Give been a client fore years now I believe and they all Care and look out for me pretty much. Kevin my case worker and his team along with Christina the housing specialist are really pulling and trying to get me a nice affordable place to live.Give given them all a lot of shot and a hard time many times over and over. I have PTSD AND ANXIETY AND DEPRESSION BADLY. I WAS A Lt. IN THE ARMY SO IM A TOUGH ONE ON TIMES SCHEDULES AND THE FACT ....I DONT HAVE EXCUSES SO YOU BETTER NOT EITHER. ITS JUST MY WAY. THEY RESPECT THAT AND ME AND I RESPECT THEM. THE ONLY PROBLEM SOMETIMES VEYO OR MY TRANSPORT DOES NOT SHOW UP. REPEATEDLY IT HAPPENS. NOT KEVIN OR THE CLINICS FAULT. NO I FOUND OUT ITS THE DISPATCH AT VEYOAND THE OTHER TRANSPORT SERVICES. PIR. GETS 100% GRADE FROM ME. REMEMBER.....WE ALL JUST HUMAN. WE ALL MAKE MISTAKES AND DONT LIKE IT......I DO TOO. BUT IT EATS ME ALIVE BEING AN EX MILITARY SOLDIER.11 BRAVO / DELTA !

My case manager Desiree is amazing and always super friendly. She makes sure that I’m okay or if I need anything. My therapist Tim has helped me so much. The staff has been very accommodating and friendly when I went in person in the past before Covid unfortunately struck.

My Daughter has been going to this facility for years. At 1st when they had state contracts and a court order my Daughter received satisfactory care.As soon as the lost those thing she gets hardly any.She live with us so I see everything. There is no therapist that sees her at home or clinic. She see the Doctor 1- 4 mos. And can not see her even if she has problems. That has happened more than once.Case management doesnt do any wellness check for years. I even tried to talk to him and or her and gets nothing.

Case managers dont return phone calls, staff hang up on clients, staff dont follow up on what they say they will do, unable to get appointments scheduled with provider. Altogether one of the worst SMI clinics in the valley.

Where do I even begin with this awful place? My case manager was supposed to call me to complete my paperwork and I didnt receive a phone call. I call the front desk to ask how to access the patient portal and they give me a pass code to enter on the website. When I tell her that the website has no section to access the patient portal she gets confused. Tries to email it to me and says its not working. She is stumped and forwards me to my case manager. My case manager tells me that the front desk people are the ones who know that and she was never trained in how to access the patient portal. Says she will meet with her supervisor and call me back. They close for the day and I wait all day the following day until a little while before they close and I call my case manager back. She tells me that theres one really good person in the front office who she has been trying to track down all day to give me a call. (Why she cant just call the front desk and give them my info is beyond me. Seems simple. She also gives the excuse of the front desk being in the front while her office is in the back. K.. get up and go find her??) I start asking about my medical records and the doctor who I met with the day before gave me two diagnoses that have nothing to do with me or my past history is diagnoses. Im told that based on what he gave me, I cannot get any counseling unless its home counseling. I tell my case manager that my records from the previous facility I was at clearly listed what I have and what I need and she gave a couple excuses. (I also would like to point out that my one hour session with the doctor was extremely weird and I felt incredibly uncomfortable the entire time. Every time I moved an inch in my chair he would stare me down.) I was also told it could take up to 90 days before my initial paperwork might be filed and before I could start any kind of real services with them. (Again, which I find weird seeing as how Ive been to multiple facilities and Im in services within a week or two of starting at them) When I asked for clarification on things and told my case manager I was confused, she agreed and said she was also confused. The dates she gave me on my file were also weird and raised red flags. I am changing services with this place to somewhere else immediately and I recommend everyone else do the same if you can.Confused and non-knowledgeable staff. Flaky and untrained case managers who are unreliable and will not call you back. And weird doctors who dismiss previous information about their patients after a one hour meeting and who make you feel extremely uncomfortable and judged. (Id also like to point out I brought up my previous diagnoses with my doctor and previous troubling family history and he didnt want any further information on anything and did not ask for clarification on a lot of things. Again.. red flag and VERY concerning.)Dont go here. I wish I had never come to know anything or anyone dealing with Partners In Recovery. Im just astounded and flabbergasted that a place that deals with mental health is allowed to operate in such a horrible manner.

My brother has been a patient here for over 2 years. My 1st impression was not good considering the appt was done over Skype. I mean, how much can you really get from an appt through a TV?!?!? The DR. Relies on the case workers and managers to do their jobs (which they do NOT do well). Every time I call I have to leave a message and do not get a call BSA k until Ive left several messages for weeks straight. And then when I do to get a return Phone call there is no resolution on anything. They have done absolutely nothing for him or his well being. So very disappointed!!!!!

Well so far disappointed. My husband has been diagnosed as being SMI and sees a Nurse Practitioner for his psych care. So far he has two appointments and both times we have been there 10 minutes before his appointment time and have to wait a minimum of 35 to 40 minutes. His anxiety is high since he waits so long. His case worker is no better he has now been out of Desert Vista for over a month and no therapy has been set up yet. I have been asking about therapy now for weeks. No one gets back to me. Its sad. I feel bad for my husband.

Given this star rating since although I (and hopefully others) understand their services can be overwhelmed, hampered by staff, client and budget problems, behind schedule/s, the beating summer heat, etc. then if such is happening they should at least try to find some time aside to drop a note or update when falling back or dragging on their clients services: there has been 2-3 week internals when no services were rendered (hmmm, do they honestly care to do their job/be aidful or what?) for my disabled family member: month after month, nothing accomplished, no getting anyplace or just plain-as-day ineffective, so at the end wondering if they just want to throw in the towel or drop the ball on their playing field with such clients altogether? Why accept such a contract when at (long) times lacking the means or supporting circumstances to render your services in the first place?Welcome to the real world: Im an adult too, with my own loaded responsibilities, coping/handlings with reality, etc., taking up a part of my own tight and valuable time to write all this and (to be humorful here) wish I had more time on my hands to hold such working peoples hands and guide them when they themselves are (hopefully) and properly trained and paid to do such? Thank you kindly in noting.

Marc center doctors were moved over here and I hate coming here. Too many people. Hard to get through to make appointments with doctors now or to talk to NP assistant. They have a small pharmacy there. Cafe/snack bar.
