This is the best nail salon Ive been to! Fun vibe and great nail technicians who know their stuff! I went in with my girls, and the owner was so hospitable! Shes such a sweetheart!! Seriously, we were treated so well! This is officially my regular nail spot now!

Incredibly disappointing services, would not recommend.Despite reserving multiple appointments ahead of time the “services” provided were incomplete and substandard at best. From the moment we sat down the “services” were rushed. For one pedicure, very little attention was paid to the bottom of the feet and they looked much like they did upon entering with an added splash of color.There was an additional issue regarding one of the scheduled appointments. Mix ups happen so while we were not happy about it we were hopeful the receptionist would work with us to provide the actual services desired. Instead of offering to correct the issue, the receptionist gave three different costs for the nail cleaning provided and told us we could return the following day for the correct services that would incur additional charges ranging from $50-70 (three different prices were quoted for the same services).On several occasions the receptionist became loud, demanding to know who set the appointment and stating that it was done improperly. She was dismissive when we noted the other service areas that were incomplete and soured the entire experience.There are a number of salons in the area where the technicians/team care about the services they provide and the customer experience. This is sadly not one of them.

They a very rude, I got a GelX manicure one nail fell off after a week and they refused to give an appointment to repair it, they wanted me too wait for 2 weeks for full set replacement. I canceled my appointment to find a new place and the owners mother calls me to yell at me for canceling it’s crazy town. The positive reviews are friends and family I’m sure. 😂😂

I have been coming to this salon for over one year now. The service is always superb and the cleanliness is unmatched. Everyone who works there is friendly and does a great job so you know you are always in good hands. I typically get a gel manicure and pedicure and have also done GelX and get compliments on my nails constantly. Customer satisfaction and service are always at the forefront of every experience and I really enjoy coming here. I have referred friends and would not hesitate to continue to do so. A real gem in the city of Glendale and parking is not a problem which is an added bonus!

People are very nice, but the work is not of good quality. I spent $ 95 on a low-quality service . I hope to improve the quality of work in the future.

I was so lucky to find this salon after my usual spot closed for good. The girls were all super professional and I felt extremely safe the entire time. Everyone wore masks and gloves. They sanitized everything included the gel color samples.

They charge double then the price they give in the beginning and not professional... the woman wounded my mothers finger and when I told them about it they did not even care.

Gel Essie nails is the place to be. I have been going here since it has opened and honestly i have never went anywhere else. Their staff are very good at what they do. The location is perfect and the salon itself is very clean. Unlike other salons they use clean new supplies. I recommended so many of my friends here and they all loved it.

Best nail salon in Glendale, CA! The staff is super friendly, clean and neat salon and the color options are endless! The work is impeccable! I definitely found my new go-to nail salon!

Im going out of town this weekend and Gelessie came through with the house call. It was my first time getting my nails done at home lol but my nail boo Lilya and I literally made conversation the ENTIRE time and she was very sweet. She is my go to from now on and Reneta made sure that everything went smoothly and she is another sweetheart herself. Thank you guys for everything.

I absolutely love this place! I used to go to Laque but it’s so far and appointments are so difficult to get, so I was in search of a really great nail place in Pasadena or Glendale. And after years of searching I’ve finally found it. They’re a fairly new place and the girls working there are so professional and friendly. The owner Reneta is so amazing and lovely. I go in for my mani pedis and they always do an amazing job. They also offer other services there but haven’t tried them yet. Definitely call them and give them a try!!
