(One star in order to write the review.) However, from my perspective, unfortunately, The Computer Repair Place is clearly not the reputable, reliable computer business it used to be. Upon calling and leaving messages, to no avail, they do not return calls. There was a time when Amanda was very good at returning calls, but not anymore. Granted, for them, its all about chasing the almighty dollar. But remember, the same people you see while going up, they will be the same people you will see while coming down...Its just a matter of time!

Nice and helpful folks. Will answer questions even if you dont bring something in. The were very knowledgeable.

I have always been treated well by the folks here and they help me out even when I have odd requests such as when I needed someone to take a photo of me to send on a job application to a RV park in TX. I live in my RV full time and they have helped me over the phones several times. I think they do great work and go above and beyond just repairing what I break.

We had an iPhone screen fixed, the phone worked perfectly just had a cracked screen. Since being fixed the touch screen doesn’t work properly and sometimes not at all forcing a hard reset to be able to use phone again. We have had them replace screen three times and still having issues. They said it wasn’t a screen problem but a hardware issue. Took phone toApple store and had it examined and it is a screen problem. There are no issues with hardware. Called store and they still maintain hardware issue even though we called them from the Apple store immediately after having it tested. They will replace your screen however many times you request it but we don’t feel the are proficient at screen replacement or use credible parts. I wouldn’t recommend for phone screen replacement. Sorry for typos tired of going back to correct bc phone touch doesn’t work properly and it tedious.

This place not only didnt fix my IPhone but also didnt offer a refund for their poor work. They failed to fix my phone after two attempts in which they charge me for both. The third time I took my phone back to them. They kept it for two days then told me that they didnt attempt to fix it and pretty much i was out of luck!So just a heads up to anyone that needs their IPhone fixed probably best to look elsewhere.

The owner is a hateful bigot. Just look at his Facebook if you dont believe me. They dont have a clue what their doing. Better off going ANYWHERE else!

We took an iPhone 6 and an iPad in to have the cracked screens replaced and they did a great job! The screens are fixed and the devices are working like usual.

Excellent customer service! The ONLY place I will take my computers/phones to in town.

Brought my laptop in last Friday for their Spring Cleanup special. I went to pick up this morning and they hadnt even looked at it! This was my office laptop so cant leave it during the week...not even a call letting me know.Very disappointed. Horrible customer service.
