Barb is the best. She tells you what you dont want to hear but it is most definitely what you need to hear. Shes positive lively and fun. Even after I am finished with her classes I will continue to visit because of the great environment she provides.

Barb is great at what she does and will help you along the process with the right advice. Ive had two different situations where I had to go thru alcohol treatment and with my second go around I didnt hesitate at all when having to pick where to go. Barb knows her stuff and cares so much when it comes to taking care of all her clients!

Horrible person, we went there and she was super rude she asked us to leave and just give her a call and leave a massage, she said she will return the call on Monday and never did. We call her 3 more times and leave a message and still nothing so we decided to stop by first thing in the morning and even though it says open the door was locked with a sign that reads by appointment only, call to make an appointment so what we supposed to do? I bet the judge will believe that!

DO NOT GO HERE!!! SHE CLAIMS TO BE THE MOST HONEST AGENCY AND CHEAPEST, SHE IS NOT!!!! She will rip you off!!! Charged $90 for DMV alcohol screening and didnt bother to state it does not cover the court documentation for the alcohol screen they require!!!! Save your time and money and go else where!!!! Found several places that do both DMV and court for $100 she want $90 for DMV and $125 for court!!! She does not tell you and takes advantage of you if its your first DUI and unsure of the process!!! NO WONDER WHY SHE ONLY TAKES CASH!!!! PEOPLE MUST HAVE DISPUTED THE CHARGE FOR NOT GETTING CORRECT SERVICES!!!

Go anywhere else, for someone who used to be an addict shes not very understanding of peoples situations.
