I wish I could post a picture of the $65 set I was just charged for. Please save your money. This place used to be good, I was a frequent customer and I keep telling myself they maybe had a bad day.. but this is the third time they charge me something different for the same work but this time I’m in pain and my hands are full of acrylic everywhere. I absolutely loved this place! Me and my friend booked a last minute appointment and the staff took very good care of us. They offer hot tea and water. They sanitized everytime someone comes and goes. Masks are required. We both got pedicures and I love to get pampered when I get my nails done. Honey they took care of us! There prices are perfect they are not overpriced whatsoever. The young ladies that took care of us were sweet and patient. They put these cute flower petals in the water. OMG it was so cute. I felt like a Queen. I will most definitely be going back. Thank you all for such an amazing experience!

WORST experience I have ever had at a nail salon. When I first went in I had 2 people working on my nails, I asked for a ombre and got french tips and my nails were thick uncomfortable and wavy, not smooth at all!!. Me being nice, I dealt with it. a day later one whole nail popped off, I went in yet again to get my nail fixed. I also had to have another tech fix my whole set.. I left happy.. next day.. SAME NAIL FELL OFF! when I went back in they were having side conversations and had me wait 15 mins with my nails half done to start on another client. FURIOUS. I will NEVER go here again..

I love coming here. Never have to wait long. They always do the exact style and design I want. And if Im not liking how it is coming out. They offer a few of their ideas. And I walk out of there so happy. Without them charging me a penny extra.

She was amazing to my wife day of opening with covid 19! Mother’s Day feet & nails. She stayed til 10pm helping everyone. She truly was a rock star.

My wife goes here all the time and loved it. Nina is the best, never heard bad a bad thing ever. I got a pedicure here and it was great, it was a great experience and I will probably do it again because it was such a good experience. My wife said she wont go anywhere else because of how well they take care of her nails.

They cannot do nails. my nails are always lumpy and uneven and when i ask them to fix it they just brush it off and do whatever they like. They also try to force you to get pedicures and when you tell them no they start talking about you in their language.

Highly recommend. Nina is wonderful. From day one she treated me like a friend. She is amazing. Highly recommend. Faithful customer right here

This is the best nail place I have found. Nina is so talented and can put just about any design o. your nails. also pedicures are so relaxing . wouldnt go anywhere else

The nail technician is very detail oriented and efficient.

I came in to get acrylics, the nail tech i had made nice nail shape but was a little rough with filing. she did not cut or push back my cuticles so they bled a little but overall nice shape and seem good.

I’ve gone here many times and the old owner Nina was my favorite but ever since she’s left they seem not to care as much for their customers. They like to get you out as fast as they can and don’t focus on what they may of missed or messed up on. Also I went in one time and got a ombré color but I was not sure if it was gel or powder, so instead of the male knowing right away that you use powder, he asked what I usually do so I told the man gel (not knowing it’s powder), I showed him a picture and everything and he still failed, there was hairs from the brush he tried blending it in with under the paint and it was very tacky and not cute. But I still payed and didn’t complain because I had to get out of there as soon as I could for work. So I went back the day after and requested Susan because she does pretty good work but she as well is very quick with getting you out the door. She did them very quickly so they didn’t look the best but I was okay with it until she started telling me I had to pay again for something they messed up. I even tipped the male the last time out of courtesy because he did try, I payed $45 in total for horrible nails and payed $20 the day after because she didn’t want to do them for free from them messing up. She even tried charging me $30 until I said something about paying $45 the day before. She knew she was wrong for it and so did the girl in the front who charged me. I was very disappointed!

Awful job on my nails. Cut uneven, old nail polish left on, and the lady was so rough! Now my hands feel and look bad 😡 Dont mind others talking in their native language, but for 30min 3 of them in front of me the whole time and not really a word to me is terrible customer service!!

I have gone here twice. The first time I got a fill and within a week my nails were coming off... the second time I got a new set (French manicure) and she did them so fast that some of the nails are on crooked. The clear part is already cracking and coming off after a week. Im from Wisconsin and I just moved here. The quality of powder is much much better where I was going in WI. Also the service here sucks and the last lady that did my nails was rude and fast like she just wanted to get in and out.I WONT be going back here again. I thought it would be a good place as the reviews were decent. The only decent thing here is their prices. I got a new set for $35. I guess you pay for what you get. BEWARE.

She did not know how to do nails I had to tell her how to shape them, she also cut two of my fingers from filing, she also got acrylic all over my skin and they were crooked. I would leave negative 5 stars if I could.

Ive been getting my nails done here for 5 years. Nina always did a great job. Ive been 3 times since she left and I wont go here again. The last time was so bad that I got up and walked out and refused to pay. The woman who did my nails had no idea what she was doing. I wish I could find out where Nina is working.

People were nice. Wish theyd spend a little bit more time massaging feet and legs. Smudged my toe nail polish within 2 hours because it wasnt dry enough, so not pleased about that.

Terrible. Had an appointment at 3:30 and had four walk ins go before me. Finally got called back at 5:00. The lady had no clue what they were doing. My nails are already coming off After 5 days. They are bumpy and uneven and The lady got acrylic all over my hands. Super unprofessional and not worth the money. I should have asked for a refund.

Nina does the best job on nails. She has been doing my nails for 7 years. I am a pet stylist and my hands are always on water. My nails dont lift on the sides, nor do they chip. I will not go anywhere else.

My goto spot for a spa pedicure. They are very clear with the prices before they get started which is appreciated so dont accidentally pay $95 bucks for a bunch of nonsense. I usually call ahead just in case but its never nessicary. My sister got gel nails done for her wedding and they were beauties and lasted quite a while.

I have been going to Nina for 8 yrs now. Shes fast, does quality work & she comes up with the cutest designs. Im extremely pickie when it comes to my nails. Nina always makes sure Im happy. If ur looking for personalized service. Go check her out.

If your not doing you nails with Nina don’t bother getting them done my nails are so bad first it’s not how I wanted them I got them done a week ago already falling off I work in. A medical office no hard work there .... the lady who did my nails was just horrible I won’t go back unless Nina is there

I went in yesterday to get my nails done. I showed the nail tech a pic of what I wanted she sais no problem. I had to ask 3 times on the price before she told me by then she had already started drilling at my nail plate. She didnt messure the tips before gluing them on, cut the tips by eyeballing them ( they are longer on my right hand than on the left hand), and for some reason the acrylic on my left ring finger is twice as thick as all the other nails. Once she was done with the acrylic part she asked what color and said no design. I told her I wanted my nails just like the picture I showed her at the beginning of the session. She told me she didnt know how to do the design and no one else in the shop knew how to do the design either. I tried to make the best of the situation and had to go with something close to what i wanted. The picture i showed her had stones she asked if i wanted stones i told her yes but then asked her to change out one of the stones on my ring finger because they were the same sizs and I didnt like the way they looked. She did not agree with me in which i had to just tell her bluntly i didnt like it. She made a face then changed the stone. Once i left the salon and could see my nails. I noticed there was gel all on the sides of my cuticles on 7 of my fingers. After finally accepting and coming to terms with what bought yesterday a stone fell off less than 24 hrs of the service. Fyi it was not the same stone i had replaced.

Went to this place on an afternoon and got a French tip manicure (no gel) and regular pedi. My complaint is on the quality of the work on my manicure. It appears they did not allow my white tip to dry between coats and they appear to only be concerned about gettting you in and out quick rather than taking care of the customer. Moments after we left my French tip nail coat started wrinkling of course because it was not dry underneath. Another thing I did not like is that two separate people worked on my manicure. My daughter who also was there with me was worked on by two people as well. I went back the next day and they re-did my French tip which is what their policy says, If you are not happy within 7 days you can come back and theyll redo it. Good deal , however I requested that they just do a plain color which is really cheaper than the tip and they said it had to be the same service. I was not asking for any reimbursement. Okay so at this point Im okay even if they do the same thing. The worst part is its 3 hrs later and my nails are same as the first time. The tip has wrinkled up and smudged because they didnt allow enough time to dry. Again two different people worked on me and they were in a rush. So mad because I spend over $70 to not even enjoy them. Plus 2nd time and they couldnt get it right .

Friendly staff and Ive never gotten hurt. Always love my nails when theyre done. Nina is my favorite

TERRIBLE! My nails were not done correctly AT ALL. Go somewhere else! Neither one of the techs knew what they were doing. I asked for coffin and received square.
