He literally told me to my face he was punishing me by charging the maximum allowable amount. Once they have your car they shoot the price up because they have you over a barrel. Never use these horrible people, they have no common decency.

I was in a very bad car wreck, my vehicle was totaled. We called Cen-tex and they towed my vehicle to those their yard. They were super helpful in the whole process. Very awesome people and honest and helpful. Thank you centex! Always recommended!

I’ve had these guys towing for me for a long time, always on time and do what they say they are going to. They answer the phone and don’t give you any BS about timing or delivery. Don’t waste your time with anybody else.

This place is rude and wants to just take your hard earned money. This is the most crooked company and told us they will charge us everything they can because they can. This place is horrible and it makes me cry in times like these when everyone is struggling they want to hurt you more and make you struggle more.

When I had a flat at 4:30 am! I started called tows. They were the first ones I called! I ask if they had a guy that could tow me? He said yes he had a guy. He ask where I was! Then he said no he didnt have any one. I will never call them again! Or recommend them.

ABOVE AND BEYOND SERVICE. Also, great prices and service that would justify paying extra, even if they had high prices. Les was the awesome guy who helped me out. I had a blown tire and was stranded on the side of I-35. He got to me quickly and towed my car to a safe area. I wasnt sure if he was going to help me get my spare tire on my car, but he didnt hesitate and started to work efficiently when we were off the highway. Not only did he put my spare tire on for me, but he also showed me everything he was doing and taught me how to do it for myself, if there was ever a next time. After getting my tire on, I was already ready to praise Les and Cen-Tex with a Google review, however, he then preceded to follow me to the nearest gas station and fill up all my low tires for me. Seriously, I cant say enough about how wonderful this experience was. Great job Les and Cen-Tex Towing! -Forever Customer

I was stranded on I-35 and the owner quickly came to get me and drove me and my towed car to the dealership. He was timely, very cordial, and professional. Would most definitely recommend!

Spoke with a man named Less with Cen-Tex towing after being referred by a local truck dealership I have found very trustworthy. Unlike any of the four tow services I had contacted, Less had great customer service. He was flexible, accepted my not-in-person payment, and got the job done. I will say that, due to circumstances beyond his control, he was a little later than I had expected but still within the same day! It should be noted that his minor delay most likely was due to me pushing back our appointment a full day. This services rates are par-to-none--I had a vehicle towed from Dripping Springs all the way to Round Rock for a manageable price. He also drove all the way up from Houston just to fulfill his promise to me. Will use again!

I got myself into a perdicument last night that I could not get out of alone. Cen-Tex towing came highly recommended by a friend and Im so happy I used them. Les was extremely professional and knowledgable and made what looked like an impossible job look like a piece of cake. Cen-tex is the only towing company I will ever use!

Called at 10am to schedule a truck to move a 20ft CONEX 500 feet on my property. Was told to call back in the afternoon. Called back at 1pm. Waited. Waited. Waited. At 4pm I called to find out where the truck was. Office didnt have me on schedule, didnt know I existed. They called owner who told them he would come by tomorrow. I told them that in an hour a storm would come and if we got rain it would be two weeks again before it could be moved. Still never showed up. My CONEX still sits where it was, now surrounded by mud, immovable. And I have lost 2 weeks of work.Did vendor arrive when scheduled: NoDid vendor arrive at all: NoDid vendor perform task assigned satisfactorily: NoDid vendor perform task at all: NoWill you be using this vendor again: NoI am just glad I wasnt stranded on the side of the road waiting on a tow.I would give this 0 stars or negative stars if it were an option because not only did this business not show up, they didnt inform me they were not showing up until I called them and it was too late to find someone else. They provided me no service, they cost me time, and money.

I was stranded on the side of the road and needed to tow my vehicle back to the dealership 150 miles away. CenTex showed up quickly and loaded my car with no problems.The driver was very nice, and even called ahead of time to let me kbow where he was. Everything went incredibly smoothly.If your looking for an efficient, professional, easy and reliable expierence, I highly recommend giving them a call.
