Im only a homeowner but have already needed a dumpster a few times for remodeling and landscaping work. Hook N Haul have always been very helpful with getting me the right dumpster for my specific project. Its nice to be treated as an important customer even though Ill only need a dumpster on minimum occasions. There prices are also competitive and Ive never had a problem with the delivery or pick up of a dumpster.

Their customer service is top notch! From scheduling the drop off, bringing the dumpster, following up, and pick up, everyone was amazingly polite and helpful. I really wish I could get this kind of service when we dine out!When I called, they worked around my schedule and needs. When the guy brought it, he had great advice about what can and cant go in. When I scheduled pick up, they were accommodating and flexible.It sounds cliché, but they have honest, old fashioned customer service.

We have been using Hook N Haul out of Leander since we moved here to the Area for the past 2 years.Stacy and his team are great to work with. Recently we had some storm damage that needed to get hauled. It was a weekend, and we needed to move fast with the good weather we have been seeing.We called Stacy Late Saturday Afternoon, and told him out need. He had a dumpster on our Ranch Sunday Morning! Ran into a little asbestos problem halfway through my own remodel job. Had to remove all downstairs ceilings and content in a rush to accommodate for other contractor scheduling. What a convenience! With everything else going on in a major do it ourselves project weekend, hauling several loads to the dump didnt fit our timing. Not to mention paying a fee each time. I have used these guys at least 4 times now and each experience was better than the last. They are very good at communicating and getting it right with regard to the dumpster placement as well as drop off and pick up times. No surprises there like I had experienced with other guys. The prices were slightly more competitive than I had found elsewhere but best of all, they were very very quick to deliver when I needed it on short notice. Very highly reccomend these guys!

Hook n Haul have given us outstanding service for the past 3 years when we needed a roll off dumpster for the Diamondback Jubilee in Lometa, Texas. They are friendly, helpful and go above and beyond to satisfy the customer! Also, their rates beat any other!

Mr. Shamblin closely coordinated drop off and pick up and arrived precisely as planned allowing me to plan around pick up and drop off unlike many other scheduled deliveries as we were building. He was able to navigate a very steep and winding driveway and place the dumpster where i needed it to allow vehicle flexibility while the dumpster was on site. All and all a very simple and professional experience. Very personable, I highly recommend anyone that needs this service default to Hook-N-Haul.

This is a small business and as such, has that personal touch you do not get with the larger companies. You arrange the dumpster drop off & pick up with the guy who drives the truck. Our drop off was on-time and placed exactly as requested, and the dumpster (10 yard) was in good condition with a convenient rear gate. Pricing was a competitive pre-paid flat rate for a defined number of days, and included drop-off & pick-up (i.e., no hidden charges); the larger the dumpster, the more days are included in the rental (additional days were a reasonable $15/day). Highly recommended.
