We run a local print and design shop, relying heavily on our computer to have income and keep our business going. Took our computer in on Saturday morning, not working and totally unresponsive. By Monday morning Richard had us back up and running again, good as new!!! Cant recommend No Nonsense Office Machines enough, will definitely be going back for all future repairs!

Zero assistance for print services after driving over 15 miles. Was told I dont know what to tell you When service is listed as offered.

I have been doing business with these folks for about six years. During this time I have purchased my personal computer and two for my lodge, trading in the first one to upgrade to a newer model. A hidden gem! I got a large format printer that hadnt been working for 2+ years. They came in and worked on it efficiently and with such patience. Got it working like brand new in less than 2hrs. Also, gave me tips and tricks on how to take care of it, they know their stuff. Cant say enough!

Amazing service. I had them replace AC socket on a laptop for a neighbor. They fixed that and found device fan was clogged and need to be cleaned. Most other companies would have just replaced it. Rick Fowler has always treated me with respect and has always provided me with what Ive needed for my computer needs, and within the price range that I was looking for. Rick and his staff are highly knowledgeable and always get the job done within a speedy timeframe. I am very pleased with No Nonsense Office Machines and highly recommend them.

Look elsewhere. Just don’t do it, there’s qualified groups out there. Lost all data from an external hard rive and a MacBook, which they dismantled, just to charge me a discounted $35 rate for loosing everything from 2007 forward. It would have been better if they told me they didn’t know what they were doing and gave it back to me but so it goes. I even considered buying an external monitor to hook up to my MacBook Pro but the worker couldn’t get it to work. I had to walk out. No apologies, no refund (though they discounted the error) and I’ll never go back.

Rick and Mike are always available and awesome to work with. Mike has displayed what customer service is all about by going above and beyond to make sure our printer is working and ready for our church.

We have used no nonsense office machines for many years and have always been happy with their price and service. Give them a call.....

Wow, really awesome staff and their work is the best , got my home computer really fast , and my laptop was done and they put a new hard drive in it , and it’s like new and to bad I can’t give 10 stars or I would , we also purchased a new laptop and it is the best and super fast, thank you Rick and staff for all your friendly advice and service, you will have a lifetime customer with us, !!!!!
