The realtor who works for this company(Taylor) over promises & under delivers in regards to their rentals/property management. I was told that the home they were going to rent me was cleaned, painted & the carpet shampooed. When I got there to do the final walk through there were dark stains on the carpet in (EVERY) room. In addition to the carpet looking stained, it was run down by the previous tenant! The walls had white spots everywhere from the previous tenant patching the walls w/ out paint. The hard wood floors were filthy. Basically instead of the property management company (Sunshine Realty) getting the home ready for rent, they trusted the previous tenant to leave the home ready for the new tenant. When I began telling my realtor (Taylor) about the carpet stains & the un painted walls, she immediately cut me off & said Amit said if you dont like the carpet or anything else, you can fix it yourself or find somewhere else to live. Even telling me that they wouldnt find me another home if I wasnt pleased with this home! I had already paid movers, purchased a refrigerator & given my notice to vacate my current home! Taylor rushed me to give my landlord notice to vacate, telling me that the home wouldnt be there in Sept. So I did, now Im rushed to have to find another home, due to the unprofessionalim, lies& overpromising by Taylor! Im a small business owner myself & I would never conduct business hurting my clients the way that Sunshine had hurt myself & my babies! Now my children are heartbroken & have cried all day. Im heartbroken for them! Companies who treat renters like second class citizens need to stick solely to selling homes instead! Furthermore Taylor is a (self) proclaimed woman of God. Basically an imposter.

BEWARE!! This better cash back is a trap. Amit has no concerns for buyers and will not do anything for them in their favor.He only wants his commission. I will never ever go to him or recommend him to even my enemy .

A mean and insensitive realtor. I will never recommend him.I went to him to buy a home . He was not helpful and never showed any concern for my side. He didnt present me well in front of buyer. He has advertised multiple cash back options, Ideally if you are offering them be honest no matter what option buyer has chose. If you dont like higher cash back option then dont advertise them.I chose a higher cash back option as I already liked a house but trust me it was a big trap as he didnt favor me as a buyer in the process. He tried to scare me and made me pay higher price , he was having issues even on his so called phone support . Please if you care for your bucks go to any other realtor , he might lure you with higher cash back initially but it will turn out to be way more expensive and painful for a buyer at the end
