I expected from the prices for this insurance that it would be hit or miss. Terrible experience. First the company claimed they had not received the paperless signups so I did it over the phone with Drew. After jumping through the hoops I got another call stating the payment had not gone through and that my policy was in jeopardy. After giving the payment information to Drew over what he said was a recorded line I checked my account and the payment had gone through. Days later, again Im being told that payment has not been received and my policy is in jeopardy. Upon asking about the recorded phone call Drew claimed the call hadnt been recorded then he changed his story stating the call said I was supposed to call him back but never once was I allowed to hear the conversation myself. What a scam insurance company. After all of this Drew said he is going to give me a discount for my troubles but then chimed in with We prefer if people dont come into the office. Why? Because you get held accountable? I understand we are in a pandemic but considering my experience, the fact that the recorded lines are unreliable at best and that somehow multiple payments have been taken but the company hasnt received any seems truly fraudulent. At this point I should call my bank and tell them these are fraudulent charges and have them overturned. This needs to be resolved and Drew needs to be held responsible for his unprofessional and manipulative actions.

New to the state and needed a new policy. Stuart helped save our family money on our policies for our squad of vehicles. Could not believe we could get quality coverage from a major company like Farmers Insurance with so many teeny bopper drivers in the house. Their team is responsive, professional and genuinely good people to work with. Would recommend them to friends and family.
