Absolutely love this place till a few days ago. I understand that they take 3% credit/debit card fees but the young lady they had working at the front had charged my card over 10% and never got refunded, I spoke to the owner and he had told me to wait because it was just the way my card worked, unfortunately it does not work like that. it’s been over a month and I still haven’t received the money back that was basically stolen from me at this point. went back a few days ago for a fill and a pedicure and one of the workers would not let me leave in my own sandals just because I didn’t get gel, she said she could re-do my nails but seems like a scam to get more money out of me. had to wait to be cashed out and wait for her to walk away to put my own sandals on, you’d think that because someone comes into the salon with their own sandals on, they’d be able to leave with their own SANDALS on. I’ve met some good people but some still need more customer service experience and to learn how to speak to people without such terrible attitudes. I’m still waiting for my refund that was supposed to be 3%.

I like how my nails turned out! They were quick and decently priced. My foot got accidentally cut during the pedicure by the employee helping me, but other than that had a good experience!

Absolutely atrocious salon. SOO dirty. Was recommended to Bryce after a friend was cut by all other nail techs at this location. Welp, Bryce literally cut open my thumb with a gold metal nail drill within 5 mins. He looked at me to see if I noticed the cut which at first I did not due to shock. then when I did, he immediately put some blue glue in it and gave me $10 off of a fill...Due to my own hygiene habits the cut healed with no infection.My second appointment, I was late to. I got an elderly woman in the way back of the store (Bryce only suggests his guys who sit up front, next to and behind him. She cut my cuticles back so far they were raw and bleeding - needed Neosporin and bandages when I got home. Never in my life have I experience such poor work/hygiene! I almost walked out after she ripped my old set off from the pain. Even the lady next to me getting her nails done was cringing. I asked for smooth, straight, square nails and got coffin, lumpy, and nails of all lengths. Please do not come here!!!!

I drive from Tempe to this place.So you can tell how much I love it.Environment makes me comfortable and they can give me the nail I have exactly in my mind.

This establishment allows for their employees to sit and make fun of their patrons. Once I said something out loud the guy doing my pedicure told the lady next to her to be quiet and magically all the people laughing all of a sudden stopped. Disappointing service from a place I thought was great. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Steer clear! Spend your money elsewhere.

To start off when we walked in the smell of acrylic nails was extremely overwhelming. It was a nice day outside maybe opening the front door or getting better filtration would help.We waited over 45 min for a scheduled appointment. We had 3 people in our group and although we sat together we did not start at the same time. Each of the other girls started 15 and 35 min after me...we had an appointment for 3 people!I paid extra for each of us to get an upgraded massage and foot treatment and they basically just washed our legs. No massage at all.The hot stones were not hot and she never put lotion on them so they were sticking to my legs. She never once asked about the temperature of the stones. The workers were more interested in chatting non stop with each other and did not really interact with us.We paid extra for callus remover and by the next day my feet were scratchy and my daughter had a blister. Ive never had this happen before.My daughters polish was not done well, you could see the streaks and the nail in some areas. All in all, sadly, I would not recommend going here.

My daughter invited me and my nineteen yr old granddaughter to get our nails done. With no appointment and close to closing time they took care of all 3 of us! We are all pleased with the nails we asked for they are very attentive. I will go here next time.

Was my first time there. Scheduled an appointment to get full set. Was there for 3 hours to get a full set. Sitting in that chair for a long time. One guy started my nails, was passed on to another guy. No one bothered to apologize. Was still charged $60. Very bad customer service.

Not going to lie they do pretty nice nails! But DO NOT come here if your planning on spending your whole day here!! They dont care if you have an appointment when their regulars are walking in 1 hour after you. Spent here more than 1 hour waiting to get my nails done because they kept putting their regulars first they will also treat them way better.

Got them done today and truthfully it wasn’t what I asked for and I don’t like them. I thought they would be able to do them pretty easily because they do some complex nail designs here. Clearly I was wrong. It a little sloppy and it wasn’t even the right colors and I spent over $100 on them. Overall I don’t like them but at least I know now to just stick to basic nails. (also you guys should stock up on a sage green/ lighter green, it’s a pretty popular color.) I’m also pretty picky but i’m still adjustable with it if it looks nice, this on the other hand is kind of embarrassing to have on. Very disappointed.

This place is okay. Needs to be consistent in quality of work. Hit or miss each time. Was able to clean up most nails after photos, but I should not have too on a $27.00 gel manicure. Idk its a love hate relationship. Inside is nice, could be more put together. Tons of parking. Did notice people with appointments still had to wait at least 10-15 minutes. Staff is very nice.

This was my second time coming here. The first time was amazing. This time was awful. I’m thoroughly disgusted. I will not be returning. The gal cut my foot with a callus remover grater, didn’t say ANYTHING. Stuck my foot back in the water as it continues to bleed. And still said NOTHING. Then finally takes it out and proceeds to put nail glue on my bleeding toe. No warning. No heads up. NOTHING!!!! That stuff burns on a fresh wound. Not only did she nail glue it shut but she didn’t appropriately clean it before doing so. My nail design is awful. Nails have bubbles and lumps through out them. All this awful outcome and I have to pay $73? Funny. I’m also a licensed cosmetologist and am trained in the proceedures to take if someone is hurt during any service. Which was not done properly either... so we will see what ARIZONA state board of cosmetology things about it. Pictures attached. The nice looking nails was the “inspiration” nail pic.

This was the worst and most unprofessional experience I have ever had in 30 years of getting my nails done in this area.They only cater to regulars obviously ,from reading the negative versus the positive reviews on here.. They will belittle you in front of other customers, ignore what you want and have a young girl who works up front with an answer FOR everything. SCAM ARTISTS!!

I would come here and get SNS powder nails. The work is inconsistent, there are times it was clumpy and uneven. Other times it would come out okay, I would tip no matter how good or bad it was.I came in waited one hour and when I was called I asked for the same thing I always get pearl pink with matte finish. The nail tech appeared confused and said they don’t have that color and I explained I know they do because I get done here bi-weekly. She asked who does my nails and I explained it changes often. I always tip 15-20 dollars and still nobody cares to remember anything.The nail tech was more concerned with who did my nails than getting the color and just doing what I asked. I was embarrassed and I left because it was made into a big scene.I returned a few days later and asked if there was a pearl pink color and they confirmed they had that color. Again, nobody recognized me and I left. Will no longer be doing business with them. Very disappointed..

It wasnt just Nye and Bryce who were so great they were all so sweet and talking to my mans kiddo and I😍😍😍 the best place Ive been by far... The work they did on both of our nails, was PHENOMENAL especially on a 4year olds nails 😍😆😆 I have pics and hopefully I can upload my snaps aswell lol thanks to Nye and Bryce 😊😊😆(Im probably butchering their names Im sorry)

Went in for basic fill on acrylic nails with paint. My daughter and myself. The gentleman who did my nails was engrossed in playing on his phone during my appointment. There were many times he stopped to play his game. I was annoyed but didnt say anything at the time. He kept telling me to relax which was also quite irritating. My daughter was finished and dry by the time he started painting my nails. I mentioned to him that the fan was not very high to dry the nails. Needless to say I was highly disappointed at the paint job on the nails its was completely ruined by the time I got home because they were not dry when he told me I was good to go.Not to mention they charged me $70 to perform two acrylic fills.. $70!!! I will never go back, ever.

A few times I have had an appointment and I was told that I did not, in fact, have an appointment....especially by the owner. When you make every effort to get to your appointment on time, only to be lied to, it is not a good business practice.

Very disappointed with my overall experience and I have no idea why they have four and a half Stars?! Maybe I just had a lady that didnt like her job and wanted to watch TV over doing my nails, bc thats what she was doing, the only thing that I really enjoyed was the really hot water! When she was rubbing lotion onto my legs I could barely feel her touch. She really wasnt into it and was almost annoyed. Besides that the place is pretty and clean, But still on the search for a good nail place because I wont be going back.

I was searching for a new nail place to go to for my birthday today since I was not happy with my regular salon. I made an appointment with this Lobo last minute today for 5:45. I showed them like 5 different pictures of what I wanted combining looks from each. I wasnt expecting it to be perfect because Ive never had my nails turn out exactly like I want them (Im picky haha). But Bryce NAILED IT. They are literally PERFECT. He took SO MUCH TIME making sure they were perfect for me. He stayed an hour after closing working on my nails. They are literally flawless. I hate when nails are thick so he made them thin and naturally looking for me. I also hate when you can see your nail on the side, or theres junk left under the nail. They are so perfect, clean, crisp and pretty! I always see nails on social media that look so cool, but havent been able to find a salon that can do all of the cool unique looks- until now. Theyre very clean, and they definitely care about their customers and retention! I just cant say enough good things about this salon!!! I love them, and this will definitely be my go-to nail place from now on. HIGHLY recommend! Ive been to Lobo Nails & Spa a few times before and Ive always had a good experience, but today I had the most exceptional service yet.I came in for a gel fill and shaping. After being greeted and shown to the polish bottles to chose my color, Annie came over to check on me and to answer my questions, she convinced me to try a gel polish, which I had never used before (great choice!). She was extremely patient while I made my color decision, and shaped my nails perfectly. Annie was so sweet and genuinely interested in holding a conversation, I felt like I was sitting with a friend the entire time.Ive never had a specific go to nail tech before, but from now on I will be sure to call ahead and book Annie!

I recently moved to Gilbert and had to try out a new nail salon. To say they least, they didn’t even come close to Lobo Nails and Spa 😢 will be scheduling my next nail appt the next time on that side of town bc I just can’t find anyone as good as this place!

Tried to leave a review but it disappeared. With less detail. It was my first time there. They charged $33 for a regular fill. Asked about no gel just clear top coat. Same price. Get gel like it or not! She missed some spots , bumps, finger prints. Even had to stop her from using white on my pink. Never will go back. 😒

I have been coming to this salon for about six months and have nothing but wonderful things to say about all of the nail techs that have helped me during that time. I went here a couple days ago and have to say I really enjoyed my time because as soon as I walked in I was greeted by Bailey (who did my nails) she was so polite and caring on what exactly it was I wanted from the shape to the color and design. Im usually picky when it comes to getting my nails done but She took her time and made sure I got what I wanted! Definitely my favorite go to nail salon Ive found in awhile. Went in for a regular manicure. Only waited a couple of minutes, they seem to be steady and it was Tuesday so I imagine they get very busy on the weekends. Annie did my nails. Shes very personable and listened to me and made some great recommendations on caring for my natural nails. She was careful in shaping them as my nails are weak and brittle. Will be back next time I come to Glendale.

I’ve been going to lobo for a year now, and I cannot fathom going anywhere else. I love Bailee and Bryce, and everyone that works there. Their service is amazing, their staff is caring and hard working, and it’s such a nice place to go when I need my nails taken care of. I recommend it to everyone I know, even customers at my work. Wonderful experience! Went in for my birthday and they provided an amazing experience. I got a luxury pedicure and a standard manicure. I would definitely recommend the luxury pedicure as it was very relaxing and soothing. They didn’t rush even when I went in an hour before closing. Another place turned me down and I was very happy to have randomly found lobo nails instead . The place is so clean and modern too! They had nice massage chairs, a great atmosphere with a wonderful staff! 💅🏻

I absolutely love coming here to get my nails done! The ladies here are so friendly and welcoming. My gel manicure lasts about 2-3 weeks with no chipping! Highly recommended 🙂

Im very picky when it comes to my nails and have never left this salon disappointed. They offer a wide variety of options and up to date styles to keep you coming back.

I have been a regular client at Lobo Nails & spa for 8 months. They are friendly, efficient, do a perfect job. You can walk in or make an appointment. I have tried other places in Glendale none of them beat this one. Great price, quality, cleaniness, all tools sterilized, professional, relaxing atmosphere and the best pedicure massage.

I have been going to Bailey for years! She is incredible , always does a great job and my acrylics always last forever when before i could not even get them to last 2 weeks no matter where I went. Bailey has always listened to me and not tried to change what I want as you ladies know its not a good feeling being pressured with your nails being told no this looks better etc. Bailey will not do that, and I am one of those picky people she always makes sure I am happy before leaving and shes genuine about it. I hope you ladies give her a try because youll never be unhappy with your nails again. I was driving from buckeye to her in Phx that speaks for itself. Came here regularly and always loved my nails. Couldnt come in my normal day due to personal stuff and was told to wait 2 hours to be seen. Just lost a regular.Edit: After the response I got I have changed my review to a one star and will not be returning.

One word... AMAZING!! They offer soo many different things from acrylic nails to waxing and everyone is super talented. I always get acrylic nails and never once have I had issues with them they are always perfectly shaped and the color is amazing! They are always updating their instagram with the new color and designs that are available.

My sister and I had a 1:30 appointment...It took a half hour (with my feet on the water-which turned cold) for them to get to me, my sister was next to me and taken care of right away.. Same thing happened to the 2 groups of 2 who came in with appointments after us. Poor staffing. My nails look nice and they did a decent job, thats why they got 3 stars.

This place is a heaven of SNS. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and told to pick a color and sat down. My technician was super friendly. I got a gel manicure very beautiful. In addition, she used SNS products that made me very contented. 2 weeks +, My nails are still flawless. Im totally coming back...again, and again, and again.....

The quality is awesome, the staff is so warm and friendly...I only gave 4 stars because on 2 different occasions I had an appt scheduled and had to wait 20-30...
