I went in with a broken screen but a working home button. They were quick to help me out and super quick in fixing my screen, I was back to the store in no time to pick it up and pay. When I got to the car and tried to use my phone, the screen was fresh but the home button no longer worked. When I took it in to discuss with them about them fixing it so it worked correctly, the guy said that it was my fault and he couldn’t fix it. When I asked if I could get my money back, he said they could refund me and put my old cracked screen back on, or I could go else where to get my home button fixed. Not only questionable service by the end, but deeply scammy and leaves a bad taste in my mouth that I even went there. Would not recommend.

I took my phone to this location, the employees were very professional and knowledgeable of their job. My phone parts were in stock, I had my claim number before I arrived through my insurance company, the repair was completed in an hour and a half, could not have been any happier, I do recommend this location. James and Vetta were very polite and professional and got the job done in a timely manner.

Got an advertisement in the mail so figured I would fix my Samsung tablet that has a cracked screen. I was told by an employee that they dont fix Samsung tablets. When I asked if theres any reason why, he said they dont get parts for them. Its truly bizarre since 1 out of every 3 tablets is a Samsung. When I asked if there was somewhere you refer people to get their Samsung tablets fixed, he just said he didnt know. I visited two other repair places that gave instant quotes and seemed more knowledgeable in general. Maybe this place only fixes iPads?

They werent able to fix my sons NS switch with a blue screen. But the insurance company they suggested worked, it was a process but they had to replace a main board and it works perfectly🥳

TERRIBLE! I took my phone here after damaging the screen. Was charged $160. The phone worked fine for 6 days until the screen went black and stopped working. I then went back in and they charged me another $160. Now my phone isn’t reading the SIM card at all. I took my phone in to replace the screen. Was told it would take 2 hours and would be ready at approximately 5pm. I showed up at 5 and was told it would be another 15-20 minutes. When they finally talked to me it was after 6:15. Then it was, the screen was defective (they should have been able to tell me that at 5 when it was to be ready). Will not be using this location for any other repairs.

We dropped off our phone to be fix the guy told us they were not busy so it should take 2 hours. We arrive to pick it up after 2 1/2 hours, they said 30 more minutes. So we show up after a hour and they say they cant give us our phone until Samsung closes out the work order and we had to wait another hour. This store was confused and didnt know anything that could tell us why they couldnt release it. I recommend a different place if you want your item fixed when they say it will be done.

Had the best experience at the Gilbert location with Kyle. Very friendly and customer oriented. Let me know when my phone would be ready and had it ready before then! 10/10 would recommend if you need your phone/electronics fixed!

This place was unable to do a more simple repair. My memory card got stuck in the slot and the tech said he was unable to remove without destroying the phone. What a joke. A different shop had it out within minutes...never going back there again. That tech should be. ashamed of himself.

I called AT&T and they recommended this place, and Im SOOO glad they did! It was like $300 to fix it in about 3hrs! Im hoping that I wont need them again but IF I do, I know where Im going!!!!

I took my playstation 4 pro here because it was overheating and shuting its self off came to pick it up today may 27th 2021 and went to play a game and IT STILL SHUT ITSELF OFF. I feel like i was ripped off and they didnt do there jobs properly.....

UBreakiFix Gilbert is amazing! I had an unfortunate event of having my MacBook Air fall off the bed as I was sleeping. One can only imagine my reaction and thoughts when I woke up and saw my laptop on the floor. Hope and prayers couldnt save me, I thought for sure I was doomed. Plot twist...sike, my MacBook Airs screen was flickering & I couldnt see anything. After searching for places, I stumbled across uBreakiFix and found the location nearest to me. The idea and concept of this business is phenomenal. I explained my problem to Greg, the owner, and he assured me the problem was fixable and would done within a 3-5 business days. I couldnt imagine being without my laptop for that long, however he suggested that I could keep the device while the part is being is being ordered and use it externally via an HDMI connection. Surprisingly, I never even thought that to be an option. Fast Forward; I left a deposit for 50% of the total cost and kept my device while the part was being ordered and then brought it back in for repair 3 business days later. I lucked out and the shop was able to get the part sooner than expected and they completed the repair within 2 hours, after I brought it in. The experience was so painless and easy, I have referred all my friends since my fix about 3 weeks ago. The customer service is un-matched and the repair comes with a 90-day parts & labor warranty which is way better than their competitors. Needless to say, you should look no further (if you have a broken device) because they (uBreakiFix (Gilbert) ) are honest, reliable, professional & knowledgable on what they are doing.

Did a good job on my phone. Did not finish on time which can happen to any company however, one of the staff there was very rude when I expressed I needed to go pick up my kids from school ( this was @20 mins past the time they had given me to come back for my phone). He lacked good customer service skills. For that I give a star rating of three. The other staff did a great job.

Poor quality glass. iPhone screen just breaks again way faster than Original. Poor installation as well. Had to go back because they didn’t install correctly and wires came loose. On my second screen, it went unresponsive within a month. Then cracked before I was able to bring it in to replace.They did offer to give me a free replacement because I was having such trouble. So they do have good customer service when bad things happen.

We took my daughters phone in to be fix like 30 minutes before closing. Not only did the replace the battery that was causing the screen to push up but upon request they even replaced her screen protector! I REALLY liked that they did what was needed to get us the phone before they closed and they didnt mind staying a few minutes past close so that we didnt have to come back. The two gentleman working tonight were extremely helpful and very professional. Thank you guys for going the extra mile. Meant a lot! Plus I have a VERY happy teenager now. LOL

Great customer service. Thought my phone was a goner after I dropped it and the screen slowly started to turn purple but they were able to fix it in a couple of hours for about $150 saving me from having to buy a new phone.

They do a great job and treat you right. I brought in my phone and they tested it and unfortunately it wasnt fixable. They didnt charge me. That kind of service is what will keep bringing me back.

They scratched my camera and It needs a new camera. They messed up my screen and had to take it apart again.

Lack of staff integrity. Staff had taken phone for the 2 hour time frame they provided, returned only to find that phone was repaired. The attending clerk stated that when they took the screen off of my phone, they noticed that the battery was swollen and that I needed to contact asurion. Stated that they couldnt repair due to possible battery leakage. Even though the phone was functioning prior to their interventions, my phone was returned with a non functioning touch screen. The only explanation given was that it happened when they took the phone apart. I contacted asurion and they made contact with the store about finding the swollen battery only for the staff to lie and say that they had never disassembled the phone due to damage. Asurion offered me a brand new phone due to the terrible service and lack of integrity of the gilbert store staff. How can staff be trusted to not go through your private information and photos if they have no integrity with their parent company and customers? What benefit does it provide for the staff to lie to their parent company about taking apart and disabling a phone? if the battery was swollen as they said, why would it have been an issue? Until this store hires new staff, your electronics, private information, and photos will not be safe at this store.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR GAME CONSOLE HERE!! I would give negative stars if I could!! After dropping off my PS4 that kept shutting off I heard nothing from them for 9 days. No call and no update on their website. When I called they said they tried replacing the cord, battery and fan and that it had to be a motherboard issue. When I asked if they could fix it, the rude reply was no, motherboards cant be fixed, you have to buy a new one. That was a lie (or total incompetence), they can definitely be fixed. I called the customer service number and she told me this location cant fix motherboards (first I heard of this) but she would see if she could find another location that could, put me on hold and then hung up on me. So I took my PS4 to a different company only to find out it was a bad cord the whole time! It works perfectly now with just a new cord! Either uBreakifix did not even diagnose my console or they are incredibly incompetent. I suspect both. Extremely unprofessional!!! Save your console and your sanity and go somewhere else!!

I have a galaxy note 10 plus, the screen shattered and would not display anything. I normally would replace the screen myself, but after seeing that replacement screens cost $250 plus shipping, I brought it here. It cost me $300 when all was said and done, but they replaced it with a screen direct from Samsung, and it was finished in only 2 hours. Dakota W was my tech and he was great! I would definately recommend going here for a cracked screen!

I dropped off my phone on a Monday for a screen repair. They said they could get the part hopefully by Tuesday. No real communication until 5 pm THURSDAY the phone was fixed. 4 days because their warehouse had shipping issues? If you drop off something dont expect any speedy service and if you call you just get a canned answer.

The good parts are that they told us what could have been broken with our phone and quickly fixed it. They did various tests on the phone and my broken screen was fixed and works fine. I had a broken screen on my Samsung S8 and while it was very expensive to fix, they did a great job fixing it. Unfortunately the only problem I had with the store was that one staff one night told us ~220$ while another the next morning told us it would be ~240$. We ended up getting the repair for 220$ but it was interesting to see how different employees had different prices for the same repair. Other than that discrepancy, the service was great.

I had another place quote me $90 for what James was able to fix in less than two minutes for free. I also had them do a screen repair for me a couple years back that’s holding up to this day👍

I made an appointment for screen replacement but wasnt notified my screen was out of stock until the employee checked the back room when I arrived. He said I needed to call back tomorrow and maybe my screen would be in stock.

They seemed really nice. Said phone should be repaired in about 2 hours. They sent a text and email after we left. I was able to track progress from email. The progress said they had to order parts. I called. They guy I talked to said they didnt have to order parts it had something to do with old SKUs. He said he was working on the phone right then and it would be done in about 45 minutes. I called back after an hour and 20 minutes because they hadnt contacted me. The online status said it was complete. The guy I talked to said they replaced the screen and the phone was fine, but because it wouldnt pass some Samsung water test they put the old screen back on it. It is unrepairable. They fixed it and then restored it to its broken state, because Samsung will not let them give it to us if it doesnt pass their test. At least they didnt try to charge me some diagnostic fee or something. Also, not sure why their system reports status incorrectly and why they dont contact you like they say they will.

I can’t express enough if you need your phone fixed this is the place to go! They truly care about their customers here, and go above and beyond to make sure customers are happy. Great place strongly recommend.

Outstanding customer service!!! I took my daughters galaxy s9 in to have the back glass replaced. They did an amazing job at a very reasonable price and in a very timely manner . I had found another fix it place that was slightly cheaper But after calling and talking to Dakota and getting excellent customer service over the phone I decided I would go here. When I arrived I was greeted by Ben who was also very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this business to everyone!!!

One of the best places to get you Samsung phone fixed

Brought my iPhone in on 2/24 with what turned out to be a cracked screen protector. Because I had a few knicks on original screen I went ahead and had them replace the screen and put on a new screen protector. The newly installed screen did not function properly, color was off and it did not detect input properly resulting in the phone being close to unusable. Returned to the store a few days later to have the issue addressed, was told they “tightened up” a few loose things. Phone seemed ok at the time but when I tried to use it a few hours later the same discoloration and lack of input detection issues were present again. After two failed attempts to replace and then repair the screen I took the phone elsewhere. I was traveling and didn’t have another week of my time to give to these folks in the hopes they’d correct the problem.Once I returned home I went to the store with the screen they placed on the device in hand and requested a refund. I was told I would not be given a refund because the screen was no longer on the phone.They were courteous but the quality of their products, quality of their repair work, failure to correct the issue when I brought the phone back and their stance with respect to a refund leave me no choice but to give them 1 star.Don’t recommend, if you encounter an issue they do not stand behind their work. Take your business to Rapid Phone Repair in Gilbert. They did an exceptional job and my phone has worked perfectly since I had them replace the screen these folks put on the device.

Quickly and competently replaced the screen on my S8, keeping me in the loop all along the way.

Everyone has different experiences at these types of places, I get it. Without going into the whole long story, the short of it is--they do not take responsibility for your property while it is under their care. I took my laptop in for water damage and TWO WEEKS later got it back with a ruined screen and missing screws (which they claim were already that way). Had I known, I would have taken pictures of my computer before I took it in to prove otherwise. Live and learn.

Great work and superb customer service. I had a liquid screen protector applied to my new Samsung Galaxy S9 and I cant even tell it is on there. It was a bit pricey at $50, but the warranty is superb. If the screen breaks within a year, they will replace the screen for only $20. They also sell cases and do repair work. Hope I never have to use the warranty but if I do, I am sure they will do an outstanding job.

I brought my phone into the store after having called for a quote.When i got here the price was $20 higher.After consulting with a manager they agreed to give me the lower price for the screen only if i replaces the battery at the same time.I agreed to this.When i got my phone back the touch screen was not working properly.I then had to come back in to get it replaced again. Seemed fine.Phone is still having screen issues.I went back to get my money back since they say they will fix it or it’s free, they wanted to keep my phone to diagnose it again.This is the third time and I’m done letting the store mess with my phone.Absolutely not worth it to go to this store

Glad that my phone was repaired to an operable condition, but customer service was not the greatest. After spending $118 I still cannot talk on the phone. No explanation on warranty or diagnosis etc. Hopefully I wont have to use them again as their customer satisfaction guarantee did not hold to be true.

Had to put 50% down on the screen as they had to order it. Thats fine. They said 3-5 business days...which typically means 3-5 days they are open (and they are open 7 days a week...) but it means 3-5 M-F days. Part wasnt going to be in until Tuesday of the following week (ordered it on Monday). But how did I know this? Because I called them. Not once did they do their jobs and contact me to let me know when it would be done. So on Tuesday, I dont hear anything from them. I call, they say should be in after 1, they say theyll call me when it comes in. So I wait to hear from them. Nothing. I call Wednesday, and they are like oh part didnt come in yesterday...should be today. So I wait. I call again, they say yes part is in. I take it over. They say should be done by 6pm. But Im like, here is a number call me when its ready. I dont hear anything so I drive over. Closed. So I dont get it until Thursday. Turns out they sent a text to my phone, the one they were working on, telling me it was ready. Are you kidding me??? Not very bright. Whatever, screen is fixed.

Pretty quick and painless. Took less than 2 hours, and they replaced my glass touch digitizer with an OEM part as they are an authorised Samsung care facility. Would be awesome to have a loaner phone, but service was super nonetheless.

I went in to get one of those hard plastic screen protectors removed from my iPhone, expecting to have to drop it off and come get it later. Sebastian let me know its a piece of cake and he removed it right there on the spot with a tool he had behind the counter. No wait, just bam! Done! Great friendly service! We went to best buy to see if they could diagnose the problem with my laptop and they wanted over 400 just to send it and test it, not including what it would cost to fix it. We stumbled upon this place and we dropped off the laptop and we get a call the next day letting us know what the issue was and if we chose to not go through with fixing it, it was free of charge. Awesome guys

BEWARE! They do not stand behind their work. I had an iPhone glass repaired that a week later the screen fell off. While trying to push it back on to be usable for the rest the day, the corners of the glass broke. The next day I took it in and they will not fix their work because the glass is broken even though it is due to their poor workmanship and the reason the glass fell off. Spend a few extra dollars and have it done at the Apple store where you will get quality work. Will not use again or recommend to anyone

My MacBook Air A1466 had an issue connecting to any and all WiFi networks. At first I went to the Apple Store and they told me I would need to pay upwards of $500 for a board level repair so I ended up buying a completely new MacBook. Fast forward 2 years later and I decided to take my device to uBreakiFix Gilbert and Greg, was able to identify the issue within a few hours and he didn’t even charge me anything for the diagnostic! Greg and his team are amazing. I highly recommend this company but more specifically this location for their knowledge and attention to customer service.

Ive been here twice now and I always get great service. They fixed my hard drive and they fixed my cell phone! It only took them a couple days for my laptop and a couple hours for my phone. In both cases I was expecting to spend roughly 1300 total to replace them but they fixed it for less than 200! 5 stars and Ill definitely be back if I need anything fixed.

I recently cracked my screen on my iPhone 6s Plus and on my way to the Apple Store I saw ubreakifix so I stopped in and got a quote on my phone. It was much cheaper than the Apple Store and also a lot faster service than I had imagined. Its been about 2 months since my screen cracked and the phone has been working like its supposed to. Just thought I would leave a positive review. I would recommend everyone come here before you go anywhere else.

Went in and got a Ps4 diagnostic test ran and they were able to fix my issue and get my up and running by the next day! Great service all around!

They were able to quickly fix my phone battery for a reasonable price and worked with me as I filed an insurance claim... I was really happy with the results and six months later the phone is going strong without any issues from the fix.
