Highly recommend Kornelia (Connie) as a realtor. She listens to what your looking for in a house. Showed me several houses and more than once I couldn’t decide which one to get. Connie even went back to the look at house for me and sent me videos. I closed Dec. 15 2020 and she still continues to follow up and make sure everything is good...Connie even took the time to go furniture shopping with me. She also help me get my home I sold ready to sell and helped me get in contact with handyman for repairs needed to sell the house. She definitely exceeds 5🌟

And the best part, I get to keep a whole lot more of the income I make (as compared to another brand name brokerage I was with previously). This brokerage continues their reputation of being unethical and sleazy. We had our offer accepted on a house we were interested in and without giving us nearly 30 mins to consider a clause on the contract, the seller agent called another buyer to encourage them to up their offer which they did and then called us back and told us that we had lost it. Sleazy and unprofessional practices.

Ive been an agent for over four years and decided to make a change a month ago. It was the best decision that I have made in my Real Estate career. JPAR has a ton of training and tools that will help catapult your business and set you up for success.

Bruce Umstead was so incredibly unprofessional with our realtor, LAUGHTED AT HIM, and refused to give the seller our offer and told our realtor good luck with your buyers. Our offer was more than reasonable, per our lender. I am shocked at the level of unprofessionalism he displayed. I will steer clear and far from JP and Associates in any future buying or selling.

If you are looking for a company to represent your interests as their client I would look else where. I deeply regret working with this company on a transaction as important as the purchase of my home. They failed to follow up on basic details, dropped the ball repeatedly, down played valid concerns we had, and then on the day of closing, pushed us to close - even though numerous issues the seller had agreed to fix had not been resolved AND new issues were discovered on final walk through. According to them not only did we HAVE to sign, but if we didnt we would be liable for 3 times damages... It was a terrible experience and now we are stuck dealing with thousands of dollars in repairs.Based on my experience, I definitely would not trust this company to manage the important details of buying or selling my house - or to act in my best interest. Find another broker...

I feel safe and comforatble choosing this career plan with all the support (they give a ton!) and communication.

I worked with Mehwish Noorani from JP associates.She could not explain me what is tittle policy and HOA enhancement and HOA transfer fee details. Initially she mentioned i dont have to pay anything for title but i ended up paying 1600$ more for title and HOA enhancement. Also, She did force me to choose a bank that she selected which i was not interested. She pushed me to choose the bank as i got the pre-approval that bank otherwise seller will not approve(which is not correct) and also mentioned seller had ready to go cash offer (I was not sure whether they had offer) so I will loose house. I told her I am fine to loose house and i choosed bank on my choice. Prior to registration last one week, it was hard to reach her. Most times, she didnt pick my call. I was not happy at overall. I felt i picked wrong agent even though i searched the particular house by myself by looking at reviews of company and agentI tried to escalate to one guy Tony from this Realtor company. He was just defending. No standards at all for this company.

This has been a terrifying experience for a first time buyer! Having both seller and buyer from the same company has been truly traumatizing. Not doing there diligence from the beginning. Having family + relatives in real estate for many years infroms me they are giving incorrect information. Having a chat with a broker that use to be an instructor tell you how inconvenient this is for him. Im basically irrelevant and wasted time. Not taking owner ship tells me hes taught these realtors wrong. There lays the problem within the company where things falls through the cracks and buyer plus sellers suffer because they didnt do there diligence. This has been truly horrific for me and probable seller to!! TREC just to retrain broker & realtors or help other from this experience. Cant stress enough

Alan Oliver went above and beyond to make our home purchase pleasant and as smooth as possible. He picked us up from the airport, drove us around to areas surrounding our new house, fought for our upgrades and replied promptly to every text, phone call and email. I would HIGHLY recommend Alan to any of my friends considering a move to the greater Dallas/Ft Worth area. I can’t say enough about this guy and his careful attention to detail he provides in every aspect of home buying. Not only was his character and quality above and beyond but we consider Alan to be a new found friend. Honesty plus. 5 stars for sure.

Weve had the pleasure of having Darice Bolden and Tyronne Bolden, the dream team, as our realtors! They were very thorough, responsive, and went above and beyond our expectations in helping us find a home. Because we had a tight timeline to find a home as we were transferring to a new state, they hit the ground running and physically visited each home for us as we could not be there and we video chatted for each walk-through. They provided excellent feedback and helped us choose a home we will rest knowing will be a great place to call home for years to come! They helped us navigate so many issues from inspections, contract issues to timing, etc. but more importantly, provided peace of mind as theyve experienced this type of move themselves. They put their all into helping us close the deal on time. We have purchased a few homes over the years, but never had experienced realtors with such a passion for real estate.

Do not work with this agency. They send you one email and consider themselves your agent. My sister was trying to buy a house and she explained repeatedly that she has an agent and they forwarded their info to the builder. We called and tried to explain to JD that hes not the agent and he refused to call the builder. VERY dishonest individual. Ive bought several properties and worked with several agents and this guy has zero integrity. All he cared about was getting his commission check. All of this because of ONE EMAIL! Do not trust this guy or his firm.

I can honestly say that when it comes to a Broker that sees the agents as true professionals and gives them everything they need to succeed, JP and JP & Associates staff are simply the best. Ive never someone so desperate to earn a commission check. Shame on realtors like JD Anderson from Argyle, TX. He tried to screw me over by pretending to be my realtor while I was looking to build a new home. He actually told my sales agent that he was indeed my realtor, and the sales agent believed him. I would never hire him to be your realtor. He tried to scam me out of closing costs, and made what shouldve been the best day of my life a complete nightmare. I will never forget how dishonest of an individual he is. Youve been warned!

Just came on board this week. I transferred from a different broker and have found the process to be smooth, professional and welcoming.

Ive worked for other big name brokers. This is by far the best Broker I have ever worked for. JPAR expects minimum productivity out of each Realtor and is constantly on the leading edge when it comes to trying new things, technology, etc. Support is out of this world and the camaradarie among JPAR Realtors is outstanding - very teamplayer oriented. I love that you get to keep most of your commission. The other Brokers fee you to death. They really dont care if you sell one house as long as you pay them your monthly fee. Its not that way with JPAR. I will retire from this Brokerage.

If I could give negative stars, I would. Somehow I ended up on their email list and have been bombarded with multiple emails on a daily basis. The unsubscribe link doesnt work and I have emailed JP MANY times to ask him to remove me from his lists but he continues to bombard me with emails. I am not in the market to buy or sell a home and he will not leave me alone!
