Not sure what happened with this place. They were great at first, started taking my son here a year ago but in the last several months they will not return calls at all. They were supposed to send a prescription for my son to the pharmacy but never did. Tried to follow up to find out where it went but no one answers the phone and you leave messages and no one calls back. Finally got a hold of the medical assistant once who said she would get a message to the provider. That was a week ago, never heard back and now when u call again, no answer. Sadly, we have to move on and find an new provider. Seems this happens a lot with these types of practices.

I don’t like how they handle my appointment and the fact of I have a speech handicapped. This is the 3nd mental health place same problem , getting super hang over it and not just act like I’m a normal person.Before moving to this state of Arizona I never had problems with getting help in my life because places over worrying for nothing. I am fighting this one because they have an art program!

Do not go to this provider if you have schizophrenia or any other serious mental illness that requires lab work on a regular basis.They refuse to prescribe the necessary medication and will instead fill you with ineffective and unnecessary medication and then say they can’t treat you anymore.Avoid these people at all costs !! Especially Anthony Kimani.

Dr Lyons is the best primary care provider Ive ever had! She truly listens and has provided solutions for me after other docs have minimized my symptoms. It turns out I needed surgery for a few things. She always listens to what I have to say and has the best bedside manner!

Excellent facility. The counseling helps a lot and so does the psychiatric care. Its nice having a primary care doctor right there in the facility. I also really appreciate the walk and talks with my case manager and visits with the peer support staff. All in all a great team.

Cant say enough good things about Resilient and the help theyve given my daughter. I dont know what wed do without their help.Please call then and see what they can do for you or your kiddos.

They hold themselves to a higher standard, then exceed it. Always very professional, clean, and straight to the poin.

I’ve been seeing my doctors at resilient health for nearly two years and i have only ever felt listened to, respected, and treated with care. i have made more progress in treatment with them than ever before, and i’ve seen a lot of doctors in the past since i was in my early teens. the negative reviews make me bummed, but seeking out help for something so fragile is hard and everyone has different experiences. i love this office!!

They never get back to you and never pick up the phone

I’ve been going to the Gilbert office for over 2 yrs now, at first things were great with my psych and counselor, which both left not too long after. The new counselor they put me with I just didn’t have the connection with. I did ask several times to be switched and they never get back to me and if they do they put me in with someone who was leaving in 2 was, then tried putting me back with the one I asked to be switched from. Then the psych docs have all been Skype after the original left, I had no issues with the new ones which have also been changed like 3 times an today I have my telephone call with the new one filling in and he wanted to try an take me off one of my meds, my anxiety med klonopin, I take it for anxiety an I’ve had seizures. I also am in methadone and everyone knows, both docs are aware of this and have been for these last few years. My life is so chaotic right now, really chaotic so when I’m telling him this why would he now make it very clear that he wanted me to see someone else in month so he filled it for now which he hasn’t even done yet, but now I have to worry about what’s gonna happen in a month. I have had so many surgeries I live in severe chronic pain an then add all this chaos I’m in I’ve been feeling like I’m gonna drop dead. I’m just so tired of this bs, constant changes an having to add another stressor an more anxiety on top of what is already there. I’m just so mad, upset, angry. Yes, I know maybe the new doctor will keep things the way they are, but I guarantee that he prob put things in his notes for the new one who is actually new to this office and for anyone who’s been through the hell of chronic illnesses an having to move all the time cuz I haven’t had a whole lot of help an a solid place to just try to heal an have any kind of peace. I know it’s silly to worry about the unknown, I do know this, but if you’ve been in my shoes you’d understand why this has me so upset an wondering how much more I can take.

Beautiful place that offers help to everyone in different ways! This was the first time I saught out professional help and I was so scared and nervous. It was hard to lower my walls but they where patient and so kind. I loved my dr. She is human and related with me. She made me feel understood and showed me how to accept myself and take hold of my life! The staff is friendly and the office is clean. I love the calming nature videos in the waiting room and the absolute beautiful art on the walls throughout the building surprises me still! All the art is done by patients and I love that!

This place has everything from primary care to counselors, psychiatrist and group therapy all in one place. I’m here sometimes 3 times a week getting care and the staff is wonderful the doctors are wonderful! I’ve gotten my psych meds down and under control and i love the therapists! Great clean office , which sometimes is packed in there because they care for soooo many types patients and they do it very well! Love resilient health so much I go to the Higley office

They helped me and my loved one to have normal fulfilling lives. I am very grateful for each and every worker here.EDIT: just received a bill giving me 20 days before I got sent to collection, that was sent 26 days ago! In more than a year coming regularly I was NEVER TOLD I OWED ANYTHING!Now Im in with a huge debt already sent in collection before I could do anything about it!How am I supposed to pay you when you never gave me a bill?!!EDIT 2:We were able to come to an agreement and avoid collection but please attempt to contact people before sending them collection threats that arrive expired in the mailbox thats very unpleasant

Ive had a great experience with them. They are friendly and prompt, with solid employees who seem to genuinely care about their patients.

I brought my daughter in for an intake appointment today. But it was more of an interrogation. All information was provided by the caseworker. But the questions were intense. To the point that my daughter could not even draw the requested picture. That line of questioning was unnecessary with the information that was provided by the caseworker. I know my daughter very well. I watched her struggle and shut down. This upset me.My daughter was so excited for this. She had such hope that this would help her. We both did. But the lady ruined it for my daughter. She made her very uncomfortable. I notified the caseworker that we walked out.

Hung up the phone on me when I was trying to get my sons prescription filled. Front office is terrible and always overbooks.

Been going here over a year now and theyve been literal life savers (As both PSA and RH).

I changed my s core because i really like my new case worker danny. i feel he cares n supports me like a counseler slash case worjer should. Eve b though housing authority still tears at me i feel housing is gonna finally be safe.over all they are new and growing so as a client be educated on your treatment and plan and most of all the services u could get

This place is an absolute joke. I called to verafy my apartment for today and was told I was removed from the system. What a load of cow pie. I have had an appointment scheduled for over a month and someone calls me about a week prior to confirm my appointment. But now the day of I dont have an appointment. So Im loosing money and time from there mistakes. All they offer is to reschedule. Well what about my loss of time and money... really I demand rightful compensation not just oh sorry for the mistake... of course thay dont care they arent the ones loosing anything.. I bet they think things like this are funny.
