They changed my tip amount from $5 to $8, who the heck gives their nail tech an eight dollar tip for a colored French fill w/o a design? And I havent even had them as long as my normal salon and theyre lifting. Absolutely horrible!

One of the best pedicures Ive ever had. I got the #3 pedicure which included much more massage and hydration products. The attention to detail was amazing I think she knew somehow that my feet have been under a lot of stress because her massage techniques I have NEVER seen. I will be back! I mean I was in bliss. I have new feet!

Very nice nail salon and really nice people! My only complaint is that the gel polish was put in really thick, I’m not a fan of having the ends of the gel filed because it makes the end of my nails rough and my toes had more paint on the side than I like. Overall, it was a good experience and they had lots of color options!!

Waited 45 minutes for service. Took from 11am to 130 for Pedi/Mani. Also they did not give me what I asked for, I just wanted to leave after being there so long, so I didnt say anything about it

Im particular about my nail person as I have acrylic nails and that involves drilling. Its hard to find a good tech that has this skill. Eric did a great job. My nails look great!

I have been here several times now. V and Kim are both wonderful they do a great job!! I am prone to ingrown toe nails and V is always fixing them for me! She is so sweet! I recent got a pedicure from Kim and she did an excellent job!! The owner is so sweet and will help get you started if you have to wait for a technician! Love this place - clean affordable and they’re very friendly!!

$35 pedi ended up being $58!!!During the service she cut one of my toes. The polish I wanted, they were out of so I had to pick another, it happens, not a huge deal. The problem happened when she gave me my total. I expected a charge for gel polish but an additional $23 EXTRA!!! When I asked about it she pretended that she didn’t understand. I DO NOT recommend.

The price was good but overall the quality wasn’t good. The one acrylic nail they put on is so not straight and my one thumb the nail is arching down at the tip. The color is pretty but wish I saved my time and waited to go somewhere else knowing they be straight.

Ive always had excellent service from Shiny Nails. The staff are very nice, friendly & do a great job. I rarely make an appt as I tend to be spontaneous, but I usually am able to get in. They have alot of chairs (with massagers) and nail/foot techs available. 😊👍

Tried 3 different shops closer to my house. Have permanently come back to Lee at this salon. She is wonderful!!!

I got acrylics and first of all three different people ended up doing my nails and I found that very unprofessional because they all shaped them a little. This doesn’t work because they all have different views of how a coffin nail should look so all of those versions morphed together and did not look good. Second of all they kept on filing at my nail down, so they ended up being really short. I felt like they kept on judging me because of the length I wanted them to be, I don’t want you to think that I wanted really long nails because I didn’t, I just wanted them middle length . There is a lot more I can say but I don’t want to make this review that long. In a nutshell, I would not suggest this nail salon

I always have a great experience. I am greeted very graciously upon every visit. Eric does my nails he is a perfectionist, He is fast and at the same time always takes time to do a really beautiful job. Other gals here are really nice too.

This is my new favorite nail salon! Just took my 4 year old to get her nails painted with me for Christmas. The designs on her are adorable and my nails are amazing!! Eric did such a good job! I won’t go anywhere else!

People are so quick to write a bad review about things instead of taking the time to praise someone. Ive been going to this place for almost 9 years. Its a typical nail salon, they charge the same as every other nail salon does no more, no less. I get my nails done by Henry every single time and he is absolutely perfect about making sure everything is even. I get my pedicures there all the time and they are perfect. If you going in there, the prices are posted so stop complaining because your incompetent. Love the staff at shiny nails!!

I just moved to this side of town and have been to another place a couple miles from my house and I hated my nails. I am currently in my pedicure chair here and my nails were in rough shape, they did a great job and I am loving my pedicure. Would definitely come again.

I usually prefer vien nail on deer valley, but I was around the area. At first it was good I was greet by the 1st lady I talk to was nice even helped me pick the color. Upon the 2nd lady who did my nails had poor attitude, I had gotten the normal regular acrylic with regular nail polish 28$ but she kept trying to talk me into the 40$ saying its only few dollars more. I had said no thanks nail polish is just nail polish. And on top of that she had rather rush the work then to pay attention to small details. As well as be to harsh on my nails. I will just give my service to my usual place.Friendly tip: take your time!!! No one goes to get there nails done to leave so quickly. I prefer to relax and have a fun time.

Dont go here if you have any type of medical issue. The girls will spend the entire time talking about your issue and make you feel like complete shite. I felt so self conscious and spent 30 minutes holding back tears. My skin condition has nothing to do with a pedicure or manicure. To continually ask me what happened is not only rude but unprofessional. When I brought to the managers attention her response was well they are only curious. Seriously?? You are in the beauty business, you should know better than to continually call out people with health concerns.Also I asked for a manicure NO POLISH. No less than 3 times I was pressured for polish and asked why no polish... ummm because I dont want it.All that being said- I usually can get in to see Kelly who is a wonderful person and never ever has issue with me. Kelly is an understanding, caring, professional person. The rest of the staff, not so much

The nail tech was very violent with my nails. And even after wincing from the pain and talking to her about it she continued to be harsh. My nails look nice but Ill stick with Vien Nails on 31st Ave from now on.

I got a pedi and Im so disappointed and upset. My feet look almost the same as when I got there. Ive been coming here for 10 years and with this experience I will now change places. I told the lady she wasnt doing my feet right, she of course made excuses said she wasnt done yet... well she lied she never went back to scrubbing my feet and now I will have to get them done again somewhere else. There was even dirt still on my heel! Maybe listen to your client next time.

Messed up on my daughters pedicure. We specifically asked for 1 FLOWER but got multiple random flowers, stars & strips. I went in with a square oval shape nail expecting the same but left with round nails. Then upcharge me for other things which I wasnt quoted for. My gel nails are clumpy & chipping after a few hours. Not happy.

Im always greeted with a smile and the entire process of manicure and pedicure is efficient and good quality. Some technicians are better than others but overall I prefer this location.

I would not come here for eyebrow wax. came in to Shiny Nails to get my eyebrows waxed. I have asked the lady not to wax the tail of my eyebrows or do anything to it. Of course she didnt listen. I walked out with uneven eyebrows plus she didnt even waxed the top of my browse.

My wife and I go here to get our regular pedicure. I always get Lee who does an awesome job and is very personable.

I have been going here for about a year. About two weeks ago I had a pedicure and the lady cut my big toes so bad that I am now on antibiotics for a week because of the infection. I believe the lady’s name was Vy.

Shini sati, u must have very low standards. Worst pedicure EVER! Spent 15 min on my feet. Didnt clip cuticles, clean under nails & barely scrubbed my feet. Literally painted over my cuticles. Had wax done & had to go home & retouch with home wax. Waste of my $!!!! I complained & they wanted to redo. No thanks. Im busy & dont have time for slackers. Going back to my nail salon on 83rd & deer valley.
