A hidden gem in Montrose! Beautiful well maintained grounds and spacious interior. The maintenance team is always on top of requests and concerns. But the most valuable aspect of this building is management. Eve the Assistant Manager is by far the most professional, caring, and efficient building manager I have ever had. She resolves concerns/requests on a first call basis, always answers the office phone and returns emails the same day. The building also has fun raffles and cute candy bags for events. Love living here!

Evette is a rockstar. We have had a crazy time moving from Colorado to California this week and she went above and beyond helping us find a place that wasn’t even at Montrose. Rudy the maintenance guy is amazing as well. Thank you both very much.

Apartments seemed nice, but application process is classic corporate cut-throat/numbers game for them. I guess its a sellers market? I have credit issues and warned the management team ahead of time about them. They collected my application fee and still turned me down, I even offered to pay an entire years rent up front...literally. Who wouldnt take that offer? Vue at Montrose, thats who. Unreal, but good riddance.

Ive lived in a lot of places and this one is probably one of the worst. Not livable half the year because of the heat (my apartment stayed around 95 even running AC units, and then had a $200/month electric bill). The staff is unresponsive. The finishes in the apartment are super cheap and break often. Definitely not worth the crazy rent they charge

Older building and parking is either outside or a carport.
