I am in love with this place! It was my first time here but Mrs. Tina treated me like I had been coming there for years. She took her time with my nails and made sure to ask if I liked the length, shape, and color. I cant wait to go back! The prices were comparable to other places and the service was amazing. I think I found my new go to nail place

This is the 3rd nail salon I have tried and without a doubt it is the BEST! Salon is very pretty and clean. Staff is friendly and really made me feel welcome. This is my new nail place.

My daughter took me here for a birthday gift. This was our first visit and it was a great one. The staff were super friendly and even though they were busy they were attentive to us being there. They played a Happy Birthday Mama song on the TV and gave me a bottle of lotion as a gift. Will definitely be going back..thanks you guys for the birthday wishes and hospitality!!!!

This place was recommended so I thought I would give them a try.After being sat down, and already started, another client came in and when she found she would have to wait, started for the door. The guy working on me stopped, and started working on the other client to stop her from leaving. Had I not already had the tips on and my sister getting her nails done, I would have walked out.After waiting for about 30min, the woman doing my sisters nails, started to work on mine. When asked about length, I explained what I wanted. When she cut the first 2 tips, one was shorter than the other and argued over which one she felt was the shorter one, which differed from my view. She finally agreed to fix the nail I wanted fixed and continued.After a few hours I found this place adds white tips with acrylic, then a clear coat for their French Tip Pink & White Acrylic. Ive never had my nails done this way before, but ok.My sister, who was treating me, went ahead and paid for both of us before they added her clear coat. Since I was behind, having to wait, my length hadnt been determined until after my sister paid. So when I told her the length, the girl gripped, complaining the cost was $5 more, but it was too late since already paid, as if $5 was going to break their bank. She began speaking in another language, under her breathe. I asked, excuse me? in an attempt to let her know I didnt appreciate her tone.The rest of the appointment, we were quiet. When she finished, I was sent to wash my hands.Compared to all other places I have gone to in the 30+ yrs of having my nails done, this was the first place not to add cuticle oil, hand lotion, or any kind of massage.As we left, I took a detailed look at my nails. The acrylic was ineven: some areas thick, some thin. I went home and immediately refiled and reshaped my nails. I apologize, I didnt get a photo of my nails when they finished. The photos are of when the tips were applied, when I reshaped, then later shortened and painted them.I will not go back.

I absolutely love this nail salon! Not only are they clean and professional they are some of the sweetest people you will meet! They also remember you and they ask about your family and the atmosphere is amazing! Please please give them a try you won’t regret it.

Recently moved to this area. This is the 4th nail salon I tried since the move. Love Love this place. Excellent service. Great job on toes and fingers. Family ran business and all everyone is so friendly. I have found my new place. No reason to look further.

I love the job that they do with the S&S here. Their price is better than others, and I’ve always had a good job. Things happen, but they fix it!! Good job to ya’all!!

I asked for gel coffin shaped teal set. I got blotchy, uneven, horrid paint job, burned me with the file. They were extremely wide, dull. I went somewhere else same day and had them redone. Idk why they have a 4.7 rating. Will not return.

It was my first time coming to this nail place. I decided to try it out since it’s close to my job and to be honest I was afraid to try a new place out. But Jenny did a fantastic job with my pedi. I will definitely be coming back.

Great service and excellent prices

Im new to the area and have been shopping around for a new nail salon. I went in yesterday for a pedicure and waxing. My eyebrows came out perfect and my pedicure as well. All of the staff conversated with me and made me feel welcome. Ive found my new nail salon home!

These are the kindest and caring people. Out with my 85yr old father, who needed to use the restroom, and Dollar General restrooms were locked. So we walked down and asked and they kindly let him use the bathroom. The place was very clean and neat. We will be going back for sure as customers. Thank you so much! 😄

I have been getting my eyebrows waxed with Christine for two years now. She is very thorough and does a great job. This is the only place I go to get them done. I am always please. My pedicure was amazing, they did such a great job and it was quick!

This is by far the best nail salon Ive visited in Gainesville. Tina is the best. She does not pile the nail full of acrylic, and makes even acrylic nails look real. The whole family are great people, and make you feel at home when you enter the salon. Awesome job guys!!!👍👍👍

Loved my gel polish manicure that I got last Tuesday... until it started peeling off on Friday. There was lifting on the sides and by Sunday all the gel polish had peeled off my nails.

Love this salon, pedicure and manicure. Also the personnel is fabulous. The only place I will go.

Nails not same thickness, my natural nail was not covered all the way with the acrylic and they started falling off within 10 days of having them on.
