They have a great selection of products and run some really good sales. That’s when you are going to get your best deals. Also their ordering service is great. It usually arrives within 3-5 days. Of course with the pandemic some things are a little longer getting here.

I ordered all new replacement windows March 3rd 2021. Total was almost $7,000. When they delivered my windows, the delivery driver backed into my house causing damage. They unloaded my windows and 1 was the wrong size. Reordered the window and got two sashes with no frame. Checked today and they said it will be at least November 26 before my last window comes in. Then I have to schedule a time to have it installed. Usually 4-5 weeks.

Always finding myself in Lowes these days. Good customer service as always and they are always there to assist if you need anything. Ive saved so much money just by asking an associate.

I ordered some things for delivery at this store and I guess I made a mistake and didn’t have one item on the delivery so I called and they put it on the truck with the rest of my stuff! The delivery guys called to reschedule, I’m guessing because of the rain, but I let them know that I had taken the day off to accept the delivery, so they still brought it to me early in the day and despite the rain and I am VERY grateful!! Cam in the flooring department did a phenomenal job assisting me today with all my questions and concerns. He was extremely knowledgeable about the different types of flooring. He was polite and very patient while assisting me in my decision making process. If you have any flooring needs, I would encourage you to ask for Cam!

Returning any item takes longer at this store than any department store in the city of Georgetown. Its like they put the most inexperience to do this job of customer service. Always a wait and its because how slow they are. Quicker to drive to Lexington to return than go here.

Customer service here is very disappointing. I know businesses are having a difficult time hiring but customer service is what keeps you in business. I was at this store 3 times over 2 days and it was a similar experience each time. There are very few employees out on the floor to assist customers and it takes forever to find someone who might be able to call for assistance in a specific area. I waited for about 20 minutes for help after asking someone to call twice. When an employee came down the aisle she went and helped a gentleman who had been there a few minutes even when I asked her to help me first. I will avoid going here at all costs.

It helps me to get a project finished up, then move right into the next one with ideas Ive already researched.All because I like to roam around and see whats nice, buying the nicest of components that I can afford (and i know I can because Ive already priced the job out. The homework was completed first!

I was there to buy a storm door 🚪. The gentleman that helped me was amazing. He took care of everything for me including putting it in my car. I wish I could get him recognized for his help. I bought it around 11am. I paid for it back in the storm doors are. Please thank him again for me.

Georgetown, Kentucky store has very poor customer service. Asked three times for someone to unlock display case took them 30 minutes To come with a key ,only to find out the battery powered tool didnt come with a battery

Looked on line for what we needed. Got all the way down there and they had nothing that they said was in stock. Drove all that way for nothing.

I ordered a washing machine May 5th. Was to arrive in 2 weeks. Lowes canceled that order by mistake. Ordered again, wrong washer delivered. Ordered for the third time, wrong washer delivered. Ordered for the fourth time and told going to be rushed. Delivery service called home phone and said delivery today but no contact on my cell which was how they contacted me in the past. Called them today and they say it is still not there, going to call distributor and call me back. That was 3 hours ago. I’m not happy in the least and not sure if I will ever get my washing machine.Update: Got the correct washer July 1 and it sounded like it was going to break apart in the spin cycle. Lowe’s delivery came back today and bolts for stability were not removed when installed. Cameron removed them and I now love my washing machine. Thanks Cameron and the female supervisor in delivery for sending someone out quick.

Bought stacking washer/dryer 2 weeks ago. Delivered today without stacking kit. Told it is out of stock and not sure when coming in. Why deliver if it cannot be used? Asked if another store might have part but I had to make those calls myself. Finally found one. Went and picked up part and Had to go back to Georgetown store for original refund on out of stock part and then need to set appointment for install. Telling me 1 week. Such poor customer service. 85 miles of driving for parts they should have had since selling me the set. Never Lowes shopping again in Georgetown.

If you plan on buying any appliances and having them delivered and installed I recommend going somewhere else.. I went into the store and bought a dishwasher and scheduled to have it delivered and installed tomorrow(not happening) just got a text from the installer saying they wont be able to install it until next week so two weeks after I bought it. I was promised to have it in my house and installed tomorrow by lowes employee. This is very unacceptable customer service. Now I have to take time off work to wait to have my dishwasher delivered and installed next week

Great selection of just about all you need, like most lowes. At times they really could use a few more cashiers. They do give 10% off with military id which I think is great.... In May the garden / flower / fruit tree / plant selection is absolutely top notch, by far the best Ive seen at a home depot or Lowes... Strongly suggest hitting those Lowes up spring time.. HUGE SELECTION!!!Had to lower from 5 stars to 4... Their roofing section did it, step it up!!! Horrible selection and poor quality products, plus overpriced

Employee that was at the costumer service desk was very rude when I explained my situation to him about a price mistake that they made. The box said 3.48 on a closed box of ceramic tile. It did not say per piece nor per sq.ft.. to me this would indicate that it was the whole box that is $3.48. I took them to the customer service desk to explain and he was very rude and said no one will give that to you for that price after I asked for a manager. When the manager came out he as well was very rude and refused to sell me the product for the price that was on the box due to their mistake. No explanation was given not was any different discount offered. When I called to ask for the managers name the employee told me that he didn’t know who the manager was for tonight. I do most of our business at this Lowe’s but their customer service at night is very bad. Cant get in touch with anyone such as a regional.

I rarely write reviews but I had an awesome and terrible experience depending on who I was working with. I was looking for Item #13358 which is bubble insulation and the Lowes app said the store had 15 at the time. I couldnt find it where it was suppose to be and asked a gentlemen for help. He walked over and said it was probably checked in wrong and that all they have is item #13357 which is smaller and the boxes on the very top shelf where just more of the same thing. I felt very brushed off and like he didnt have the time of day to help a customer. I was surprised later to find out this was a supervisor named Mike Wagner. I continued to look anyways even while Mike watched me from down the isle as I tried to make out items numbers on the top shelf boxes. I gave up and sought help from someone else. I found two gentlemen both named John. One who said he would help me as soon as he finished with a customer and one who had MSR on his shirt which had something to do with the team reorganizing the store at this time. The second John stopped reorganizing immediately and came to my aid. With confidence told me that they probably had what I needed and both item numbers come in identical looking boxes. The first John finished up with the customer and brought the lift back over so they could pull boxes down. Would you believe they found a box with what I needed and didnt have to drive an hour out of my way to another Lowes. Even if the supervisor had been right. Its important to me that both Johns made me feel like an important customer and that my needs mattered. I do not know the names of the two Johns but I called the General Manager, Jason Pickrell at this store not to have Mike demoted or fired but to make sure that the two Johns got the recognition they deserved. Both Johns were extremely professional and kind. I would recommend them to mine or any company needing good people. I was also impressed that when I called the GM made me feel like my phone call was important and was extremely professional as well. He told me that he know who the two Johns were and they would get the reignition they deserved.

Never had any problems with this Lowes. Its the Friday going into memorial day weekend and its absolutely packed....but the employees are being safe while taking care of customers. Was greeted immediately after walking in and asked if I needed assistance. Great customer service. I paid for a propane tank exchange and they forgot about me waiting outside,..had to call to remind them...but it was so busy and the associate apologized over and over again.I completely understand and am happy as always with my visit here.

In general, Lowes has everything you might need for your home.they have housewares like washers, dryers, and refrigerators. They have lighting, fans, and all sorts of piping & Wood. However, during this pandemic, there would supply is running quite low, and prices have gone up some. If youre looking, specifically, for wood, you may have to venture elsewhere to complete your project. I found customer service to be helpful, but in general there are not many staff that work on the floor. It can be difficult to find assistance when you need it.

Needed a key made and I had it within minutes. Very nice and very quick.

They give face mask if needed . trying to find someone to help is not easy. But if you find someone they help you right away check out was fast

For the most part, it does everything I need it to do. My major complaint is that theres not a lot of room to move the larger carts through this store, and staff leaving obstructions strung throughout the store is quite unhelpful. Things will often just be sitting in a cart waiting to go on the shelf, strung throughout the store. If youre trying to move large or heavy objects, getting around can be a chore.

A three star..the lumber among other things are way to high. Appliances are responsible..in general lower your prices so the lower income population can shop at Lowes..

Just lost a 1200.00 sale because they wouldnt honor military discount. So losing 1200.00 is better than losing 120.00 for military discount

Went into the gardening department and I was helped immediately. I was given prompt service and was shown alternatives. I was in an out of the store in an efficient manner.

I usually prefer Lowes over any home improvement store, but definitely not the Lowes in Georgetown! I purchased 2 rocking chairs online a few days before Fathers Day. My order was confirmed and the confirmation email contained a estimated delivery date. Today, the day that my rocking chairs are supposed to be delivered, I get a phone call telling me that they will not have any rocking chairs for the rest of the season! I didnt get any kind of warning that the item was out of stock or anything like it.

Was of no help. Couldnt find anyone to help. Gave up and asked Customer Service. They were of no help and couldnt get answers on ask me Finally just gave up

It was hot.

Ordered a fridge a month ago. Was notified two weeks back that it was now in-stock. Scheduled delivery for last Friday. No show. When I called they said it would be out last Saturday. No show. When I called to find out why I was lied to again they said it would definitely go out today Aug 6th. Looked online and they booked it for next wee Aug. 13th.They tried rescheduling for this Saturday but I am sick of their lies. Cancelled the order all together due to being lied to on multiple occasions.This store needs an affective leader to turn it around. Contact John Blankenship with all your problems until they finally address this issues at this location.

Great if you go inside to buy. The isles are very well organized. The staff are very good. The downside is if you order for delivery online. Both my experiences have been bad with delivery. One actually took almost a full month with no call from the delivery department. They can do better.

I like Lowes stores. However, the Lowes in Georgetown is horrible. If you shop in the store you cant find anyone to help you. Used curbside when I called to tell them my pickup number I was told they were busy and it would be a while. Not a problem but there were 5 people on the sidewalk working on the grill display. Used curbside due to knee injury. Still had to load it myself. Thanks for the wonderful customer service...not.

We went in looking for a good quality, cheaper refrigerator. We found a scratch and dent sale that was perfect for what we needed. The salesman, Andrew, was very knowledgeable, and was very helpful. We walked out with a great refrigerator, at a great price. I will be back.
