Pick ups come as scheduled. The drivers are professional. They easily schedule missed pick-ups. Their customer service department will reason with you about anything concerning.It is sometimes hard to get a hold of someone on the phone (just like all trash companies). To start a conversation it has been easiest for me to email them or leave a message. Then, I call via phone if there is an issue that I need to take action on that cant be resolved over their website.
Horrible service period Ive had to call 10 times at least if not more to have them pick up my trash and Ive only been with them 3 months. Let them miss my trash one more time and Ill close my acct. and go with someone else.
Our neighborhood has noise restrictions. WM repeatedly comes into our neighborhood before the 7:30 am restriction time even though we have asked them not to.
