Kevin was extremely helpful and spent about 45 minutes assessing my HP All-in-one before telling me that he did not think I needed tospend $300 that initially he thought I would have to for a new hard drive. He cleaned up a few things and gave me great advice. When I asked how much I owed, he said nothing! He could easily have told me I did need to replace the hard drive and I would have been none the wiser! I will definitely go to Click Computes again for any problems I experience.

I have used this computer service several times & its the best I have found. Also reasonably priced. They used diagnostic tool to find out what was wrong with my computer. Marc was very helpful & knowledgeable. He also gave me a list of recommendations on buying new computer & recommended a better security system.

My 2yo XPS gave the “blue screen of death”, not sure what happened be used if used the laptop earlier that day. I pay for so called Dell premium support and worked with a support tech via phone for over an hour, with no success. The instructions they gave me were to find someone with a windows laptop to do a lap to lap transfer and then they would help to reinstall the OS. I mentioned that given I pay for premium support it would help if they have an in person tech support office. I’m sure they hear this a lot! I called Click Computers, described the scenario. Took my laptop in and left it there not knowing what to expect. Got my laptop back the next days, in working order! Seems the SSD somehow became unseated (not sure how), they reseated and got my laptop back. They even took a full backup of my data in case it’s needed. The price was reasonable and fair, the staff kept me informed of actions every step. I am so pleased with the tech staff and will recommend in the future.

Very nice and prompt business. Did a good job on what I needed. But.....I was quoted a price for a new drive of $82. Perfect, do it, get it done. My check out bill was of course the $82 I was expecting but an additional $200 labor like to caused a stroke. $300+ for a computer worth about $200. Well, at least it works like new again. It was my fault for not asking more, but this additional charge was not offered to me either. Please be prepared and ask what your out the door cost is going to be.

AWESOME service AGAIN! I called this morning owning up to a problem that I had created over the weekend with my laptop. Travis returned my call promptly and suggested I bring my computer in although he warned me the backlog of work would mean a delay of 4 or 5 days. When I arrived I was prepared to leave my computer there but was greeted by the Kevin, the owner , with an extremely friendly lets see what the issue might be. I dont know what magic he was able to work but in a moment my laptop came back to life. I cant describe how relieved I felt! We chatted for some time which allowed Kevin time to assess my computer and assure me that there wasnt any reason to leave the computer there for diagnostics. Im friends with Rob Hipp from high school, the founder and former owner of Click Computers. He always used to give me a discount when we took our computers there. The current owner Kevin, cut me a break too, which was really nice of him.They were attempting to find and recover some files I thought I had lost when I was transferring things from my computer to flash drives. I was deleting things after I put them on the flash drive. They explained everything thoroughly and were very nice and helpful throughout the whole process.It turned the files I was looking for couldnt be recovered. Or, I was confused about how many folders I had and which ones got deleted. Click Computers is great! Something was causing the 500 GB SS drive in my desktop computer to fill up rapidly. I called Click and got an appointment quickly. Glenn logged in to my computer from his office, did a few tests and found the problem was a missing Windows update. He downloaded it, installed it and removed all of the unnecessary files that were choking my system. All I had to do was sit there and watch the magic happen. Then he gave me some suggestions on how to prevent this from happening again. Will I call Click the next time I need computer help? ABSOLUTELY!

Click was able to confirm that and replaced it with a solid state drive hybrid to disk drive and get it back and running. They were extremely professional and helped set up my new computer very close to the old setup. Excellent experience. Laptop took six minutes to boot and the screen constantly froze. Took it in, they replaced the screen and removed a defective solid state boot drive. New screen is great and machine boots in 30 seconds. Work completed at quoted price and they went out of their way to save me money. Dropped off at close of business Friday and picked it up midday Tuesday. Great to know there are true professionals in the PC repair business. Staff highly knowledgeable, professional and friendly. These guys are so smart and so honest, they honestly could have raked me over the coals and charged a lot to solve my problem. They didnt they were honest and fixed the problem that needed to be fixed and didnt do a bunch of unnecessary stuff. I paid pennies on the dollar for what other people were quoting me. I asked them to text instead of calling but that is more on me than them as its typically their policy just to call. They also got it done in just a few hours which is crazy turn around and lucky for me because I am prepping for my fantasy football draft this week.

My husband and I are not very proficient in using our computer so when we started seeing messages that said we had all kinds of computer viruses and malware infections and couldnt even get rid of the messages we knew we needed professional help. We went into Click Computers based on the good reviews we read and explained our issues to Kevin. He was very understanding and listened to our concern. We also didnt want to bring in our computer because trying to hook it back up at home was something we were not comfortable doing. Kevin said that he would have one of his technicians come to our house and work on the issues. Jerod came out and was very good about explaining things to us and also cleaning up lots of unwanted programs. The computer was fine when he left but the next day there were still some messages appearing and also the main screen had all changed. Bottom line is that we went back to Click Computers and talked with Kevin again and later that day Jerod had a remote session with us and spent a lot of time going over what we had and what we could get rid of and the computer works great now and we are very satisfied with Click Computers and the kind and friendly people that work there.

This is place you need to go. I had taken my laptop in because it was slow and sluggish and it was driving me crazy. I had taken it somewhere else first and got it home and experenced the same thing. After spending a frustrating 12 hours working on a project, I gave up and called Click Computers. It was New Years Eve and I wasnt expecting much. However, I was surprised. He said bring it in. There were quite a few people there and everyone was dealt with cordially. He called me at 5:00 still working and asked me if he could keep it for the night. After all, keep in mind, it is New Years Eve. He had it ready for me on New Years Day. I picked it up. Got it home and was still having a bit of a problem. Again I had a project to work on.
