I was a new patient recently. Had a great experience with my first cleaning. Very kind staff I wish I remembered her name, but she was great. Then went back to fill a cavity. I was a bit on edge just because it can be an unpleasant experience. They were aware of my nervousness and did everything they could to make me feel calm. Doctor filled the filling painlessly. Over all a great experience when I go there. If I could give more stars I would. They really deserve that 5 star review!

I have been going here for the past year and I absolutely love this place! My gps had the wrong address, so I called to see if I could still come late or if they needed me to reschedule. They were kind enough to still take me.Then I had an amazing dental assistant, Jamie! She was so friendly and polite. I had to reschedule a cleaning so I wasn’t able to see my regular hygienist and my dentist was on vacation too. Turns out Danielle and Dr Brad were just as great as the others I’ve seen in the past. I highly recommend this dental office to everybody. I have to give a shout out to the front office too they are always helpful, friendly and very good at getting questions answered and appointments when you need them.

My husband had to cease work on his implants that he received in MN due to an infection that the MN doctor had not caught. This Johnson/Larson dentistry office caught it and through their knowledge and contacts were able to correct the problem. Now, my husband is very happy with his implants. The office staff is punctual, clean, friendly, efficient and have the newest up-to-date equipment to work with.

Ive been coming here for several years now. I love the office environment, very clean, comfortable and the decor feels like you are at friends house, not a dentist office. The staff treats us life family and they are always smiling and happy. It just feels good to be here. Makes getting your teeth cleaned and examined not so horrible. Donna is my favorite hygienist. From the moment you arrive their friendly receptionist recognizes you. I have always had little to no wait. I have had many services there and each and every person has been extremely friendly and courteous. They have always been very gentle as well. I highly recommend them.

Ive been getting my grill cleaned every 6 months for as long as I can remember. Ive never had a hygienist like Jamie. Not only did my teeth feel amazing but the whole process was probably the most pleasant experience Ive ever had in a dental office. There have been times where my mouth felt like a construction zone and I knew the hygienist was hiding a big smile under that little mask that they wear. Jamie however, was very gentle and even allowed me to watch TV has she worked. She got the job done and was still very gentle which I appreciated! Dr. Brad was awesome as well. He actually sat and talked to me and got to know me a little bit which was different from other dental offices Ive been to.

Alison is the the best! She did something nobody has ever bothered to do before. She actually showed me how to floss under me bridges. I can even get under one of them now, I am still working g on the other. I really appricate this.

Yesterday I had somehow managed to chip a chunk of my tooth off and I immediately started freaking out. I called the first dentist I could find, which lucky for me was Johnson and Larsen. They ended up being able to squeeze me in last minute at 4pm. Once I got there the staff was SO friendly and funny. They called me right back, did xrays and pictures and then doctor (Brad Johnson) came right in! He calmed all my fears and showed me exactly what he wanted to do to my tooth. I felt absolutely nothing throughout the entire procedure and was in and out in about an hour. It was an awesome experience. I highly suggest this dentist office to anyone who gets worried about going to the dentist from time to time. I wish there were more stars to give! 💗

New to the Gilbert area. Found Johnson Larsen Family Dentistry on the web. Got an appointment for regular cleaning and a small cavity treatment. The dental tech. was great. Dr. Brad Johnson treated my tooth. Im sixty five years old and have never been to a better dentist in my life. A great find.

I really had high hopes for this place with all of the great reviews. My husband had a great experience; I, however, did not. I was told I have 10 cavities and need a root canal after never having more than 1 or 2 cavities my entire life. They spent my entire appointment taking x rays and pictures and telling me how horrible my teeth were AND THEN NEVER EVEN CLEANED MY TEETH. I’m going to get a second opinion about the cavities, so I can’t make a full judgement on that. But the fact that I was told there was so much wrong with my teeth and then never had a cleaning done, which I had made my appointment for, really makes me upset. Then one of the dentists told me, “As a new mother, sometimes you forget to take care of yourself.” Which really infuriated me, that they insisted I didn’t brush or floss or anything, which I do everyday and told them so.I just can’t believe that I went through all of this and never received the cleaning, which I went there for in the first place. And if I had such horrible teeth and so many cavities and needing of a root canal, wouldn’t you make sure you did a cleaning? Apparently not.Highly disappointed and will not be returning.

Best dentist office ever. All three dentist treat me with care and the hygienists are very compassionate and attentive to my needs.. The Doctors are not over zealous in their approach and are very honest in the diagnoses.

I LOVE Johnson and Larsen Family Dentistry! I have seen Dr. Curtis Johnson, and my hygienist Dawn for about ten years now. They are easy to ask questions to and I am always confident with the answers they give me. They are both so wonderful and personable. I especially cannot say enough nice things about Dawn. She has a great memory for me and I always feel like she cares about me. Would recommend this dentist to all ages.

This place has a friendly family-feel from the moment you step in the door. Ive had two cleanings and one tooth decay/crown repair procedure to date. One hygienist had 20+ years experience - the other 12 years. Both were excellent. The decay & crown repairs were done by Dr. Heather Sutherland, who has ~20 yrs. experience. Her skilled, gentle hands and calm demeanor were most comforting. Ill be requesting her at my next visit.

I have had a wonder experience at this practice. Dawn, the dental hygienist is a easy person to talk to she had the type of personality that makes you feel like you known her. Dr. Larsen has a very calming presence about him and Dr Brad Johnson was also very nice. Front office was also very friendly and they also took in consideration that my insurance was going to run out soon.

Dr. Heather Sutherland is excellent. She explains everything she is doing, is very thorough and does a superb job.

Our family has always been fortunate enough to find that special dental practice that really provides painless dentistry everywhere we have lived. We have used Dr. Johnson and Dr. Larsen since 1996 when we moved to the Valley of the Sun. Dr. Johnson is such a perfectionist when it comes to restoration and doest let you go until you are both satisfied with the results. All of the doctors have a very gentle touch which gave me a great peace of mind not to mention an uneventful visit. The staff is always professional along with being helpful and friendly. I trust these guys. I had no idea until about 15 years ago that there are dentists who find and fill cavities that dont really exist, benefiting them financially but not the patient. I only trust Johnson Larsen. They do the work I actually need. If they recommend it, its a no brainer. I actually went to another dentist once who said I had 14 cavities. Without advising Dr. Johnson of the first dentists diagnosis, I got him to give me a second opinion. He said I looked good- no cavities. And Allyson is the only dental hygienist for me. Shes gentle.

My spouse and I just had our cleaning. We love the office- from the reception to our hygienist to the dentist- theyre absolutely great! Gosh weve been w/Johnson Larsen Dentistry for over 10 years and theyre still doing a phenomenal job. I cant complain really. I love my hygienist Danielle C.; shes very gentle, thorough and knows her job well. I love having Dr. Sutherland- I would not schedule my appt if both of them are on vacation. The office is clean, the staff are very friendly and honest. Its totally way better than our first dentist office. This place is absolutely the best! Ive been going here for years, as have both my parents and now my husband. The staff is amazing and kind, the doctors are wonderful and patient and have excellent bed-side manners, the building is immaculate, and scheduling is easy. I have never had a problem here and neither has my family. I even moved up near Prescott and still make the drive to come down and see this dentist!

Developed horrible tooth pain during a weekend. Showed up without an appointment at 7am Monday morning. By 7:30 I was getting films and being examined by Dr. Larsen who determined I needed to be referred on to an endodontist. When the endodontist office opened at 8:00, the Johnson-Larsen staff were on the phone getting me an appointment over there for later that very morning. No one acted bugged that I showed up unannounced to clutter up their day. They were all so nice and professional and competent. And, sure enough, I did need an endodontist and was cured. Ill be going back to Johnson Larsen Family Dentistry for the required crown work to finish things up. Well done, team!
