Technician was on time and very knowledgeable. We had a odd computer hardware problem and he ended up testing every internal component and swapping them out with others. Basically ruled it down to motherboard after eliminating all other parts. I ordered a motherboard he recommended installed it my self and problem fixed. Their rate was also very reasonable for in home service.

AMAZING service from dispatch to the technicians - extremely professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I was having an issue where my PC was crashing when using certain applications and despite all that I tried to resolve it, it kept crashing. Im really glad I found Geeks 2 You. They were life-saving after I spilled coffee on my laptop and the keys stopped working. One of my projects while staying home has been decluttering. I had several old computers I wanted to dispose of, but I first wanted the hard drives removed. Geeks-2-You was one of the only mobile services willing to come to my home to remove the hard drives. The whole experience was very positive, including Shawna, who set up my appointment when I called. Computer techs, Ryan and Lawrence, both came over for the job. They were extremely knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and they followed COVID protocol, making me very comfortable. Not only did they remove the hard drives, they took all of my old computers and related computer equipment (wires, mice, printers) to dispose of them for me.
