Ive been with Jason and team for over 10 years. Ive had 1 homeowners claim and a couple of vehicle claims. Everything was quick, efficient and handled professionally. I have zero complaints about Jason or Allstate. My entire family uses them and we would never switch to anyone else.

Switched from progressive because they have superior rates. They saved me $1,500 a year on my policies. Work with me always, even when I can’t speak on the phone they’re email responses are prompt and on time. All around great company and I will continue to insure through Allstate!

I would not recommend Allstate or Jason to anybody looking for insurance. Tried them out a couple of years ago and they immediately raised my rates upon renewal.for no reason. And during the entire time I had them anytime I needed to make a change it was a huge issue with them. They messed up the billing multiple times. All types of issues with this company. We canceled. And since then we regularly get solicitations through the mail from Jason as well as phone calls from his company. We have repeatedly asked them to leave us alone because were not interested in their services but they cant seem to understand this. If it continues we will take it to the next level to stop this harassment.

After years.... I mean my whole life with Farmers, I decided on a whim 8 years ago to compare my car insurance rates at Jason Thorpes Allstate. What I found was more money in my wallet. He saved me so much with my car insurance that I moved my house over too. Sure he save me money, but the biggest part is the service and attention. I can and have called Jason for help with questions about my coverage and he is always there to answer them promptly. Not only to answer them but to explain them in detail and give me options. Jason has been our insurance agent for about 20 years! We now have our auto, home & life insurance through his office. He is so nice to work with & gets back to you &/or your concerns right away. Even when he isnt available at times, his office staff is very knowledgeable, courteous, friendly & professional. I highly recommend working with Jason Thorpe & his team!

The team is awesome, no doubt. Never had issues with them, they were always prompt and and ready to help. BUT...I was very disappointed to see my payments sky rocket. I get it, annual increase is to be expected, some other things may impact your payments etc etc, but to have my payments increased by 30% within a year and half? That is ridiculous. I will never recommend Allstate to anyone again.

Normally I shop around for a lower rate every few years because the low get you in the door rate starts to rise, but it hasnt here. I havent shopped for insurance for a long time now which makes me happy.
