I recently moved to Arizona from Kansas. When I attempted to notify my Kansas State Farm agent of my change I was disappointed in his lack of assistance with me during my transition. So I made an attempt to chat in the app to get the assistance I was looking for. I was directed to call an 800 number to get the assistance I was seeking. I was even more disappointed being told there was a 58 minute wait to actually speak to someone to assist me. No way would I wait that long to do my planned business with State Farm. By this time I was ready to just go shopping with various insurance companies looking for the best deal for me. I then decided to Google State Farm in my area and was blessed to find Dondrell Swanson as my new agent. Mr Swanson carefully explained and went into detail about the coverage I required for my auto and rental policies. It was such a relief to actually speak to someone knowledgeable and easily provide the services I was interested in.
