Phone Persons favorite answer to every question was I dont know. The number of times my question was answered with I dont know is ridiculous. Even at the final end I asked if I can come early in the morning she said I dont know and then I said alright well what would be a good time if I can come before 11 and she said I dont know what time do you want to come and I said I dont know what time do you have available and she just didnt know. none of us knew. I had to hang up

She rushes to finish the manicure and i asked for an oval manicure she i got a square one never coming here again..she didnt even take the cuticles off!! Horrible service

THE MANAGER IS VERY VERY VERY RUDE WITH CUSTOMERS AND SHE DOESNT LET THE OTHER GIRLS TALK AT ALL WITH THE CUSTOMERS THATS HORRIBLE. SHE CARE ONLY ABOUT MONEY AND THEY DONT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER AND THEY DONT REFUND FOR THEIR MISTAKES AT ALL . THEY ALL RUSH TO MUCH TO CUSTOMERS BUT IS BECAUSE THE OWNER POOR GIRLS WHO ARE WORKING THERE I FELL SAD FOR THEM.

DO NOT COME HERE!!! I came in a month or so ago as a first timer to get a pedicure which led to getting a skin infection. I had to go to the ER and was diagnosed with Paronychia. I had to pay a copay and for medication to cure this infection that THEY gave me. Had to miss work a few days because i was in pain. Contacted the facility to receive a refund back, was told I would not receive one back “end of discussion”. Horrible management, Horrible customer service. They do not care about their customers just money. Be safe and don’t come here, they don’t care about your well being just money in their pockets. Will NEVER come here again.

Second time I come and am denied services because they said they want to hurry up and close. Very unprofessional. My family has been going here since they opened. I expect better treatment, very poor customer service

I have noticed after I had got my pedicure they use the same tools on a different client instead of using sterile ones. I was going to ask if they had change to leave a tip but she gave an attitude when I didnt give it to here with payment. I will not be coming here again
