Literally, go anywhere else, TBH is an abomination. 10 months of Rollercoaster issues that left us incredibly frustrated and sadden that such an important therapy can be implemented so lackadaisically. My family went through 9 therapists in 10 months and multiple clinicians. One therapist, I had to ask to leave my house after repeatedly physically restraining my child. They have an extremely high turn over rate, with poorly trained therapists who are pushed to start with no oversight or guidance. I finally gave up and canceled all services after months of trying to advocate for my child and fix on going issues. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

High staff turnover and unreliable service. I would not recommend.

The billing department is horrific. Ive been trying to settle a bill since March. I left several messages with no call back.They called 2 weeks ago to settle the bill, And there was still the original issue. They said they would call back at the end of the week, and they didnt. I had to call back today and they didnt even apologize for not calling when they said they would. Today the billing rep was rude and Im wondering if this will ever get settled.

Very unprofessional right from the start. They contacted me for an interview in which they gave me a selection of available times to meet over the phone. Even after confirming the appointment multiple times (at least three) three days in advance, their recruiter failed to show and only CSRs were available to take my call; neither the recruiter nor supervisors answered my call after I followed up. To the CSRs, I sincerely apologize if I chewed your head off. However, anyone in social services has had timeliness and the consequences for failing to adhere to this drilled into our heads as part of our school curriculum, and that recruiter has left a very nasty taste in my mouth. Perhaps the services are leagues beyond my experience, but I certainly will never find out if this is their first impression.
