I used the CTR Services (Killeen, TX) location. My warranty company sent them out because when the AC came on, hot air would blow out while the outside unit would not come on. Michelle from CTR said that I was low on freon and that it would cost $130. I agreed to the amount because I thought she knew what she was doing and that this might be the problem. She left and I continued to have the same problem. She came back out and installed a new thermostat. I continued to have the same problem so she told me to call the home warranty company and ask for a second opinion.The next company came out and diagnosed the problem in about 5 minutes. He looked at the outside and inside units and told me that the coils were bad. He also told me that the freon was leaking. I told Michelle from CTR and she said it wasnt her problem and that she followed protocol. Truth is, she didnt care and I have not been able to recover my money.Below you will find a picture of the coils. This was the issue and not the freon.I would highly suggest that folks not use this company unless you want to get ripped off.

The AC technician showed up on time and diagnosed a bad capacitor right away. He had the part in his truck and had the AC working fast. I would definitely use CTR again.

I A/C was out for 3 days. I confirmed an with the company at 8:30 AM day of supposed service that someone would be at my condo between 12 PM - 4 PM. When I called at 3 PM to asked for an ETA I was told oh shoot I forgot to called you but the confirmation text you got and the verbal confirmation you got from me were wrong and this is actually schedule for tomorrow. Completely unacceptable as its now too late to find someone to come today.

Do not use this business I hired them based on an estimate that they gave me for a simple AC maintenance they sent me a man who acts like the owner of the company, he never showed up to his appointment and was rude on the top of that. I called the office to complain about him what seems like his wife didnt even care. He showed up the next day and tried to charge me an extra $100 forgetting that I already have the price that the office told me they charge for that service, my AC wise and good condition and clean does not require any extra parts or anything but its a common bait and switch scam that they play to make extra money when I argued with the man about trying to overcharge me he started cussing and calling names. He never said sorry about not showing up to the scheduled appointment. Very unprofessional business and not trustworthy

So happy with the care and response from CTR. Our air went out in July. The came out quickly and were able to get it running. They were professional, on time and just great!!!
