I got my nails done a couple a days ago. There were three people who worked on my nails. Two days later my nail cracked off at the root. They charge me to replace and fix my nail. This service should have been free. I never had nails break off this easy before. What I assume to be the owner was not sympathetic of my situation. I would not recommend this nail shop.

The guy was rude. The nail shape is supposed to be coffin, they look big. The painting is low quality

I did not see them sanitize their hands between pedicures and eyebrow waxing. Honda did an excellent job on my French manicure! Other than that, Im glad I do my own eyebrows and pedicures...lol

Their work is decent but when I was there for the 2nd time, a woman walked in asking for a refund. She had been there a few hours earlier and already her gel nail polish had come off on 4 nails or more. They argued with her for several minutes, yelling over the station where I was getting my nails done. She told them the way they were handling it was bad for business and she was right. It made me want to stand up and leave. They finally refunded her after she was forced to threaten to dispute the charge at her bank. Poor customer service, but my nails came out well. Hence 2 stars.

Amazing nail 💅 work

Went to get my eyebrows waxed and the girl mustve been new! My eyebrows are small so I dont mind asking if youre comfortable doing smaller brows to make a long story short the lady who did them didnt really arch them she snatched off hair and plucked where others would usually wax!! I was very disappointed but didnt want her to destroy the arch & hair that I do have. I paid,went home& arched them myself.

This place was dirty and raggedy. The table that you sit at to dry your nails had regular lamps in it and not UV lights. How are your nails supposed to dry? Also the fan was broken/not on/not working on the drying table... Yikes. The girl who did my nails was not very good. My nails did not look cleanly or neatly done afterward, and Im not ever very picky with my nails... And even I was not pleased. At the end she under charged me because I believe she noticed that she had done a terrible job, but her boss came up and made her charge full price. I didnt care because it was very cheap either way. The front door looked like a literal crime scene complete with warning tape and boarded up front door. Man... Yuck. Never again. Clean up!!

Okay so its been years since Ive been to Q Nails. A lot has definitely changed. But I would say Im pleased with my fill in. Just a few minor mistakes but Hannah a little short nice and sweet lady that did my nails here made sure to correct her mistakes right then and she made sure I left happy. I will come back in a week or two weeks to update this review.🗣🗣 update post🗣🗣So I was here some months ago. Now I think Ill be regularly coming back here. Very please with my visit today 7/10/18 service was very fast and great. My nails turned out great. Hope this helps. Also prices a reasonable.

Im a relatively new customer, for Ive gone 6 times. Ive had my nails done by 4or 5 of the technitians and I confess that when I went the 2nd time and wanted desperately to have my nails done by the same technitian, I wasnt very happy when he couldnt see me. I needed to have them done so I agreed to have someone else do them. I was sooo relieved when I was finished!! She was as good as the 1st. tech. Since then, Ive had them done by 3or 4 other ones... ALL of them are very good!! My experience with Q-Nails by far surpasses any other salon.

On December 21st, 2018 I went to Q Nails to get my toes polished. The time was 6:20 pm so it was late, but being that they close at 7pm there was still time and a polish doesnt take long. The store was in chaos. There was a situation with an unsatisfied customer. No one greeted me as I walked in. I held a 6-7 minute conversation with another customer who was waiting to get her eyebrows done. I picked out a polish color and took a seat. At this point I still had not been greeted. I finally asked one of the techs (a middle aged man) were they open for business. He replied, What do you want? In a rude tone. I should have left then, but I just wanted something simple. I told him I wanted my toes polished, but I didnt want them rushing on me if they were closed. He rudely replied, Were closed then! One of the other customers encouraged me to never return there again to which I agreed. I immediately got up from the seat and left.I WILL NEVER RETURN AGAIN!!! DO NOT GO TO Q NAILS!!! THEY DO NOT VALUE THEIR BUSINESS OR THEIR CUSTOMERS!!! TAKE YOUR MONEY AND YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!! THEY DONT DESERVE ANYONES MONEY... PERIOD!!!

The tech put 3 coats of thick polish in my daughters nails, when I told him that it was to thick he got an attitude. When he took the polish off, the acrylic on her middle finger wasn’t even attached near the cuticle 😫 My daughter is very upset‼️

I went for the first time today. What a wonderful place! Lan and Trang gave me the best manicure and pedicure I have had in such a long time. Really conscientious and thorough. A beautiful space and experience. I highly recommend.

Customer Service Was Horrible!!! The Man There Is So Aggressive And Rude. Did A Poor Job On My Toes And Left Polish All Over My Foot. He’s Very Disrespectful!!!! LUXURY NAIL & SPA IS WAY BETTER!!! THEY ARE VERY FRIENDLY AND FIXED IT WAY BETTER THAN HE DID.

Received gel nail lasted one day polish on skin when I wash it came off in a sheet

Not at all pleased with the full set I just got. They somehow look shorter than my real nails and like theyre already grown out a week because they dont go all the way to my cuticle. Theyre crooked, the underside still has a bunch of excess... Im going somewhere else to get them fixed.

The man who did my nails was extremely rude. First he had me pick my colors after he shaped my nails which ended up with me not getting color on them because he was getting upset that I didn’t like the colors he picked out because they had none of the ones even close to whatI wanted . He told me multiple times that if I want a certain color that I should have brought it myself and yes that makes sense however I was willing to change it up a bit it didn’t have to be exact ( which is why I didn’t bring them) I asked for certain shades of green and he put blue on my nails multiple times and I also asked for a brown on my thumb and he put maroon instead so obviously a big difference. I ended up asking for all color removed and I was still charged the same price as my friend who had hers colored? Anyways I do not recommend
