Best land sales experience I have ever had. I have dealt with investors/firms before but none compared. The price offered was well within market price. Being a Realtor in the past, I was very pleased with the professionalism, how they kept up with the contract and made sure everything was going per contract once in the title company. My family was well pleased as well. If I could I would give BCP 10 stars, I would. All the staff I dealt with were so kind which assisted to make the transaction a pleasurable one. With my remaining property I would most definitely use them.

Received their offer letter, weird there is no phone number listed. I looked them up, they are in a strip mall next to a hamburger place. Scam and yes they are hoping old folks will sign the docs. Joke

SCAM. The only reviews that are not 1 star are fake. These crooks send letters and hope some poor sucker takes them up on an offer that is ⅛ the value of the land. We own a large ranch and cattle operation and they offered to purchase Vacant land. A working Ranch with barns, fences, pens, cabin, house, shops... is far from Vacant. What a joke

Their offer was more than less of current market value and less than half of what I paid for it.Don’t fall for these, please research what your land is worth before taking an offer received in the mail. The market for land is only increasing and it’s not necessary for an owner to give their property away to a company who will turn around and list it to make a major profit. These companies are NOT helping land owners, they are taking advantage of them.

These folks are nothing but professional. They are very open, honest, and follow through with their word. I can say these things from several personal experiences with them. Rest assured BCP Land, LLC will take care of you! Would recommend.

I am extremely upset that you would dare to try to offer 1/10th the value for my moms property in that ridiculous letter you sent to her. How dare you?! Preying on the elderly and naive to scam them out of their hard earned properties, you have no soul! If I could give zero stars I would.

Firstly im at the beginning stages of doing business with this company. I was sent an offer for a tract of land I owned that was insultingly low. I sent back a counter offer that was ridiculously high. Lets see how this turns out!

BCP Land honored the purchase price and closing agreement. It was quick and easy on my part to get the closing documents signed, the title transferred, and funds received that same day.

I will just say 5 stars for speed and another 5 stars for being easy. They handled everything for us.

WOW!! This has been a headache for me for years. And I have to pay taxes every year. I signed their agreement and they did all the work from there. I got PAID!!

Only because I cant give zero stars. They obviously never looked at my property but took it off the tax roles. Then they had the audacity to offer less than half the tax assessed rate for the land. A quick look at their website shows all listed properties sold. Are they even real or just a rip off or both?

My sentiments are the same as all the REAL reviews. I cant believe that anyone of those POSITIVE reviews were from real people who had land that they sold. Offended doesnt even come close to how I felt when I opened this letter. It is 1/3 the price I paid for it and I wouldnt sell to you if you offered me 5X the value.

These guys are a joke. They offered me 14k on an 80k lot. Really ridiculous completely offended

My thoughts are the same as those written before me. They offered below market and didn’t even make an offer for the whole placeMade offer on 67 acres of 375 acre ranch. If I could buy property for what they offered I might be in the market also.

This “company” is a joke. They are scammers who are preying on the elderly, those desperate to sell their land, or those who don’t know the value of their land.

Terrible letter in the mail and tactic smells fradulent.

This is only a post office box company at a strip mall....
