I wasnt sure if they would pick up my cast iron tub so I sent a text to ask the question. This was at 6:57 PM. After a series chats on questions and location (Lakeway, Texas) and checking with their local service location, they confirmed they could pick it up and also confirmed my appointment for the next morning. These confirmations came in at 8:37 PM. I never even expected a reply to my text after business hours, let alone a confirmation for pickup the next day. Extremely impressive! They arrived on time (even a little early), quickly gave me a quote, loaded the tub and were gone in minutes. I would highly recommend this company; I know I will be using them again for our next job.

Very efficient and courteous, but not cheap. 1 bookshelf, 2 small bedroom end tables and a box spring see me back over $300, so be careful with bulky items, as they charge by “typical F-150-sized loads,” even though they’re in a huge pro truck. Supposedly mine was more than could fit into a single F-150, but I could’ve gotten it in there, had I the truck. I wonder if they realize they’re competing with “free” from the City of Austin, provided you’re not in a rush. We were in a rush, so I bit the bullet, and it was almost worth it for next-day service.

The two guys that came to help were fast and efficient. They cleared out the garage of junk super fast and were vaccinated! Cant recommend them enough! Really friendly guys!

There website said that you would get 20 dollars of any order if you used there website to sign up, but instead I got charged an extra 30 dollars that was not post on there website as a fee. All in all i had to pay 50 dollars more then I should have because of there non- transparent pricing and lies to get you to use them. they didnt even tell me there minimum is 98 dollars when I sign up to use them. so all in all theyre horrible deal shop somewhere else if you need one piece of furniture removed.

Job well done. Removal of king mattress, 2 twin box springs and metal frame. Guys were professional, reviewed job before beginning, needed to update quote received over phone. They were careful of walls, etc, on way out, efficient job done.

I called last minute and was able to schedule a pick up the next day. Moving is always stressful and Junk King came to my rescue. They called letting me know they were 20 minutes out. They arrived looked at a huge amount of stuff that must go. They explained the process and what the next steps would be and insured me that even if they couldn’t get it all on this trip because they already had stuff in the truck that they would make sure it was all removed by the day I needed. The guys who came though were friendly, professional, and fast- the stars are for them.My issue, however, is with the online price estimator. The estimate it gave me for a couch was $98-118. This was a basic couch in a small living room, not a sectional and certainly not large. The cost wound up being $258 plus tax. More than double the high end estimate. That’s ridiculous. I thought about turning it down, but I really needed the couch gone. My suggestion is to either set the estimates higher so it doesn’t feel like a bait and switch, or include more refining questions in the tool to get a more accurate estimate.So yeah, the stars are for the movers themselves, they were great. But ultimately I feel ripped off.

Great service, they responded to my pickup request quickly, got me on the schedule in a very timely manner. They moved all of the stuff I needed out, cleaned up afterwards, and charged a fair price. They gave me an estimate before loading, but also said lets see how it looks after its loaded. It took up less space than the initial estimate, and charged us the lesser amount. Everyone I talked to and dealt with was pleasant and professional. Id definitely use them again in the future.

I hired Junk King to remove a bunch of boxes (mostly empty) from my garage. The employee showed up after the end of my arrival window and without a mask. He stuck his nose down his shirt instead - we have a mask mandate in our county.The pricing scheme is very subjective. He insisted my boxes would cost $550 to remove based on how much space they took up in his truck - the truck was already half full from his earlier job and he said the whole truck cost $600-650… it wasn’t full when he left and he certainly didn’t pack it very efficiently. Everything was tossed in there haphazardly. If I wasn’t under a time crunch I would have declined the estimate and found another option. Will definitely not be using this company again in future.
