Jonathan, dispatch and the entire transaction was seamless. The best towing experience if youre going to have to have one. Arrived on time/early and called to keep us informed so we could make appropriate choices on where to tow our vehicle to. We were not present for the pick up and they worked really well with police, too. The cost was also not pocketbook shocking. Excellent all around. Tow was from Georgetown to CP.

My daughter was stranded at a gas station becasue her car would not start. Being several hours away I called Tip Tow after hours to see if they could assist. Very unprofessional… I would recommend going somewhere else. The drivers were driving very aggressive on I35 in Fort Worth with a Cadillac on the back, the two Hispanic men were cutting off drivers and arguing with other drivers on the freeway due to their driving. The driver hung his arm giving the finger…

Business had me waiting 4 and a half hours from 8:30 pm to 1am. refused to tow my car and tried to imply I was trying to steal my own car??? made me drive and get my kees and then came back and to no one and then refusing to tow me for no reason at all after that i waited hours on the side of the road just to not receive any help and finally make is home at 2:30amtold me they didn’t have drivers but told my insurance dispatch that they decline to offer me service …. if I were you i’d find another company because I should have instead of waisting my whole night on the side of the road

Both of our vehicles had issues with tire pressure and lack of air, with all the roof replacements happening in our neighborhood we thought it may be a nail puncture. We called for service and Dante showed up immediately within 20 minutes. He checked all the tires pressure and looked for nails. Fortunately there wasn’t any nails, but our tires were seriously low. Dante filled our tires and ensured the pressure was right. The small job that made a big difference, with his professionalism and positive attitude. We highly recommend.

My husband and I took our two dogs for a walk in a park. After the walk, we got back in car and our battery was dead! It was 90 degrees out and we had almost finished the water we brought. My personal experience...Considering what I was going thru with getting my vehicle impounded....This was probably the simplest and easiest part of my situation. The staff was always kind and courteous. The service was fast. They are definitely not trying to overcharge like a lot of places. Grateful.

Excellent Customer Service. I had the battery replaced about 6 months ago and it went out again. Will came out very quickly and determined that it was the battery. He replaced it and also tightened the positive terminal and sprayed this stuff on it it prevent corrosion. It was only about 90 minutes from the time I placed the call to the time the work was complete. Will was very knowledgeable, professional and fast. I would highly-recommend them.

I called AAA today for a dead battery (lucky to be home and not out on the road). Triple A contacted Tip Tow and they sent Dakota. They told me the time to expect him and I was updated twice so that I would know precisely when he would arrive. Dakota tested the battery, alternator and starter and gave me a printout of the results. I decided to replace the battery and it was great that Dakota was carrying various batteries with him. Great warranty on the battery too! He quickly and efficiently replaced my battery and chatted with me as he worked. I liked that he answered my questions about the process and about batteries. He was knowledgeable and very helpful. Very grateful for their quick response to my call for assistance.

Very curious kind and fast, Thanks for sending 2trucks out to help . I just had major surgery and could hardly walk. I dont know what I would have done if my car would have been tow away from , parking space just because I had a flat tire And was not aware . You guys are the best.

I am so thankful for Justin Duecker!! We got a flat tire driving home from Tulsa back to south Austin. My son was driving and had never changed a tire and Justin talked us through how to begin as he headed over. My son was able to get it in on and right as he finished Justin got there and filled the tire with air and checked everything out for us. I called remotely about my wife having a flat tire on I35. They were very friendly and fast helping her change the tire .

Got a flat tire on I-35 on Sunday. TIP tow sent Mr. Jon Kokel, who replaced our spare tire successfully. Drove to a tire store to fix that flat tire. But an inexperienced tech in that tire store said the “Wheel studs were damaged- cross threaded lugs”. Mr. Jon Kokel tow our car to his Dad s K & K auto repair for emergency fix in the PM of Sunday. It turned out only some harden grease inside the wheel lug nuts cause the problem. Both the wheel stud and lug nuts were in good shape. Very appreciate for Mr. Jon Kokel and Mr. Leon Kekel s knowledge and kindness of not charging for this emergency tow/fix. High recommended!

My truck broke down on I35, I was pulling a 17 footer trailer with it. I called them and told them I had a trailer with me and they were there within 20 minutes with their towing vehicle and another truck for my trailer. They were very nice about it, very profesionnal. They drove me to one shop that I had found online but the shop had more than they can handle, so they recomended another shop and that is were we end up. They even drive us to the hotel, thanks George.I wouls recomend them, their fees were fair and they were very efficient. Than you Trey.
