We have been insured with another insurer for many years and have had no contact from them or their representatives other than an automatic roll-over of our policies every year. Today we spent an hour speaking to Sai of Joe Kennedy: Allstate Insurance office with regards to an insurance quote letter we received. This representative took the time to explain thoroughly our options and went over both our policies completely. He suggested upgrades that would ensure us more than adequate coveage along with working with us on improving what coverage we currently have.We know so many insurance agents have, sorry to say, a bad rap reputation but if this gentleman is any indication of the rest of the company, I highly recommend Joe Kennedy: Allstate Insurance.

Joe has been great as a rep. Hes responsive, knowledgeable and has worked me to get the best coverage and prices available. I do have a slight beef with Allstate as their rates climbed a little too significantly for my comfort in the first year with them.
