There arent words to appropriately tell all of you how great this office is. I know this may sound unreal but Im here to tell you that my contact person, Wendy is the most thoughtful and caring rep anywhere. Her assistant, Megan is also very caring. When I call Wendy and ask for something she takes care of me right away. Both girls work together to take care of all 3 of my companies better than any other company ever has. Seth Preus is the luckiest agent in the industry to have these ladies represent him. I wish they worked for me. If there were more than 5 stars I would give them 10.

Its not often that you find a company that truly cares about you as a person and doesnt think of you as just another number. Seth Preus office is one of the select few that does just that. His office staff is superb and makes you feel totally comfortable. I dont know how many times Ive called with what I thought was a truly stupid question and they have assured me that no question is stupid and showed me they actually care about my well being. The main thing I love is that they take their time, they arent trying to rush you off the phone and they will go over every coverage you have an make sure you understand just what you are paying for. I have been insured with his office for over a year now and I never plan on leaving!
