Let me start by saying that I love my new washer and dryer but Im very disappointed in both corporate Sears and Sears Hometown. I placed my order online on July 5th and the website said it would be delivered on July 12th. I paid $30 to have my old appliances hauled away during the installation of the new ones. Little did I know that the delivery date of July 12th was the delivery date to the Hometown store. I got a call from Hometown saying they wouldnt be able to deliver until JULY 27TH. Since we could not go that long without the new appliances, we picked them up ourselves. Were out of pocket for having the old appliances hauled off and corporate is a nightmare to work with for trying to get reimbursed. Use caution when ordering online because you never know what the true delivery date will be. Ill always use Home Depot of Lowes from here on out.
