Chris Collins is a hero! We are from out of town and didn’t have the tool we absolutely needed for a customer visit and Chris helped us make them right there in the shop. He truly saved our butts! This will be our go-to hardware store whenever we’re in town!

My husband called the Georgetown store wanting to rent a piece of equipment and have it delivered. He wasn’t very happy with the lady answering the phones, she wasn’t very friendly and told him they do not deliver any equipment. We knew this to not be true because our neighbor had rented from this company and had equipment delivered. So I called and talked to Tommy to see if he knew the correct answer and he was great and informed me they could deliver the equipment we needed. Would have gave 5 stars had I talked to him first, but Valerie seems to not know what’s going on and that was very frustrating. We will still use this company in future, but if she answers the phone, I will ask to speak to someone else.

I give a five star for not only fast service but if anything ever happens during your project to any of the equipment they have a team of professionals to help in proper procedures with all their equipment, fast service personnel for any and all repairs if needed . In five years of using this company only one time have I had any problems with the equipment and that is rare for a rental service . They keep all their products up to date maintained properly so everything runs as new . I highly recommend these guys for any and all of you building equipment. Front desk staff didnt seem to know much about their equipment, but they did let me look at the equipment before I rented it. Maintenance guy was very helpful. They had a large selection of equipment.

Rented a Log splitter and the machine was easy to use and well maintained. The guys here are friendly and easy to do business with, definitely would recommend these guys to my friends and family.

Rent , they have a great selection of rental tools. Much better priced than rental places in Lexington.
