The tow truck driver didnt know how to jump start a hybrid vehicle and charged me $95 for essentially nothing.

Helped me move my truck during a snow storm in Feb. 2021 when demand was high. Appreciated the response, kindness and understanding, and professionalism.

Justin showed up on time and didn’t bat an eye when he saw that my dead jeep was parked in the back corner. The only way to get it out was to put it in neutral and push it, which he did quickly and without a word. Then to get the tow truck into the strangely shaped lot he had to once again get creative, and he handled it like a total pro. 10/10 recommend.

Good fast local tow company

They got there within 20 minutes of my call, they were quick and efficient. It took a big weight off my chest having a company that I trust be able to get to me so quick rather than wait 2 or more hours with frazzled nerves for a tow guy to come. Thank you Damon!

S.A.S. Towing & Recovery is a bad company and he treated customers like only money. They outright lied to me about having my car and tried to trick me into leaving. I could see it in the lot. I knew they were trying to steal my car and/or rip my insurance off for extra days of storage. Do not believe anything that an old woman behind the desk says. FAKE FAKE FAE COMPANY.

This company is very unprofessional. I work with an insurance company and I have had multiple bad experiences with this company. They constantly try to perform remediation any time there is an accident. I will NOT allow this company to perform any work as we used them before and it took over 18 hours to get the interstate cleared. I have also been cussed out and screamed at over the phone on more than one occasion.Yes this is the correct company!

I cant say enough good things about my tow with Blake yesterday. Specialized Auto Services was sent by AMA roadside assist to tow my Suburban . Since it was a Saturday morning and I live several miles outside of town, I was expecting to have to wait a couple hours. Blake from SAS called me within 10 minutes. He showed up at my house 30 minutes later with a large flat top truck. Blake helped me push my truck out of the shed, so it could be loaded properly. He was very knowledgeable how large SUVs have to be loaded and secured without damaging them. My truck arrived safe and sound at the repair shop.Ive used roadside assist several times over the years for my Suburban. There have been a couple times where I had to send the tow company back, because they were not equipped and/or trained on large trucks. Ive even had a guy show up once to change my tire with a tiny car jack. Blake showed up with a flatbed fully capable of handling large trucks. He was friendly, professional, and definitely knew what he was doing.

I want to write a review of the services that SAS Burnet provided to my daughter and me. Our Penske box truck broke down and Penske sent SAS to tow us ~300 miles to our destination. Raul showed up from the Burnet office and he was a true professional. He took every precaution to be sure the contents of our truck were secure and that we would be safe. He told us a little about the types of things he usually hauls with his wrecker which we found fascinating. He was unbelievably courteous and friendly. On top of that he got us to our destination in a timely fashion and safely. We cannot express how much we were impressed by the service provided to us by SAS and specifically Raul. And we got to ride in style in the Kool-Aid Man. Thank you very much and stay safe!
