Knowledgeable, caring, and excellent service! I feel that Dr. Jessee and her team are the reason Ive been successful with hearing aids. Little tweaks are occasionally necessary and they make sure that my sound quality is the best it can be.

Dr. Jesse and Dr. Bruxvort take such good care of my hearing needs. My hearing aids help me so much! They have carefully adjusted and readjusted them to make sure they suit me perfectly. When theres a problem, its easy to get an appointment, as office staff is wonderfully helpful, and the Dr. does everything in her power to bring everything back up to snuff. I have come to rely on the aids and the people who stand behind them. Highly satisfied and would recommend this business.

They work hard to get your claim filed quickly with your insurance. Also, no hard sell here. You decide the quality of the technology you want from their many offerings. They take time to explain things and I never felt rushed in the office. Very accommodating with my work schedules, too.

Ive been seeing Dr. Jessee for about 4 years. The office staff is always polite, friendly and professional. When it came time for me to get a hearing aid, my options were explained thoroughly. After my hearing aid arrived, all of my questions were answered, and with the help of Dr. Jessee, I breezed through the tolerance and adjustment period. If you are over 50 or are having difficulty hearing, I strongly recommend that you get your hearing checked and that you visit one of the many Good Sound Audiology locations.

Good Sound Audiology has been fabulous! I started wearing a hearing aid about three years ago. Dr. Jesse and her staff have been so helpful navigating both the financial and emotional aspects of the process. Recently I started wearing a new hearing aid that connects with my iPhone. I love the fact that I can customize the volume by location, hear phone calls, music and directions directly through my aid. Wendy Black was so accommodating when I had questions and couldnt make it into the office, she made time to discuss over the phone with me. I cant say enough good things about my past and present experiences.

Recieved custom earbud molds from here. They work PERFECTLY and my Aud. Dr. Hapka was amazing.

We came here because they have a deal with our insurance. Not inexpensive, cost $2500. Worked ok at first. Then I went in for an adjustment. They started hurting. You only get three free visits. Then they want to charge you over $100 for a visit. So even though something happened when I was in for that visit, they want to charge me. I would call around and check on these policies.
