I called this morning; and I was given an early afternoon appointment. He was very personable and honest. My laptop was ready on time. He has very good & reasonable fees.

Mr Russell was super professional, explained and answered every question I had for him. My Mac was randomly crashing and he fixed it in less than 2 hours and it’s working like a beast now! We’re so happy he was able to get us in same day. I even stuck around and chatted with him for almost an hour. I 1 million percent recommend his services!

Russell was very professional, responsive to the negativity I was experiencing from administration even though I was supposed to have a company laptop I recently had major spinal surgery so he came to me AFTER regular business hours and returned it late that evening for me to go back online in the morning. Best Buy is charging $150 to diagnosis and he charges $55. I would be out of a job if I waited for Best Buy. His price for everything even preserving my data and pictures was $255. Im certain Best Buy would have raked me over the coals for everything he did in only 4 hours. Russell took the time to explain things and provided a detailed invoice. He was a lifesaver!

I called the shop around 2 in the afternoon. Explained my situation and lack of computer knowledge. Mr Hickman was the kindest most knowledgeable person I have had the pleasure of talking to. He offered a cost effective repair and completed the necessary repair and me and my repaired laptop were home by 4pm. It was so refreshing for someone to address my issues without trying to sell me something else. I will use this shop again.

I contacted them today at 1:15pm and they were able to check out my computer at 2:00 pm today ! Russell was very professional and immediately knew what the issue was. My laptop was repaired, updated, and ready for pick-up at 4:00pm. Paid 50 dollars for a 45 dollar charge just to examine my laptop gave 50 got no change back nor fixed the lab top but said could be fixed but not worth it but offered me money for mine if I bought one he had repaired so I guess that was good

Microsoft update for windows 10 put my computer in a restart loop. I couldnt even restart in safe mode because the login screen wouldnt come up. Mr. Russell updated my computer and backed up my files. He also fixed settings on my computer that would cause problems later. I had a great experience. This place is a joke , very unprofessional no signs out front of this business and works out of his kitchen, some business smh , has god picture on his wall in his kitchen and in his living room, Christians are not suppose to rip you off , not in my eyes.... Russell does not stand behind his work. He sold me a laptop, but from the beginning there were problems and he charged me to fix it but the problem continued. He also accused me of doing something to it rather than taking responsibility for his defective laptop. After two months, the power cord stopped working and he refused to replace it. Shoddy work. Avoid this company.

Worse place ever. my computer came back is worse shape then i took it in. i was way over charged. the guy did not seem like he knew what he was doing at all, and i caught him in a lie. took my computer to the shop on rt 9 by sports at the beach and they had it running like new and back to me within 2 days.
