My first experience with getting my hearing aids was at Good Sound Audiology two years ago. I am so fortunate I found the best audiology company in the valley here in Phoenix!!! First of all, though I was hesitant to get hearing aids because I wasnt sure I REALLY needed them, was afraid theyd be difficult to get used to, and finally, because of my vanity - would they be obvious, would they make me look old??!! My experience has been a very pleasant one from the beginning and remains so each time I go into any of their 3 offices. Tina Jesse is THE BEST!! She runs an extremely professional company and every single person I have dealt with has been professional, kind, caring, patient, and always takes the time to make sure I understand instructions and also that I have all my questions answered. I would recommend no other audiology company or audiologist but Good Sound Audiology. The best part is that wearing hearing aids has truly changed my life for the better in so many ways; I CAN HEAR which actually makes me feel better and more confident about myself!
