishments because of this pandemic?Either way this place isn’t my go to because it’s not as nice/ sanitary and and their prices are more expensive for the same service I can get better elsewhere . I only went because my mom gifted it and goes here but she definitely won’t anymore due to this terrible customer service

The guy doing my daughter’s pedicure was sniffing sneezing and coughing very unprofessional and seemed like he didn’t know what he was doing luckily for him her turned out decent!

Rude service, if you asked them to fix their mistake they try to make you feel stupid, it’s not fair to spend your money if they’re not even trying to offer a good job to people. They have no education, cero respect for clients.Plus the place is nasty!

No wonder no one is in here they are high priced! I have never paid $45 for a pedi and gel on my toe nails and it wasn’t even that great, I got the $30 pedi. I’m good on this spot!

I had a few issues with their customer service. For one while I was sitting before my pedicure started i over heard a worker telling the customer who’s paying oh you’re not leaving a tip? I know the customer should tip. But what if she didn’t like the service? Non the less he shouldn’t have said anything. Secondly when I was being asked what kind of pedicure do I want he ( i say he because he is another guy who works there not the same from the counter) tells me oh you want #1. Which of course is the most expensive pedicure they offer. I kindly tell him no I’ll do #2. He’s pushing me to choose option 1. I again tell him not thank you. He seems to get upset but carries on. I realize he isn’t really giving me a massage and he’s not scrubbing my feet at all barely touching them. I give him $5 for a tip and he doesn’t seem happy.If you go expect to feel bad if you don’t tip or do tip. Also be prepared to be pushed to choose something you might not even want.

Place is worth it even though some things are a bit pricey. They are very kind and have great customer service than some places Ive been too. Ii have no complaints. Had waxes and nails done here. An hope to try more :D

Walked in for a polish change and fill for acrylic on my toes the lady sat down with a nasty attitude while asking questions regarding polish she responded by saying “I’ll get polish for you, I told you go and wash your hands” very nastily. I washed my hands trying to be patient I sat back down she says you need to pay me first. I’ve never had that experience unless it was time for polishing to avoid nails being messed up during the drying process. I said to her I will put the money on the counter for you until we are done she said why don’t you give it to me. I responded saying nothing has been done yet. She says I’m going to do it, I responded ok I’ll leave it here until we are done. She then proceeds to say well you can leave. The owner/ manager I’m not sure his exact position sat there quietly watching. The place was empty as is and I can clearly see why. As a first time customer I will Never return here again. However, Dream Nails across the street did a fabulous job and I will return again soon

Loved this place & so wish they had one in Utah!!! They did an amazing job on my nails. & probably did the best I’ve ever had done! Strongly recommend!

Bad customer service!!! The guy that was doing my nails did a really bad job and refused to make them better to my liking! He left my nails clumpy and the color wasn’t right. The powder that they put on top of the nail, the guy left a pointy tip on the top of the nail, and it bruised my finger. I also got my toe nails done, and right when I got home the color came off and they refused to fix it too. I was sitting at the salon and they told me to get up because my nails were dry, turns out they weren’t and messed up when I got home.

Its always clean and the gals there are really nice. They do great work

All the staff are welcoming my nails always come out great, recently they opened up a new refined nails located on 83rd and Bell and i love that one 10× more. Amazing staff love the way my nails come out, there are lots of colors to choose from. Love both of these locations!!

I have gone here many times with no complaints for over a year. I’m sorry to say this visit today will be my last visit. All I wanted was an eyebrow wax and a simple white tip acrylic. My eyebrows ended up jacked and my nails look like a 4 year old did them. When I was told the bill was 33 dollars I about flipped. That is the price they always give me for full set gel. Why in the world did I get over charged for a crappy white tip job with no gel?!! I have given this place three chances since they have not been doing a good job and this is it. Sadly to say I will be searching for a new nail place.

Went for a pedicure. Not very friendly. Not a great message. Not a great scrub. Rushed through even though I was the only one there. Left a tip. Will not be coming back.

My wife loves this place, she always come home very happy with the people that pampered her. She likes the little designs they do on her nails. And if shes happy... I am too :-)

Male technician did a horrible job on my nails. First time I went the lady tech did an alright job but nails did not last a week before breaking, I went in again & had the male technician do my nails, he said he had 23 years of experience & seemed like he had 1 month of experience. Each and one of my nails are all bumpy with no shape whatsoever, I told him something of the bumps/shape and he said they came out like that because I did a glitter gel color, all my life I’ve done mainly glitter coats gel or none gel and never have I had such horrible work done on me. Even my boyfriend who knows nothing about nails was shook about what horrible service I got. Worst place ever to go to !!DO NOT GO HERE

Used to really enjoy coming to this place, but my last two visits were awful. There hasn’t been a time I haven’t gotten nicked and bled, most of the techs don’t put enough color layers on, and the nails fall off easily (arcrylic nails, usually about a week after getting them done here.) They tell you one price and when you go to pay they up it by at least $10. They make you wait for no reason, I have sat there while they chat amongst themselves as if I wasn’t waiting for service. This place has been open a little over a year, but they should close it already. Very unhappy.

Came here today as a returning customer to have my Gel nails fixed. I saw the same lady who did them.Thought todays visit would have been more at ease and the job done right. The lady got rude after I told her my nails were uneven after she used the nail filer. She started pulling my had and using the electrical nail filer roughly, and started talking in her language to the other employees. My nails dont look the same, looks like something I could have done at home myself. She didnt even clean under my nails but when I left I had a bill of 43.!!! And thats just for using the powder gel 2 times and putting clear coating on it. I will NEVER go back!!!

This place is absolutely horrible! Will never give them my business ever again. And I dont recommend anyone go here. My niece is graduating and I took her to get her nails and toes done for this special occasion. Her toes came out ok but her nails were awful. She tried to ask the girl what color she would be using to make sure it was what she picked, to match her dress, and the girl told her not to touch. So after that she was afraid to speak up an say no this is not what I want. My niece is only 14 yrs old. When she was done she told me she didnt like it and I tried to get them to redo it. The girl told me my niece didnt tell her she didnt like it an never asked her about the colors. When I tried to tell her that she did an how she responded to her previously she got mad and started speaking in her language to the other nail techs. I paid for the services anyways an took my niece to another solon to fix what they had done the new nail tech had told me that they out acrylic all over my nieces nail cuticle an around her nails. She said she would have never paid for that kind of service and asked me if I has asked to speak with a manager? I said no. But these individuals will not be getting any more of my business ever again!P.S. I left a pic of my nieces nails on their page. They are the black and burgundy ombre ones.

Horrible experience , 1st time going. Nails look great but customer service is awful. U forgot to transfer money before paying and when my card didnt go through vivian the manager announced very loudly that my card declined and i only had $12 in my bank, i told her Im sorry I just need to transfer money, and again she repeated very loudly my bank account balance and started freaking out like I wasnt going to pay. Very humiliating , rure , and unprofessional. Save yourself some money and go somewhere else !

This is the worst nail shop Ive ever been to ..I will NOT be returning !! Had my finger cut by her drilling and was given one price and when time to check out given another!! Smh and looked at me funny when I didnt tip...Im a big tipper when Im happy with the service...The service SUCKS !!I dont understand why is this place still open....

First the woman who did my nails tryed to pressure me into get gel I said no many times but she still keep asking and asking that was very uncomfortable , then she over charged me 25 bucks when the pricing on the wall says 23. I was not happy with my nail she did them to short and fat square looking never ever dont come here .

May is great, BUT DO NOT let Phuock (the male nail tech) touch your hands or feet. It will hurt and look beyond atrocious. He is the worst tech Ive come across- reason I left and chose another place.

Too much money for something thats simple

Place is ok wasnt busy at all when I came in on a Sunday morning. Didnt like there massage chairs only massages lower back. Put some green staff on my legs which made it cold kept it on there for a long time didnt like that at all. Only went here cause it was close to my house next time well drive to my usualle spot even though its quit a destince away but worth it. Asked to make the water hotter but wasnt any hotter. Yep wont come here again. She kept getting up for materials which was really annoying just left me sitting there in front of the fan with my legs wet. Leg and foot massage was ok.

The worst pedicure ever. The tech was rude and she had no idea what the hell she was doing.

Was very disappointed. Went in for a french polish change. The guy only put one coat of color on my nails, then put this ugly pink color of clear. Most technicians know you put 2 coats of color on for a french and with a color on the french you use clear on the bed of the nail. Yes, I could have said something but he could not speak English and most of the others didnt either.

Very over priced and anything you want other than a French Mani pedi is extra
