My son’s iPhone 6 screen was shattered. I made an appointment online the night before for the next day (very convenient) and received confirmation immediately. Took phone next day and it was ready in an hour. Staff is nice and knowledgeable. Prices are reasonable. Received a discount for scheduling online which was helpful. I recommend this place! They left my son’s phone like new!

I was in a panic after my phones screen completely crashed. I had to purchase a new phone and my carrier was unable to transfer years worth of files saved on the phone. I called We Fix Phone Repair and scheduled to drop my phone off the following afternoon to see if they could repair it. By chance I happened to be in the area the night I had called. They not only took my phone earlier than my scheduled appointment but they had it ready by the next day! Best part...they were able to fix it and I was able to retrieve ALL of my files!! The customer service was refreshing not only on how helpful they were but they were very attentive and answered all of my questions. Would absolutely recommend.

The quality of the work was good. However the cashier that closed out the transaction was very rude and I also never received a phone call telling me my order was done. It was supposed to be done in 45 minutes, finally after 2 hours without a call I went in and asked for it. The guy acted like I should’ve known it was done. No apology for no phone call or nothing. I’ve had several phones repaired at this location, but I may go to a different company next time.

Brought my iPhone 5S to the power rd store and everyone was so helpful. Replaced my battery and my phone is like new. Very disappointed. Made appointment online for service on my iPhone. Called to verify price over the phone. Dropped off for service, asked again about the price. Went back to pick up and was charged $35 more than what I was told. Why on earth would I want to pay 69.99 for a battery swap on a iPhone when Apple is doing it for 29.99 right now?! I was going to be okay paying an extra 5 dollars but an extra 39.99 is worth going to the mall for. I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because they did do the work properly.

This was a spur of the moment warranty replacement an iphone battery that was installed four months earlier. No hassles. All the information they needed for the warranty replacement was in their computer. I did not have to find old receipts or work orders. The company stood behind their work -- no muss, no fuss.

The replacement of my iphone battery should have been seemless but when done my Siri voice recognition would not work. It was suggested that i reset my phone which had been done at the Apple store just hours earlier and everything worked so I did it again. In order to log in again with a new hone to check if it worked I needed to log into the stores wi-fi. I was denied, saying they didnt let customers use it. It is now nearing closing time at T mobile and I had to rush there to see if the guy broke my phone.... after 30 minutes there it was all sorted out. But not the right way at Batteries + WE fix it. The worker did an ok job installing the battery but his customer service level is not so good. Could use some work.
