Very poor customers service. The worse is the strange guy that always where’s the orange hat. I have even seen him treat his voworkers terribly. He has blown me off many times and then stood outside talking to people pretending to be busy while a line of 5 people are inside. The older gentlemen that seems military like also needs some training on being friendly. Likely though these both stem from poor management. They are always understaffed for the demand. Their technology and processes always seem to be having issues. Their bad attitudes is probably understandable. Avoid if you can. The only time I go is if I am desperate on the weekend for a rental and I always have the same experience. I wait in line for 30-minutes only for terrible attitudes.

I have rented numerous tools from the Georgetown HD. The guys in the rental department are knowledgeable and very helpful. I have never had a bad experience with the staff or equipment.

Rental truck was low on fuel, but was discounted as I had to fill up for not just what I used.Tires were low and felt like butter under my treads when driving.Windshield wasnt clean.Overall prepared state of the vehicle wasnt ready.I was under the impression the guy running the department was solo and left with the previous shifts cleanup so I didnt give him a hard time as he appeared to be trying to get everything in order and acknowledged that for only about 20 miles I couldnt have burned all the gas that was needed to fill it up.Check the vehicle before starting the rental time and make sure they top off the gas. Im looking in the future to my friend for his truck or elsewhere as certain auto rental services are cheaper. This is only good in a pinch as the physical risk, lack of comfort, cost, and liability are too high for more frequent use. They have plenty of renters so not an issue for them Im sure.I agree with one post. Tool Rentals are pricey. They might be trying to encourage you to buy. That said. Again in a pinch or in certain situations it may still be the route you need to go.

Good tools that work great! Really just wish it was more affordable. They have to be making a fortune off this!

OVER CHARGED FOR TRUCK RENTAL AND THE TRUCK HAS A TIRE LIGHT ON. I WAS THERE WITHIN 1:30MIN JUST THAT THE GUY AT THE COUNTER SAID HOLD ON ONCE HE CAME BACK THE MINUTES HAD PASSED AND BECAUSE OF HIS FAULT I GOT CHARGED AN EXTRA AMOUNT. LOOK AT MY PHOTOS POSTED WITH TIME ON THEM.
