Again, Im still waiting for an answer as to why the last car I rented smelled very very heavily of weed.It was so strong the 3 days I had it, it was like someone hid it someplace on the car and forgot it.I also had to buy and spray air spray and the whole time I was worried that if I would have been pulled over, it wouldnt have ended well( no, Im not a bad driver, but it was a sporty car, which draws attention)Also, the car I reserved in plenty of time to get was not there, you tried to get me into a tiny clown car, which I did not want for safety reasons and what I was bringing back would not have fit. it was NOT the size I asked for and reserved.I ended up having to take the only other car that was available and I dont even think it was a rental, but belonged to someone that worked there.The car was was not easy to drive at all, I had anxiety and slight panic attacks the whole time I had it.If I had time I would have went to another car rental business, but I had to get to NE to see my husband who had a massive left sided stroke and is in a long term care facility there.You would think after I talked to someone when I returned, I would have been offered some kind of compensation or discount for another rental.I have always used your company and hope that when I give it another try (this month) that everything will go smoothly and I will get the vehicle I actually reserved and that it smells like a car rather then weed.Thank youJamie Jones

Enterprise always comes through as the place to go to rent a vehicle level. Ive tried other rental companies in recent years and there is always some frustration...last time I went back to Enterprise and it was no hassle, very affordable and got a super nice rental. The people do what they can to help..I extended my time with the rental and it was no hassle as well. The whole experience was like a breath of fresh air and I told them I dont know why I tried other companies...Im going back to Enterprise right from the start from now on. I bought a car from them years ago as well and LOVED it..

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LOCATION!!! OR FROM ENTERPRISE!!The store manger, Maxwell, was so incredibly rude and abusive to my wife! He is a chauvinist towards women and down right mean. He didnt like being questioned after repeatedly lying to me over the phone and lying to my wife in person. Almost like he pulled a power trip in front of the other employees and the guests that were present. His condescending vocabulary was shaming to my wife and she left the branch crying. I have been in business for over 30 years and if I ever treated one of my customers wives or anyone this way I would have been sued!! Please dont send your loved one into speak with any of these unprofessional people especially the manager, Maxwell!!Heres the story.......After reserving a 15 passenger van to take our entire family to a family reunion in Texas over 2 months in advance we got a voicemail letting us know they canceled our reservation 3 days before our trip. We had a confirmation number and everything. Good luck finding anything else in that timeframe!! Its like having a plane seat and when you show up at the airport they tell you your seat has been cancelled. Are you kidding me!! We had hotels planned etc. Several family members based their entire schedules on this rental. This is some family pressure ! Having to explain to everyone that Enterprise, especially Maxwell, screwed you over!! How embarrassing !! Oh but they did offer me a mini-van that only holds seven. Maybe I should leave part of my family at home. Especially after everyone has planned this trip for months!! They made me look like a total idiot!! Dont let them do this to you!! I have rented from them for years. This one experience is all it takes for me never to use this company again. After contacting so e of their competitors and explaining what had happened they were appalled that companies in their industry treated customers in this fashion. They seriously dont care about people and could care less about you and your family. Very frustrating and sad. What a joke!! Please call around and dont make the same mistake I made by trusting Enterprise and their terrible employees !!

Dont rent from this location. If I could give a negative star I would. The manager Maxwell has poor heck absolutely 0 customer service skills is lazy, flippant and disrespectful to customers. Enterprise has lost a loyal customer forever. They can thank Maxwell. I have been renting from Enterprise and from THIS LOCATION for over 20 years and never complained or had an issue. Today was the worst customer service I have ever received. Maxwell is laughing, waving and wishing me a nice day after loosing a customer who he treated so badly they dropped a car off and went to Hertz instead! Sad day for Enterprise I am shocked he is thier branch manager. I have also been waiting all day for his manager to address this situation. Apparently according to the store hes off today. No one should ever leave Maxwell unsupervised!

Service by Enterprise employees is always great. But, I have been renting from Enterprise for over 20 years. I have never received a 33% increase in rates over a months time. I know it is uncertain times we are experiencing but this is an over the top way to treat valued customers. For the first time, I am looking for other rental car companies to service my business.

I’ve rented several vehicles from this location so far this year and have about 7 more already scheduled. Maxwell the branch manager and his whole crew are top notch. As someone who rents dozens of cars a year, the N. Oak location has been some of the best experiences I’ve ever had. Which is even more incredible with it being a non-airport location and still always having the class of car I reserved.

It started off a little rocky because they called as we were headed down to pick up our rental car and told us that they didn’t have any SUC’s available. Apparently they were short on them because people had not returned them on time. Our pick up was suppose to be at noon. They asked us to wait until 2:30 or 3. We waited until 2:30 and called them to see if anything had been returned. They said they had a truck for us. I told them that the truck wouldn’t work for what we needed the vehicle for. They asked me to come on down and look at it. When we got there they still said that a truck was all they had. It was huge! I told them that it would not work for us and that I didn’t feel comfortable driving something so big AND that the gas would be crazy expensive in it. They told me they had nothing else. I told them to call me if something came in later that day. While we were talking another worker asked if we were looking for an SUV. I said yes and he told me that they had one at Firestone getting checked over and it should be back within the hour. We came back and it was there. It was brand new and drove like a dream! It worked great for our drive and I returned it with no problems. The staff was very friendly. I would definitely use Enterprise again!

Was in need of a Rental car while my car was in the body shop. Was greeted by courteous staff member who arranged a ride and found every discount I was eligible for. When the time came to pick up my car at Gerber body shop, I was able to return it there. Enterprise helped make a yucky situation better.

The van was just perfect for our vacation. My only issue was it was not clean inside and out. It had bird poop on the passage side mirror. The back seat was dirty. Something red on it. Found a can of beans in the storage. Not sure my husband put it back or not. Other then that great. The guys where we picked it up was friendly. We will be back soon for another rental.

Had a good experience. Enterprise Rep met me at the car repair place and I rented the car. I had an issue in that the rear tire kept losing air. Called the company and they said ai could either go there and get another car or go to a Firestone or Goodyear and have it repaired. Went to Firestone as it was closer to home but the wait was about two hours. Took the car back and got a different one. The people there were helpful and got me back on my way.

Beware of making reservations! Due to the increase in demand for rentals, my husband wisely reserved a vehicle two months in advance. Three days before our trip, we received a voicemail saying our reservation was cancelled due to overbooking. Phone calls made directly to the manager yielded nothing, not even compensation of any kind for our trouble. We were told the manager would contact us if anything turned up, however, the day before our trip my husband attempted to call the manager back and was not put through- he was busy. Later that day, I went to the location in person and talked with Maxwell, the manager, who was not busy with anyone. (This, by the way, is a location we have used repeatedly for rentals.) Maxwell refused to contact his area manager, Jeremy Bozdeck, saying he did not have his number. Maxwell insisted that I email Jeremy and submit my request for compensation to him, even though he was on vacation. When I asked Maxwell if he could send an email to the area manager on our behalf, he refused and started to ask me over and over again if I wanted Jeremys email address. Maxwell refused to put me in touch with anyone else with authority, saying he did not have contact information. He spoke to me with impatience and made me feel like I was unreasonable to ask for anything. He said he had no authority to do anything for us and it was Jeremys fault. I walked out with nothing. I am more than disappointed to be treated this way, especially since we have been repeat customers AND Enterprise managers (area or otherwise) overbooked. This issue should not have happened, but since it did, Enterprise has a responsibility to compensate the cancelled customers to ensure future rentals. This would be good business practice, to say the least. We will not be renting anything from this location or Enterprise anymore.

The vehicle reeked of cigarette smoke. I called and informed them that it was unacceptable and they said they did not have a replacement, though they would try to find one. I called again a few days later, talked to a different person and got the same answer. Worst experience I have ever had. I did not drive the car at all. I could not stand to be in the car.

I was able to get a car from enterprise on very short notice. It was a ford Fiesta and very easy to drive, although I could have used a little more information on how to operate the windshield wipers and the radio. Other than that, every thing was fine and the car was very clean. Communications with Enterprise was great since I had to extend the amount of time that I needed the car. if you need to rent a car, Enterprise is a great place to go. Also, get that extra insurance. Enterprise Sales is also a great place to buy a car.

I have never had a bad experience with a rental car agency. I have rented from Enterprise in the past, but this experience needs to be shared. Perhaps, its related to COVID and high demand, just unacceptable.My car is out of commission. Booked a car over the phone for this location, took off work today, called this branch to make sure all is well before getting dropped off and APPARENTLY, the car wasnt really available in the inventory😮 they were going through the list to call everyone, but I called them first😭So just like that I am told they will put me on a waiting list and call me if a car comes in.What type of shenanigans is that🤣😆 just tell me you dont have any cars available at the onset....then I could have prepared myself accordingly. Just dissatisfied and I have placed a complaint.

Got stranded due to cancelled flight due to snow. Rental cars were in high demand, but was able to reserve a car here if i was willing to drive 2 hours to get it. When i got there was told they could not honor my reservation and did not have the vehicle they promised. Two people returned the exact car i needed when i was at the location, but i was told that i could not have those cars because other people reserved them. not sure how reservation priority works. i was told they tried to call before i got there, but of course i did not get any call from enterprise. worked with two people here: one very nice, but unhelpful. One was an absolute jerk.

Wow Enterpise had a big SUV so our family could make it to family funeral in North Platte Nebraska . We got clobbered with snow going through Omaha and I was so happy to have 4 wheel drive. It was great to have a big car because we ended up taking 2 other people to the funeral. Did not have a to wait to check out the care and turn it back in was fast. Jeff

I dont rent cars often. Ive only used Enterprise and Ive always had a good experience. The most recent was by far the easiest. Everything was done online so the morning I picked up my car it took 10 mins max. I hope they keep the pre-registration once the pandemic is controlled. Every one was super nice, friendly and fast. Horrible delegations for renting a car. No notice that I have to have a credit card cuz Im out of state! Called me to tell me right as Im boarding plane! Could have maybe put something on your site or in an email!!!!!!!!! Thanks for screwing my trip up now I have to pay over 200 more and spend time on vacation getting it fixed. Called to cancel a reservation to avoid any no show or extra fees. I ended up having to cancel it myself online. If you want something done...-_- fyi deposits are now $300 added to the cost of the rentalFriday April 23rd, same thing happened. Ended up canceling myself. Be aware when making a reservation with anyone other than the staff at the office (outsourced call centers). They may not have any cars available but the agents will still make a reservation for you. Press 4 then 2 at the prompts to get the office.

I dont have a problem with enterprise. I have an issues with the location in Gladestone Missouri. I followed their instructions and paid what they told me I had to pay. When it came time to get my deposit back I only got $8. Then I was met with excuses that were not communicated during the length of the rental. This is business an I expect an Enterprise location to be able to handle business professionally and be able to communicate that properly to customer. They did not do this and for that I cant recommend this location. If they messed over me they will do it to another customer.

We have had good experiences with Enterprise every time. The only improvement we would suggest is to have local phone numbers for pick up locations - rather than redirecting all calls to the reservation center. We left a small item in the rental car and it would have be so much easier to call the retail location to recover it.

In mid October we placed a reservation for a car rental for our family Christmas trip. Now it’s one week until our trip and we got a call that they’re closed on the day we reserved to pickup and that we need to pickup two days earlier, costing us $100 more than our anticipated rental cost. I spoke with the manager and asked him to give us those extra days complimentary and he said he won’t do it. I explained to him that this is very last minute and all of our holiday plans were scheduled around our car rental. He only offered to cover one day and didn’t sympathize at all with our frustration. He was not willing to work with us, given that this was their mistake and we’ve had this reservation confirmed for two whole months. We’ve always enjoyed our experience with enterprise, but this time it was highly unpleasant and now we have to refigure all of our holiday plans. I respect businesses that own their mistakes and work to benefit their customers, but this is not one of them. This was a disappointing experience to say the least.

My fiance was in an accident and I will just say this, any time we need to rent a vehicle, we will only go to one location and thats the one on north oak traffic way. The guy that helped us was quick and very helpful and it was not a hassle like it was at the kci airport location. So enterprise on north oak you guys rock!! P.s we will have the truck we rented back to you by the 1st of Feb cleaned up and pretty for the next ones that need it. Lol

There are not enough good things that I can say about this company we rented many cars from them over the years and actually ended up purchasing one that has been a fantastic vehicle.They are so kind and always trying to find anyway to help. This last rental I will go into detail about and it, a gentleman backed into our vehicle and it needed repairs done so we called Enterprise our insurance co demanded we had a car that was comparable to ours they brought a Mini Cooper that would have been close to the size of ours but it was just too low to the ground, my husband and I are tall and he had just had a total knee replacement so in return for bringing us a vehicle that was too small they in turn rented us a Land Range Rover in place of what the other person’s insurance company was willing to pay which was a standard sedan. They take care of their customers and we will never use another rental company!!

Super bummed with our experience. We rented a car & had pick up at 10:30AM. I wasn’t able to get up there until after work that afternoon, thinking I paid for the car for the entire time so pick up wasn’t a big deal. On arrival, the guy told me the car was given away as they did not have my phone number to call to confirm my reservation & bc I was late. The only thing available was a compact SUV. Our trip was scheduled and we had no other option but to take it. It was entirely too small for the group we had and not comparable at all to the full size sedan. Very disappointed that they would just give the car away.

In light of the extra precautions being taken during this Covid-19 pandemic, on Thursday, December 3rd, from the Enterprise Gladstone N. Oak Trafficway, KCMO location I was surprised after a quick walk around inspection of outside of rental vehicle to be given the keys to the rental vehicle and in my haste to leave, I quickly realized that my rental vehicle had not been cleaned at all. I responding with this feedback since your website advertises that Enhancing the safety of customers and employees is our top priority. We are pleased to collaborate with Clorox®, one of the most trusted brands for powerful cleaning, and extend our Complete Clean Pledge. Then your customer feedback survey says We strive to provide our customers with the best service in our industry. The least that could be done was to have a minimal sanitizing wipe down, but to make matters worse, there was a non-smoking sticker on the dash and the car wreaked of smoke. I was short on time with a schedule to keep and took off with the car as soon as I was given it by the male representative. I called back enroute on my journey to make them aware of the lack of cleaning/sanitizing and the smoke infused cabin. Being it was cold out, I had to drive with the windows down and the heater on. They said they would take note of my complaint of my experience and would do something for me to make up for it. I called back when I was returning my car on Monday, December7th, 2020. A female manager said she would make note of that and that she would send me something to make up for it and I never received it. I trust this feedback is listened to, appropriate changes are made to minimize the chance the unpleasant experience does not happen again and contact me to offer a gesture of appreciation for my business. Staff was courteous and professional.....they came and delivered the vehicle to me at the location I was at. I must say today was the worse customer service I ever received in my life. My experience with Enterprise rent a car location on 7507 N. Oak Trafficway is one that I will never forget. My wife made a reservation with her a credit card, and someone called to tell her that when they tried to keep an extra $200 deposit, the transaction was denied. We cancelled the transaction, and I called to use my credit card, the young lady on the phone cut me off before I even finished telling her how I wanted to proceed with the transaction. She told me you cant use your card to pay for your wifes deposit. I said I know that and I want to make the reservation under my name. She began to explain to me how everything needed to be my name, as if I was trying to commit some kind of fraud. She mentioned, credit card, license, and a bunch of other stuff, to which I respond I know, because this is not my first time renting a car. She said I dont want to do business with you and hung up the phone. I called back and asked to speak with a manager, instead of listening to my complaint and offer an apology, his response was do you want to rent a car sir. I am done with Enterprise rent a car. I went to Avis, I received the best service ever, and no, they did not keep $200 deposit from my credit card.

The staff here has been very friendly at this location and helpful. Had an unusual situation with payment and potentially two different companies to be billed for rental and myself paying the remaining balance. Prompt pickup from my home by Enterprise and after return, prompt drop-off by them also to my home.In the beginning I was frustrated because they didnt have a car for me the day I transferred my reservation from Shawnee to this location. Apparently theyre not known for keeping extra cars thus walk-ins will be unlikely to receive a vehicle or transferred reservation like my own. I had to wait a day but after that I was well taken care of. Grateful for that much. I believe a few extra cars would not only be nice but make for a better business model.By the way, Ive rented cars many times from different companies but very seldom do the employees do a walk-around which I appreciate for my protection from existing damage. This was done. Thanks for that. It was very detailed.

They do not give you the correct class of car they give you what they want, they have horrible attitudes and the car’s are never clean. I have to go and do it myself Every time sticky, chicken bones, old food, greasy windows just not right for how much I utilize there services. You would think with COVID-19 they would be extra particular about cleaning at least the inside of the cars thoroughly

I enjoy the convenience of being able to rent from enterprise. The prices are higher than normal as of 6/30, but while covid was enforced they were very competitive. Hopefully rates will decrease as covid cases continues to increase. Unfortunately my personal car was broken into at their location. I would not recommend leaving your vehicle there.

I made a reservation to pick up a car on Thursday at 4:30pm. I can a few minutes after 5pm, I was told by a polite gentlema they had shut down their system. I came to pick up in the morning around 8:15. All of a sudden my reservation which is supposed to be good for 24 hours was NOT honored. The lady i dealt with would not even attempt to talk about my reservation though I mentioned this to her. NOT RECOMMEND YOU USE THIS FACILITY. THAT WAS POOR CUSTOMER service. I did exactly by the book.

I have been renting with Enterprise for 6 years, my parents have been renting for 20 years but never have we been treated so horrible like this location. Enterprise is a top notch company I’ve rented from them when I lived in different states NEVER had an issue until I rented from this location more specifically with Terra the manager was disrespectful. my parents and I rented two different cars when our family car became totaled. I rented a car first and I gave them rides until they searched for a new car. being busy with work I was not able to to give them rides as I would like to, so they decided to rent a car temporarily.Mind you I almost always rent for my parents (the reservations part, so my number is one of the numbers on the account) and they are the drivers.after having my rental for 2 and half weeks I get a call from enterprise saying they used my deposit to cover for some days because there was an issue with my card. I thought no problem it’s still my money and I was about to turn in the car in a few days.When I talked to Terra the manger she became really rude and extremely disrespectful. I told her I would be coming into to town because I was a couple hours away and she mocked me and said “so your going to magically appear in KC today” and she also said “you can’t just drive around for free” mind you I had paid $600 up to this point. I couldn’t believe the disrespect, even when my card had issue MY OWN deposit was used for the rental, that is not free!She also said I see your phone number on the account with your parents and that’s suspicious, SERIOUSLY?! because I do all the reservations for my family of course my number will be on there rental account and I’m also listed a driver on their account because we all live in the same house. She threatened to putMe on the “do not rent” For what?! because you dislike me??That same day When she became really rude over the phone, I came in to turn in the car. I paid a total of $680. My parents who have rented for 20 years since 2000 Were so disappointed by how I was treated, because this is not how enterprise runs their company. If you don’t like working with people or want to fight with your customers then don’t work here.

Terrible. Avoid at all Costs! This specific location gave me a vehicle with over inflated tires and a tire that had a medium leak. 50psi is way too high for a tire that requires 33psi. Scary. (cold PSI btw) Returned the car due to the leaking tire for another, and now magically they find damage on it. Car was never hit while in my possession. Car was also dirty when I picked it up. So noticing any damage would have been difficult when I picked up. Even after the attendant checking the car back in whipped the back bumper clean you can hardly see it. I took pictures and what not. Also what happened to the damage evaluator card? That was never used or shown that it was out of your forgivable area. In fact the attendant conveniently never mentioned it. After being bullied into paying a higher deposit because I needed another car or Id be stranded. I get placed into another car that already had rear bumper damage again. The attendant insisted that this damage is in the computer already. Yeah, OK we will see what you say when I turn this car back in. You will probably tell me this damage isnt in the computer. Oh and guess what!? This car has over inflated tires too!!!! 49PSI all the way around. I cant wait to give this car back to you guys and never come back. See you soon!Warning to all customers take pictures and video of every inch of the vehicle you are renting. Make sure you touch every inch of the car. Bring a tire pressure gauge and check the tire pressure. Do this all in front of the check out attendant. Have them document everything you find. You also make a document of everything you find. If you are not willing to do all that dont rent from here! I now have to fight a claim for damage for a vehicle that was given to me in unsafe condition.Time and energy I would rather not have to spend on something that is supposed to be an enjoyable, simple process. But thanks for destroying that Enterprise!

Enterprise rental car is easy to work with. I setup my reservations on the app. When I get to Enterprise to pick up, all I need is the confirmation number. Every time I rent I earn points. I had earned enough points for 2 days free is what it equates out to on my recent rental.

NEVER rent from Enterprise, Gladstone MO!!! Any defects on their vehicles are charged to the customer. A top panel on the back of a minivan I rented flew off on the highway 30 mins after picking up. Enterprise immediately blamed me and charged additional fees without my authorization. Defects were not explained during the rental process which is required by law in the state of Missouri. I have rented several vehicles from them and not once was told I would be responsible for paying for vehicle defects!

Arrived they didnt have the car so I had to pay an additional 140 plus tax.. for an upgrade which was dirty.. Manager did have it recleaned..after I complained about it. The car was also overdue 1000 miles for service. Shut off while we were waiting at a drive thru..plus the navigation and Sirius XM werent activated.. I can keep going but whats the point spoke with manager and supposedly regional manager was notified but I havent heard anything since then. It has been 5 days and still no email or phone call to respond.

Make sure you take pictures of the vehicle before you even leave the property. Im glad I did. I rented a car yesterday. The young lady that was helping explained what type and size of damage we were looking for while we were inspecting the car before she handed over the keys. Well the damage on the car she decided was normal wear and tear. Even the long scratch on the side of the car. She kept rubbing it with her finger and said it was fine it wasnt a scratch in the paint just a surface scratch. However, I decided to take pictures of everything before leaving. When I went to return the car the very next day the same lady was there. She went to check the car and I seen her grab another employee that was outside. They went straight to the scratch. She then came in and dropped her tablet and a note at a desk I presume belong to a manager. He read the note and went outside. I then asked if there was a problem. She said that there was a scratch on the side of the car. She acted like she had no knowledge of it before even though it had been less than 24 hours. Thats when I informed her I had pictures of it being there before I left. The pictures are what saved me. I would have given them no stars but they did pick and drop me off despite them saying they wouldnt do it in the future because I was 5.3 miles from them. Its not in the 5 mile radius.

This was the worst experience ever. My mother and I are nurses. With COVID-19 we have been working non stop. We got a 4 day weekend and wanted to take our family on a small trip to Colorado. I rented a Van and then called 2 days before my pick up and confirmed the 15 passenger Van. The guy stated it was confirmed and the van was already on the lot. I drove by with kids and showed them the van we would be taking. When I arrived to store to pick up at my scheduled time the van had never been cleaned. I choose enterprise for the complete clean promise due to COVID-19. I told the manager and she had them clean it. She stated it just arrived on lot. (She lied) As I was waiting I observed there cleaning. A guy opened back door and sweeped items off on floor. At this time I had waited an hour. I just planned on cleaning myself as we needed to get going. I did try to let manager know so she could give more education to the employees on the complete clean promise process. She then let me know my expectations were to high. They gave me keys and let me know the dash light was on stated that it needed serviced. They said they did not know how to shut the light off but it was just because it just had an oil change and they forgot to change the light. I told them I didnt feel comfortable taking it with light on. They assured me it was okay. Less then a day into having van engine starts making noise and it didnt want to drive. I spent 2 half days of our 4 day trip on phone with enterprise and changing out van as we were states away from home. The enterprise we switched out with stated this location should have never given us this vehicle in this condition. A large chunk of our family vacation was spent dealing with rental car problems instead of family time. I recommend DO NOT rent from this location!!

We were charged for a vehicle (which we had 3 different vehicles) that we couldnt drive. Ive contacted these guys several times through email and phone calls and no one would get back with me. You guys should really tell people coming to your specific location that they cannot come inside. As hot as it gets in the midwest, standing outside masked is incredibly hard. On top of that, I wanted just a basic sedan and was upgraded to a rather large suv, which is costly on gas when youre driving a day trip like I was. Ill go back to the airport to avoid this in the future.

Absolutely awful experience from top to bottom. When I called to set up my vehicle rental they told me it would be one price and it was a different one when I got there, they had my reservation under someone else, when we called to see on extending the rental they explained it would cost so much a day and the card on file would be charged when I brought it back. When we called to check on our total so far, the woman explained she was charging the card an extra amount if we didn’t bring it back by 6. So we returned the car before 5 pm and she had already tried to charge by card an extra 100 dollars. Then when I gave them my card it declined even though the balance was on the card. They had me go to an atm to pay cash (which I wouldn’t have been able to do if I had insufficient funds.) From calling to schedule the rental, to picking up the car, to returning it, all employees were rude and unorganized. 0/10 would not recommend using enterprise. I rent here nearly every week. Straightforward, friendly employees. Ive interacted with nearly all of them at this point. No issues at all and they have a pretty large selection of cars. Theres a gas station down the road too and that always helps for last minute fillups. The high level of Enterprise customer service I have always received is definitely showcased at this location.

I was given a car that had no tread on the front tires. I had to drive 45 MPH with my hazards ON during the rain, while semi trucks were passing me at 65 to 70 mph honking at me. I would hydroplane whenever I went above 45 mph on certain pavements. This went on for a few hours.
