Reasonable prices, good service. Construction is kind of a pain. Got all new tires and an alignment, cost less than we anticipated.

I love how this place doesnt only do tires like most people think. The best thing is that they will diagnose and look at your vehicle free of charge. Most places charge just to tell you whats wrong.

Kris and his team were awesome, he was able to get Corvette tires over night. He definitely over delivered on getting the tires. We were able to make our meet on time.

Staff is efficient and friendly. They need to work on communication. I.e. follow up or return calls promptly.

Asked for sticky weights be put on custom wheels. One wheel had a regular weight, then they lost a screw for one of the caps and had me find one. Trying to get in to get a tire fixed and tires balanced and rotated when living out of town is hard to get in unless you want to wait in town forever.

Big O Tires always treated me super well when I would bring my vehicles in! It is in a close location to my work and within walking distance of Marshalls, Main Bagel and Albertsons if you need to get errands done. Will definitely come here again!

My neighbor woke up to a flat so I aired up the tire and followed them as they drove to Big O to ensure they got there safe. The parking lot is large and well kept. The interior has a nice waiting area with a kids section and some books. The smell of the new tires is always pleasant :) They took my neighbors keys and drove it into the bay almost immediately. There was a screw in the sidewall so a new tire was in order. They had one in stock because I went to get some food and run some errands and my neighbor made it home before me.I have gone to Big O locations in other states and have usually had a nice experience. This trip wasnt exactly for me (thank goodness) but from what I saw it was a decent location and a great staff. I know when I need new tires Ill be coming to this location.--edit--I went in a few weeks later for some new snow tires for my wifes Tahoe. 900$ and an hour later I had the exact tires I wanted on my wifes SUV to keep her and the baby safe. The tires were BigO brand so I have a great warranty, they will tow her to their location, and fix the flat for free. Big O has this US Army soldiers loyalty. Thank you for the peace of mind while my wife is on the road with our precious cargo.

I’m having an extremely rough time at the moment in regards to my personal life, and to put the cherry on the cake at work I had a rock go through my tire which caused it to flatten as well as basically destroy my whole valve stem (not a vehicle girl, so my terminology is weak). Anyways, I brought it in and they told me how much the fix was gonna be as a regular customer which was about $80. I had both my kids with me, and doing it all on my own I only had $78 to my name. They willingly on the spot reduced the price significantly for me. Though this may seem little, it was a huge positive to my life situation. Thank you Big O Tires!!

Seemed to be a burden to get a couple tires dismounted. What little personality there was definitely wasnt how I remember costumer service. Crew in back did ok and I was able to observe since it was much more appealing to stand in the cold today & Not let the grim over run me being in waiting.

The warning light came on my car..low air on tire. Went to Big O, they were so kind. Found the low air tire, took care of it and was on my way. No charge! What? Who does that? Big O. Thanks to the competent staff I got home safely.

Stephen at the Gillette WY location helped us and he was AMAZING! My mom and I were driving across the country from California to New York and we popped a tire outside of Buffalo, Wyoming. We were in a really hard situation because our car used a rare tire that no close tire shops had in stock and we didnt want to have to wait over the weekend while one was ordered. Stephen figured out how to adjust our tires and put two similar tires on the back wheels so that we could safely drive two hours to the closest tire shop that had the specific tire we needed. Stephen saved our road trip and helped us when no other tire shop could, he is a great problem solver and was so nice to us - he deserves a promotion!

Customer service is always very good at the Gillette, WY location, however wait times are always very, very long. I dropped a vehicle off for tire rotation at 9am on Friday and was told it would be a 2 hour wait. I left and came back at 11am and the vehicle had not been touched; nothing had been done! I waited another 45 minutes for vehicle to be finished. It would be much better if appointments could be made in advance for tire rotations as well as other services. Unfortunately, in the future, I will look elsewhere for tire purchases and rotations simply because of the wait times that always occur in this location.

A couple years ago, I would have given them 2 or 3. Theyve upped their game and are always eager to help. Customer service has really improved.

I suppose I cant completely blame them. It is just your typical bad Gillette customer service paired with a long day at work.A friend of mine had a flat and he works out of town. I took the tire in for him last week. I specifically told the guy at the counter I am not responsible for payment or decisions when it comes to this tire. I said I was only the delivery boy.So, they called me at least 5 times this week and Ive told them Im out of it. They finally got a hold of him and sold him a tire knowing he was not coming to get the tire and didnt get payment.Its now over a week later and they still have this tire. I went in to get it thinking maybe they just forgot to call. Nope. And the guy gives me attitude when I asked him why they didnt get payment when they sold the tire after I specifically told them he would be hard to get a hold of and to get payment when they called.I know this is just Big O and we are in Gillette Wyoming, the town customer service forgot, but lets communicate a little better when a customer is giving information. Maybe even be a little proactive and not give an attitude when someone shows genuine concern.

Hobbled in on a run flat tire after getting a puncture on Route 59 [during the miner 500]!Guy actually told me he wouldnt sell me one tire it had to be all four cause of some technobabble about tread wear, all wheel drive car, blah blah...explained I didnt have a spare tire and really just needed help and a break...he said hed be glad to help after I forked over 800 clams and bought 4 new tires...sure, lemme just print some greenbacks out...bottom line, prep your checkbook if youre going here...

The team was on it. I dropped my car off for a tire rotate and balance and less than an hour later, they were calling me to tell me it was done. Job well done!

JD handled all contact with the State Farm Insurance appraiser regarding the rear right wheel damage. He really did a good job communicating to me why the parts took so long to fix my Honda Pilot 2007 vehicle. Your shop had possession of my car for 30 days, but again JD or any of his staff new exactly what was going on with the repair.You should be proud to have employees that really care about the customer!Thank you and I will be back. I love going here because they have a nice waiting area with a tv you can turn to cartoons. I can bring a lunch, for myself and the kids and we eat while they work on my car. Usually we finish lunch about the same time they finish my car, and the kids think we had a fun lunch adventure.The service is always good. The location is close enough to walk to shopping while you wait (if you prefer).

My wifes car had a leaky tire due to a nail that was imbedded near the sidewall, making it unrepairable. Since we bought the tires at Big O, they stood behind their warranty and went the extra mile to get us fixed up quickly and very courteously. Everybody we spoke to was kind and courteous, beginning with the guy who answered the phone all the way to the guy that finished up our paperwork a couple hours later. Couldnt be happier with the experience.

I had a gift certificate that I won in a fundraiser auction. With spring here and wet roads, I came in to get a new windshield wiper for the drivers side. I left with an excellent wiper on the drivers side and another on the passengers. Great service!

Everyone was friendly, didnt have any issues, balance was perfect. Only issue I had was the gas cap had some how came undone, triggering a check engine light. I had just bought the car and had checked the cap to see if it would need replaced, and I know it was on correctly. This is not the first time this has happened to me, so I went elsewhere to clear the code, which confirmed it was a gas lid issue.

Always easy to work with. Got a screw in my tire when heading out of town. They were able to get me in, and allowed me to wait in the waiting area with my dogs.

Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service. I called yesterday asking about getting the alignment done on my car. Was told the price and I asked if I needed to schedule an appointment. Was told it’s a first come first served basis. So I made sure to be at the store at 6:50, ten minutes before the store opens. I was the first to walk in and requested the alignment. He told me I needed to schedule an appointment and could only do it if I left the car all day. Not gonna happen, he seemed to have no concern about figuring out a way to make it work other than a simple, Sorry. Big O. You lost a customer forever.

When the car my son was driving broke down in their parking lot, the manager, Jared, allowed him to keep the car there until we could find someone to tow it. As if that kindness wasn’t enough, Jared had his crew take it into the shop and pin point the problem, at no cost to us. Jared has gone above and beyond for both my son and myself. While we did not use their services this time, Jared ensured that we will use them in the future. I can not speak highly enough of him and his crew. Thank you!

DONT go to Big O Tires, rip off artists. Had my snow tires put on today (2000) miles on them and the side wall blew out on rear driver side. They arent going to replace, get me a tow ( 25miles to Buffalo ). They charged me 56$ to change them over and there exact words NOT OUR PROBLEM. What a joke!

Took my truck in to get a full service ( they forgot to refill the coolant), went to pick up my truck and the next day I notice my truck was leaking oil from the transfer case, when my truck was perfectly fine before I took it in, (on my way to Colorado) went back and they fixed the problem. A couple days later same problem. So I decided to take my truck else where, Im no expert by any means but if you cant put a transefer case seal right Im never going back to you. Made me have to reschedule my trip to CO. & miss more days of work because of it.

We were traveling from CA to Mi in our pickup/camper and had a flat enroute. Driving without a spare in an area where services are many, many miles apart is uncmfortable. We stopped for lunch in Gillette and locals recommended Big O. They were spot on. JD got the crew too quickly dismount the spare, determine it was not repairable, remounted our factory spare on rhe alloy rim, sold us a used Big O spare and had us on our way ASAP. I was really impressed with the plastic protection they put on the steering wheel and driver seat...never saw that before. Classy operation.

As a traveler. Avoid this buisness at all cost. Staff presents a friendly clean atmosphere but will take full advantage of you. Took in a perfectly good tire with a small nail in it. Was told a bunch of bull by Jarod who wanted to solve our difficulty by selling me one tire for 125. When we asked him to remount the tire Jarrod sung a song and dance about how they could not remount tire because big O tire could be held liable if we had an accident. At which point I lit jarod up. Rightfully so. Owner threatened to call police. So we took tire and rim to Wall Mart and resolved the issue. New tire 67.50 note photo below. This is probably the worst review I have had the disspleasure to write. One big improvement for big o tires is they might quit with such practices. The idea that our set back is an opertunity to gain is one of the reasons for our nations pain. To lie and cheat people is not a good practice...

Not impressed with there work have had both of my Toyota tundras in for balance and alignment both vehicles still shake and vibrate going down the road also had locking lug nuts on one of them which they broke the tool and instead of replacing the lock tool and lug nuts they replaced the lug nuts was also told my balance and alignment problems were un fixable with out new tires
