OK I called everyday for 3 weeks to schedule an appointment and was constantly told I need to wait for a call. They didnt call me back for an appointment until the day my referral expired and told me it was my fault for not calling them first. Was really rude to me because of that. (I already felt bad for calling them that much.... I just wanted to get started with a treatment plan so I can live normal again.) They talked to me like I was a baby a few times.So I went to the Gilbert location to see whats causing my Vertigo to worsen. The doctor literally walked into the exam room with a paper in her hand and asked me what my symptoms were, she allowed me to get 2 of the many out, handed me the paper. Said it was my ear crystals out of place, told me to do an exercise and take a test in 2 weeks. Well, I did my balance test, (That doctor was nice to me at least.), and went back in the following week with a double ear infection from being sick with a bronchitis flare up. I warned her about my flare up and she flat out told me it was allergies, tossed my test results into my lap and left after 2 minutes of telling me I need PT for my ears. She literally told me my bronchitis was allergies and got visibly mad when I told her she was wrong. (I went in to see if it was anything else and I was told it was a flare up from the fires around my area.) Didnt even bother to explain or go over my test results.... just handed them to me, gives me a nasal spray prescription that isnt covered by my insurance, and walked out. I had my physical therapy appointment and they did a more thorough exam than the ENT doctor did. They came to a conclusion that Physical therapy wont fix it and that I need to see a neurologist ASAP. All of that BS would have been avoided if she just listened to me instead of treating me like gum on a shoe.

Staff not friendly, wait time is too long for the type of service you get from the doctor. Doctor never took the time to help diagnose the problem with my ears. Would not recommend this doctors office to anyone. I’m not one to write a review but felt I needed to with this situation.

Enticare is the worst doctors office I have ever dealt with. I would not go there if I were you! Save your self the time and aggravation. Trust me! Worst billing department and front desk. No Accountability!! They tell me a service is going to be a co-pay and then come back and say they quoted me a deductible which is untrue! I would NOT have given them any stars, but the system made me.

This place was a joke!!The receptionist was rude and acted like she was to good.Listen I’m a new patient an essential worker and I didn’t know they didn’t take cash.Through all the paperwork and everything know were did it say we don’t take cash.So she embarrassed me in front of someone she was training and other workers.This is not professional!!!So she comes to the back room and says I don’t have change standing there smug!!!Whatever time to move on to find better people

I’d give a 0 if I could. Front desk staff doesn’t even check the sign in sheet. Waited an hour for my appointment cuz she didn’t know I was there. What’s the point in having a sign in sheet if you don’t check it? I’ll be calling my dr tomorrow for a referral to a different ENT.

Haven’t even had my appointment set up and I am already not happy with this place. First time I called lady was so cold and rude, and hung up on me. The second time I called lady said they need to call me to make an appointment, I gave her my information. Then they finally called back and call was missed. So I called again and it’s the same thing “they will give you a call”... Like okay and if the call is missed again are we just gonna be playing phone tag.. Asked for a direct number to make the appointment and she couldn’t give it to me. I’m so confused on why it’s so difficult to even set the appointment up. I came to the reviews and see I’m not the only one who is having issues here. Seems like all they care about is making money, not caring for the patients.

The wait was very long to even get to the exam room. Once I was in the room I noticed that it was covered in dust and very dirty overall. The tools that would be used were laying out every where and even on the dirty table. I decided to walk out to the front desk and asked for a refund and said I refused to be treated for anything here. The place was absolutely disgusting.

I went in for a tonsillectomy evaluation, doctor and staff were cold and not personable, I was able to move past that.Weeks go by and called several times, finally got an appointment made for the procedure. Day before I call several times wondering what time I should show up, finally get through to someone.Go under for the procedure, and when I wake up was told “we weren’t able to do it”. NO other explanation, no follow up care described even after they had started to cut on one.Now I am 1 week post-op, have called and emailed several times, and still have NO explanation why it was unsuccessful. Am going to Mayo Clinic instead to fix the damage they did. DO NOT GO HERE!!Edited to add: after going to Mayo Clinic, I have not only had a successful tonsillectomy, but also needed a soft palate lift, and SURPRISE I had a severe deviated septum that Enticare did not even look for. Mayo also used my extra septum cartilage and rebuilt my collapsing nasal cavity when I would breath in. Thank you Dr Hall for correcting what this sad company couldn’t.

Both Dr. Knott and Mostafavi refused to prescribe me medication after having been there couple times as an established patient. Had their secretary call to say they can’t do anything for me unless I’m seen again. Guess my insurance money was good for them so they need more. Would give zero stars worst ENT practice in the valley.

It was the worst of the worst. I sat there for over half an hour, a gentleman in front of me left because he waited 45 minutes. I signed in, she took my temperature and told me to st so when I finally asked if I was next , she asked if I signed in then she asked for insurance cards, I asked why didn’t she ask for them when I signed in, her reply was that she was busy helping someone else. Well, no she wasn’t. Will never go back there.

Providers are excellent. Ive been a patient for 3 years and have always found everyone to be very kind and considerate. They are a busy office but they always seem to run pretty much on time. Id much rather go to a busy office with a lot of patients whom all trust the providers than an empty office!

My son has been attending here for about 3 years. He went through different treatments and surgery. I am very happy since my son always goes well. I see the deal from the receptionists, nurses, assistants and doctors and the treatment is especially great with little ones. I recommend it at all.

The staff here is very snarky and rude and have been for the many appointments I have endured here. I have VERY high patience level as I was a waitress for years. I understand customer service and how hard it can be. But for me - these guys are THE worst. Also, my nose surgery actually made my breathing worse. Please try a different provider. I know I have tried to to work with these guy for a LONG time overlooking the rudeness, appointment missteps, MISDIAGNOSIS from ONE doc there to another, and general feeling that you simply do NOT matter. Im looking for a new doctor now. Too many complaints and missteps to count. Im done looking the other way.

The doctors at this practice ruined my nose. I had a very small nasal perforation that I was very concerned about. They insisted that it should be just left alone. I took their advise and now its gotten so bad that no one in the valley will fix it. I found doctors that do the procedure that stated if I had gotten help sooner, it couldve been repaired. I am absolutely destroyed by this news. Never see Dr. Li or Dr. Knott, they both neglected to refer me to surgery before it was too late. I have zero options now and I am devastated. Avoid at ALL costs.

On the occasions that I visited this practice, I always felt rushed by the doctors and NP with their hand on the doorknob and door open ready to move on to their next appointment. The receptionist in the new Gilbert office is downright rude. I was practically pushed out of the office and did not see the NP I was scheduled to see because I didnt have a copy of my negative COVID test with me. Stay away from this practice.

Dr. Knott was phenomenal this morning! My ears are very sensitive and I’ve struggled with issues since I was a child. She is going to try a very conservative treatment before having to operate and I appreciate that more than anything! I would 100% recommend her to anyone in need of an ENT doctor!

I was a little scared to go here after reading all the reviews but my experience here was fantastic and I saw NP, LiLi she was amazing and took her time with me and explained my condition. Her assistant Aura? Not sure how to sell her name, but she was very kind and professional. The check out lady was not as friendly as all the others but I still give 5 stars... I went there for treatment and I was treated with respect. I only waited 10 minutes and was called back quickly. Over all a good place to go and I recommend them 100%!

Standing in front of the Gilbert office at 9:15am and it is locked. Website says you open at 8:00am. The very helpful sign on the door says they will be closing early on Halloween...doesn’t say anything about opening late. This is why I am trying to pick up medical records and get treatment for my family somewhere else.

Showed up when they opened with no appointment after being in pain for 9 days , The two ladies up front helped me with my paperwork and made sure i was seen right away , after being brought back to a room , I was seen within 5 min. and out within 10. This visit couldnt have gone any better from start to finish , would recommend and will definitely return if i ever have more issues.

Wow. Where to start. Gilbert Enticare office is the most incompetent and disrespectful office starting with the girls up front. A woman named Rosa I believe a young lady named Alicia? I could be wrong but these women are so disrespectful to patients. I came in for an appointment and was at the wrong location and they decided to tell me it was my fault. After looking thoroughly through their computer, come to find out they were at fault, didn’t take responsibility for their actions and apologize. Enticare! Get it together! You’re hiring people who are disrespectful and don’t recognize and apply patient care! Get rid of these women including the MAs at Enticare Gilbert who don’t like their job and take it out on people who are ill. Will never come back. Please save yourself some time to this location and avoid it completely!

This place sucks at calling to make appointments...my son Was supposed to have surgery scheduled 2 weeks ago ...we went in office but the person who schedules appointments was not available. So was told they would call. after 2 days of not calling, I called 8 times and after a week it was hard to get a hold of someone so I left several voicemails,But i called a few more times...finally the second week on a Thursday after several attempts to get a hold of someone I finally get an answer. I asked since I got her on the phone if I can make an appointment for his surgery, and explained the situation. She apologized and said she cannot because the person that schedules the surgeries needs to do it. She told me the scheduler was aware Ive been calling and would call me in the morning. Come Friday morning no call waited all day and even tried calling with no luck again. Well weekend is over its Monday morning. I hope to get an appointment, this will be my last attempt before I just go someplace else. I know they get busy in the office ...but at least answer a phone and let people know. Or hire some more people.

Horrible. If you are looking for pills then this is the place to go, theyll pass em out like candy. If you are looking for a diagnosis, go somewhere with a smarter staff who doesnt mind you asking questions. This place falls into the rampantly growing category of dismissive doctors who just want to write you a prescription and send you on your way. Maybe its because they barely made it through school and are scared to do anything but that? Everything from the look and feel of this office, to the doctors bedside manner (at least the one I saw) is lackluster and uninviting. Rude front office staff as well. Im not typically an online reviewer but felt compelled after going here. Take your hard earned money elsewhere and get the treatment and respect you deserve. This place is inadequate and a total b****fest.

I was tested and treated for seasonal allergies. There has been some improvement with my allergies after 1 year, but also have experienced the same level of relief by regular local honey use. I trust the work from the PA who worked with me. However, there was a hiccup in the billing practices and getting them to be responsive around it was a headache that took multiple weeks (and even then, didnt get completely resolved). I will not be returning for that reason. If they resolved their billing practices (by not outsourcing their billing to someone who doesnt respond and cant sufficiently resolve concerns), then they may be worth seeing.

Had a great experience here enticare. Came for my sons ear problems, all staff and doctors were polite and very friendly. Got here 15 minutes late and they were still willing to help and have us seen. I would recommend anyone to this fine establishment.

This is without a doubt the greatest experience Ive had with a doctor. Dr. Tracey Knott zero down very quickly on my severe allergy condition. I was given the proper medication and have finally started feeling better exactly what she told me would happen did in fact happen and Im doing so much better thank you dr. In addition to having a couple of surgeries performed by Brian Trainor, who is the only ENT we trusted to do surgery on our son!!The staff is fantastic! They are professional, courteous, & caring! Only go to this practice if you like getting screamed at and told to shut up by the Office Manager when you call to resolve an issue with their incompetent billing department. If you get referred to this place just say no and run the other way. The doctors may be good but the rest of the staff makes it not worth coming to this practice.

So this is hard to rate this place because we LOVE the doctors and the rns! However, the girls that work the front and answer the phones are ALWAYS so rude. They act like Im bothering them every time I talk. Again, I love the doctors they have been great with my son but the receptions should find areas of work that dont involve customer service because they clearly hate people!

0-- sorry!We waited for almost 1 hr for a less than 5 mins rushed appt with Nurse Practitioner Li Li. The only thing she did was check my ears and nose and said I have mucus in my nose thats why Im congested, get a nasal spray from Costco, Frys or Walgreens. She recommended hearing test which cant be done right now because they are fully booked and again we can go to Costco for possible free hearing check if we want it done earlier than a month from now. So Im not sure if its worth coming back for another appointment and pay another $50 specialist co-pay.

This is a difficult place to rate.Five stars for doctors and their assistantsZero stars for front desk staff :/My husband and I both love the doctors and assistants, they are great! However this place would be MUCH better off if they had nicer front desk staff. Ive seen several girls at the desk in my time coming here and they are all so cold and rude, even just when you call in, such bad attitudes all of the time.. definitely not a good choice for customer service!I am always someone to give honest reviews and praise good customer service, but these front desk ladies seem like they hate life and talking to all people(maybe extreme sounding but sadly very true).The front desk staff can make or break someones opinion of a place and these ladies are definitely ruining the reputation of this place, many reviewers say the same thing.Do they read their reviews or do they just not care?!Its a shame though, the doctors and their assistants are very nice and helpful!

I went in for an appointment today with Dr. Li Li. I am a first time patient. There was standing room only in the waiting room and the staff was a bit frazzled. I filled out several sheets of paperwork with details about my current and past conditions and medications. They were about 30 minutes late for my appt so I stood or sat in the waiting room for quite some time. I finally met with the assistant/nurse and she asked me several questions about my current condition and medications. She was very nice and just took a few quick notes.About 15 minutes later the doctor came in, in a rush. It was clear she hadnt looked at my chart or looked at the nurses notes. She asked a few quick questions (exact same questions I had just filled out on my paperwork and told the nurse). So I answered them again. She looked in my nose for 2 seconds and throat for 2 seconds. Then she said well, you need a CAT scan and a sleep study. Well call you to set those up. After that (less than 3 minutes with me) she started to walk out the door.But I had waited nearly 3 weeks for an appt and just paid an $80 dollar co-pay and have been suffering with chronic pain for over 4 months. I said... wait, I have some questions. I tried to ask her several questions about my condition, about what treatments I should be doing. About what the CAT scan would tell us about my symptoms. About trying to alleviate symptoms in the long run. About possible medications.She answered them quickly with no elaboration and she seemed rather bothered that I was wasting her time. After each question she asked curtly any more questions? like I was wasting her time. She didnt elaborate on her answers or even ask why I was asking certain ones. She did not seem concerned at all with my well being. She didnt offer any alternative suggestions or ideas for relief. And even though I said that I was taking certain medications long-term, it wasnt until I asked her specifically if this was OK, that she said oh no! you can only take that for two weeks at a time!. Again, she clearly hadnt looked at my charts and didnt care about my well being enough to read my chart or listen to me. I specifically asked if it was OK...after she tried to leave twice. I had more questions, but I gave up.I think I would have gotten more customized answers from a Google search.I dont think I can go back to Enticare. If I do go back, Ill definitely request a different physician. This was just a really disappointing experience and the worst doctors visit Ive had in a long, long time. Maybe ever. It felt more like a fast-food drive through rush than a specialized doctors visit.In a word: Disappointing.

I have been having issues with my left ear for two weeks now. Nothing the Drs or urgent care were telling me to do was helping. My Dr referred me to Enticare but said I may not be able to get an appointment for two weeks. When I called Enticare I spoke with Rosa, she was very helpful and understanding I called on Thursday, she took down my information and called me back within 15 minutes. She was able to get me an appointment for the next day. I am so thankful for Rosas assistance and her willingness to help me get an appointment , so I would not have to wait for two weeks and continue suffering from my pain. Thank you Rosa and Enticare.

First visit today and met with dr Li Li and she was awesome. The staff in the other hand was not. Came in early and did paperwork and turned it in. I sat there for 45 min after and was not called back. I was brought back and left and they never sent prescriptions to the pharmacy. I tried and tried to call the office multiple times and no one picks up. Looked st my paper and they got my whole address wrong. Like really come because I just filled out the new pt paperwork and they still got my info wrong. Like why make me sit there for 45 min when you still got my stuff wrong.

I saw a doctor at this office for severe vertigo. She lacked empathy, which is something patients absolutely need from doctors. I had just been to the ER two days before and was still experiencing symptoms. She bandaged me up with allergy medicine. My mom was with me and we both just didnt feel right about it. Months later I went to a different ENT in Scottsdale. He told me, You dont treat vertigo with allergy medicine. She misdiagnosed me. Obviously, not satisfied.

I’m very disappointed in this office, I made my appointment a month back i called 2 weeks ago because I could not get into the link for the office portal to set up an account the girl was super rude to me. With that being said we came all the way from Globe for my nieces appointment today and called while headed down for instructions to the right office and to let them know we were running a few behind on the highway. When we got in the office we were approximately 20 mins late she was super rude made us fill out our paper work would not make eye contact and said I will see if the Dr will see her or not. After sitting and filling out all paperwork she calls us up to tell us we will need to come back. Very poor patient service very poor I do not recommend this office and this little girl at the front desk needs to take some classes on how to treat patients.

We have had a VERY poor experience with the Gilbert Enticare, from start to finish. First, in making the appointment, the woman was very rushed and rude and seemed as though she had no time or care at all for our call. The appointment was made for 8:15 and she instructed us to arrive 15 minutes early for new patient paperwork... even though we are not new patients. No problem, arrived at 8:00am to a locked door and two other patients waiting outside. We waited only a few minutes, but the woman in front of me was told to arrive at 7:45...One of the staff was apologetic, I will say, but the others were the very opposite. It almost seemed as though we were a bother for just being there. No apology, no trying to hurry, just holding her breakfast and wouldnt make eye contact.When I finally did see the nurse practitioner, they didnt take the time to look into my past sleep study or any of my past medical history. In short, I was given Ambien instead of looking into the real problem. I am so shocked at the lack of care at this facility and the overall bad attitudes from start to finish. This is NOT how you treat patients. I will never go back to any enticare based on the care of this office. Please dont waste your time and find a facility that care for their patients.

Based of the attitude and the fact that the receptionist kept me on hold for near nine minutes then when she answered decided that she wanted to argue with me about whether I need a referral or not( she was insistent that I needed to have it with the type of insurance I have even though it says in very large letters on my card and its been verified by other people that it does not need a referral). Then asked what I needed done, just put me back on hold for another six minutes sorry to say but this and he will not be getting my business

To those who are looking for a place that cares,I recently had surgery for polyps in my nose (fun subject I know)I am beyond impressed with the level of time and effort that Dr Knott and her staff went too to not only help me but to make comfortable, see this is my second go through with this surgery. The first with another surgeon was not as smooth or nearly as reassuring. To be honest is was a nightmare,I was on the couch for a month on pain and was bleeding a lot, here I was up and running so to speak in a couple of days with little to no pain and or bleeding,I sincerely believe it was because my doctor took her time and prepared for just my surgery and was not treated as just another patient .If you read this Dr knott as well as Danielle or Asia and the rest of the staff and enticare thank yousigned Daniel Hasler

New patient, called for appt and they said they had a cancellation later in day, so I went early. No record of any appointment but they did have all my info. Told them to delete me from their system. I am a professional and expect better from other so called professionals. Dont know how good their doctors are as I never saw them. If you make an appt be wary.

I have been going to the Enticare-Gilbert Office for over 1 1/2 years and am still very pleased with the compassion and care I receive there. I usually do not wait more than 10 mins to be seen and the medical staff and receptionists are awesome

I would give more stares but the way the billing department handles their patients and their family is a BIG reason to go somewhere else. Thank you Breanna, Diana, and your boss for this review! The boss (forgot her name) said she be looking for my review so I am writing one.My daughter was 2y had extreme large tonsils that was causing a lot of issues. Her primary care told us to get checked out to play safe. My daughter has a few surgery already so we listen. We got it by a cancellation list so it was a rush appointment. The doctor listened and looked over my daughter. She was nice and really cared for my daughter. Sent her to get a sleep study done. We shortly found out that she will need surgery but need to wait till she 3y. From April to end of May, I changed jobs, my husband lost his job. We received bills but that was the last thing on my mind to call on. Finally I had my husband call, I told him what to say and how to handle it so there no misunderstanding. This was in Oct. There was between my husband and Diana. We were not able to pay anything. The soonest we could pay would be in Dec. Do you they need any documentation showing that we can not pay the bill yet but we plan to. Our daughter still needs the surgery. I was relayed that as soon as we can pay anything send money.I got a call from a collections agency. I give the billing department a call and was not able to leave a message. It would cut me off and replay my message back to me. I had to call the front desk to get someone in the billing department. Two days later I got a call back and I have never been treat like trash in my life. I understand patient get heated and might be a little harsh but the billing department should never yell at a patient and tell them to shut up and let them talk. I was told that I am 1 of thousands of patient so anything I say or do means nothing to them. They are they to collect a paycheck and nothing more. I was yelled at, told to let them finish their sentence, and was tolled not my problem. However when I talked I was always talked over. If the doctors trust these women to handle their money, I can not trust the doctor to see my child let alone preform surgery on them.ONLY GO TO THIS PLACE IF YOU PAY UP FRONT SO YOU DONT HAVE TO DEAL WITH THESE HORRIBLE WOMEN. THEY EVEN SAID THEY WILL LISTEN TO MY HUSBAND PHONE CALL AND LAUGH ABOUT IT LATER.
